No, they didn't...
Tamaki said he was going to be engaged to a girl and in exchange he'd be able to see his mother again. But Haruhi chased after him, fell off a bridge, and he saved her. xD So then they all went back to the club and danced. And Kyouya's father said he'd like to have Kyouya marry Haruhi.
