PrettyBoy1_06 Name: Meditative Attack: Mastery Element: None Cost: None Type: Any Effect: The final stage. The user has mastered both the intermediate and advanced forms of this technique. Meditation once again increases to 20 CP per post. Also, the user can now use his/her jutsu in battle. As a plus, the cost of each jutsu is cut in half, while in meditation. Also, while n meditation, the user recieves a bonus of 40 CP every 3 posts. This CP bonus comes from the surplus of chakra that they could not access before. The downside is that they now have to protect themselves because the self-defense mechanism no longer functions.

Effect: Antony dips her fan in water and forms a hand sign with one hand. The water freezes as she pulls the fan from the water. When ever she swings her fan, dozens of ice crystals fly at the opponent. If she hits water, the droplets that fly into the air from the smack are turned into ice and are launched at the opponent..

Effect: Antony forms hand seals, bites her thumb, and touches the blood to the fan. When she slams her fan on he Water, it sends a ripple throughout and unleashes a powerful jet, "a spout" of water under the oppenent sending him/her into the air. Must be performed on water or ice.((Enough damage to be C rank))

Effect: Antony forms hand seals, bites her thumb, and runs the blood across her fan. When she swings the fan, it sends a powerful gust of air towards the opponent. This air sucks in the opponent, and if it gets him/her they are rip, and cut, adn sliced. ((Not badly, just bad enough for C ranking))

Effect: Form handseals, bite thumb, and run blood along fan. When she slams the fan against water or ice. Violent shaking occurs in water as tiny ice explosions travel in a line across the water, or across the ice, causing a formation of crystals, until it comes to the opponent. When it hits the opponent, a large formation of crystals "spike" up causing damage((C rank)). When done in the air, a freezing gust of wind travels towards, and sucks in, the opponent. If it successfully gets the opponent, an implosion occurs mid-air causing the opponent to be trapped within a spike ice cage, causing damage. ((C ranked damage))

Effect: This jutsu can act in conjunction with Rei Retsu Fuudo or act separately. After the initial hand signs, ice crystals will begin to form inside the bloodstream of the shinobi's opponent, but if the one casting the jutsu is not careful to regulate their body heat they can to succumb to this jutsu. After the initial hand signs are performed, the user will form single-handed hand signs to control the ice within their opponents bloodstream and chakra network. If the shinobi does not possess this talent, they will not be able to control the ice. This ice controlling talent will act in conjunction with the hand signs, making the ice converge on the chakra gates, slowly yet effectively closing them and stopping the flow of chakra thus ultimately killing the enemy shinobi.

Effect: A copy jutsu. This is like Raining Needles.Mai pulls out an umbrella, throws it into the air. Once in the air, he performs his handseals. Ten, chakra needles come flying out of the umbrella down on the opponents. Not very accurate.

effect: causes wooden-like vines to expand from ones chest and wrap themselves around the front and back. Can also wrap around the body to protect the nin from almost all oncomming attacks.
