"Reno is always in the wrong place at the wrong time." rufus said with a arched eyebrow, sighing and putting a hand over his forhead to tell Jade the columes of stress he was enduring from the other at the moument.
"He will be fine, He's used to it."
"Go on Jade, I'll be fine, Rufus is right, I'm used to it." reno said with a chuckle and a wink, hodling his arm and getting up with a little effort.
He didn't want Jade to fight, this would just get Rufus in an even worse mood.

"I'll catch up with you later, we can finnish our adventure, ok thier prince?"

"Reno can't even take care of himself, let alone you." Rufus said with a sigh and he motioned to his only body gaurd left.
"Call a few troupers and the crew should be here soon, "Rufus motioned to the phone on Reno's belt, deciding to take the risk of his nephew with a wounded Reno.

He said not anything else, sighing when the elevator doors closed.
"Wouldn't it be great to have something horrable happen to that inhuman cloud of irritation..." He said under his breath.

"What you trying to do Prince? Get me into even MORE trouble?" Reno asked, giving the other man a slight glare and sighing deeply, as if he wasn't in enough s**t with Rufus.

He called for a few troupers and a medical crew, Fear in the skin of irritation creeping into his voice every second longer it took.
Fear of the poisen or of how mad Rufus was gonna be, he wasn't sure.

"Stop being such a brat will you?" Reno said with a shake of his head and a roll of his blue eyes.
"I didn't mean to hurt you prince, but right now, I'm feeling kinda...." Renos eyes closed and his one leg gave out, sending him leaning against the wall and tipping forwad at a steady pace.
He felt his vision begin to spin, his head on some sort of roller coaster ride and all he wanted to do was stop.

He groaned, sliding down the wall and onto his one knee, opening his eyes and clutching his head.
"...Dizzy...That's not good."

Jade openly bristled like a pissed off cat at the term 'brat', but worry actually managed to worm itself through to him seeing Reno beginning to collapse. That poison was working its way far too fast while the medical team was arriving far too slow. The young Shinra kneeled in front of Reno and placed his hands on the other's shoulders. He could at least brush the insult away.. for the moment. At least until Reno got better.

"Hey, just hang in there," he said, trying his best to sound calm and comforting. "The help should be here soon." I hope.

Jade bit his bottom lip, looking into the Turk's unfocused eyes. "Tell me the truth, Red," he said softly. "You're going to be alright.. aren't you?"

Before Reno could slump helplessly to the floor, Jade had his arms around him as best he could manage, trying to hold him up. Of course, not without the repeated chorus of "No, no, no!" He finally got to the point to where he was sitting, back against the wall with the other's weight still supported on his chest, one arm holding him in somewhat of a cradled position.

"Wake up. Come on, Red!" he urged, giving Reno a light shake, but knew the poison had finally taken its full effect.

Within all of his stays at the Shinra mansion, this was beyond a doubt, the most terrifying for Jade. He normally just ran around shouting out orders or causing some sort of mischief, but never with the company of fear. All this new-found panic in a single day was causing stress to well up inside the boy.

Jade felt his eyes begin to burn slightly as he tried to fight off threatening tears. Reno wouldn't want him to cry, and hell, Jade didn't want to be seen crying himself. He was a Shinra, afterall. But he couldn't help the overwhelming need. "I would miss you, Red," he said, the liquid finally trailing down his cheeks, looking into the unconcious Turk's face before tightening his arms around him. "I would. Don't die on me, please!"

Jade didn't object to having the Turk taken away from him. Better in the hands of professionals, he thought, trudging after the team to the medical room. The team, being used to seeing such conditions, even worse, weren't in any sort of panicked rush. They tended to the Turk calmly and efficiently.

Despite Jade's complaints, they wouldn't let him inside the room until they had dosed him with the antidote. After what felt like forever, he was finally allowed access to see Reno.

Sitting in the cushioned chair placed for him by the bed, Jade wiped the moisture away from his eyes with his sleeve, waiting for the other to awake.

Jade gasped slightly in surprise, hearing Reno awake already. His first instinct was to start scolding the other, raise his voice and release his stress and frustration. But seeing the other so completely in a weakened state, Jade held himself back. Besides, he didn't trust his voice at the moment. Having been through so many cycles of emotion all in one day, he didn't want to break down into tears again.

Instead, Jade just offered a soft smile, even bringing his hand up to cover the one on his shoulder. "Just maybe next time you decide to take one of these naps, make sure I'm not around.. You worried me too much," he said.

"You know, if I were you, I'd be trying to persuade Rufus for a little vacation. Take a couple weeks at the beach or something," he said. "Maybe you'd finally be allowed a moments peace there without the fear of being killed for once."

Jade had no idea how anyone would choose a few more weeks of possible danger over going to the beach, but then again, it was Reno he was talking about afterall. And you could never foretell what Reno was going to do next.

"Alright," he muttered, drawing his feet up in the chair to hold them against his chest.

"Hey, Reno?" he asked quietly, then paused for a second as if in hesitation. "Did you.. really mean it when you called be a brat earlier?" Now this definitely wasn't Jade's normal self, as pretty much anyone who spent 5 minutes with him could tell. But then again, like it had been mentioned before, it could have been due to the draining stress.
