"She'll continue to infect various individuals.. That Lucifer fellow is probably next.." Hearing his voice no longer from behind her, but rather from the ground, Raine glanced over her shoulder before looking down at him, her hands having slid down to her chest, her head lowered. "I--I'm sorry.. this was my fault.." She mumbled lowly. "Let me deal with it..."

"Lucifer is an angel. Even if she manages to infect him, he'll be able to resist the growth for longer than anyone else." he said, thinking the matter over quickly. "And it doesn't really matter whose fault it was. If something like this happens, everyone's responsible in my opinion, which means we all clean it up."

"True... however I wasn't able to contain it for very long.." She mumbled lowly. Raine shook her head to his reply about the infection, shifting her feet across the room. "No.. it's my responsibility.." She muttered, kneeling down and lifting her staff. "Elva, I will return later.. " With that, she turned to face the door, "Don't get into too much trouble.."

Durithill sighed and stood up. "Sometimes it seems you try to take all the worlds' problems on your shoulders, you know that?" he said with a slight smile. "Alright, go take care of it."

Pursing her lips, Raine kept her back to the two of them. Sure, maybe she did, but she didn't exactly enjoy it. It was her duty to do so... more-so, it was difficult. Shiero sighed with relief on the exterior, without another word, she passed through the arch of the door.. she should be surpressed enough by now, should she not?

The minute she exited the room, Raine closed the door behind her before pressing her back up against it momentarily. Closing her eyes, she angled her face towards the ceiling of the facility she was moved into previously. With a shakey inhale, the corners of her eyes gained an uneeded liquid that merely blurred her vision more than anything.. Hastily pushing off the door, Shiero wiped her eyes dry with the back of her palm before pressing on down the hallway. She was on her own.. like she wanted...
Wasn't that it?

Durithill sighed again and his smile faded as Raine left, as if it'd been made only of mist. His eyes fell and he stared quietly at the floor for a moment before pushing himself off the wall. He felt almost guilty for not going with her and he looked up at Elva. "Well," he said, his false smile returning, "you probably have business to attend to elsewhere, correct? Can you make a portal out of here?"

With a deep inhale, Raine glanced back hesitently before pressing forward. She needed to find where Lucifer and Elizabeth were...
This.. would be difficult.

Releasing her breath, the council member shifted her staff to her hip, causing it to bend around her waist and in a few moments, form a sheath, strap, sword and all. They would be alright.. Elva and Durithill.. right?
Of course they would.. She didn't prove any use anyway, right? Hardly ever.

Inhaling again, Raine held her breath before tracing her finger through the air, creating a circle, which inturn, was a portal from the Master Realm. Where was she going? Only where her instincts told her to, the Demonic Realm, naturally. Maybe.. just maybe they were there... hopefully.

However, before she passed through the portal, Shiero closed her eyes and began to concentrate. Soon, her apperance began to shift into her usual false one she used to use quite often, around the time she had originally met Durithill.

Her long, violet-coloured locks shifted to a dark, sable as the length shortened dramatically, longer in the front then in the back. Her skin shifted to a dark, tanned shade rather than her pale, ivory skin. Her clothing, the usual flattering dress changed into a dark cloak concealling her apperance and the hidden battle attire beneath. Slowly opening her eyes, one a deep azure and the other a vibrant, swirrled emerald, Shiero, formally Fayt sighed a bit. This was going to take a while..

[I'm so sorry I haven't been here! I've been busy and plus things are kinda shaky in my life right now.]

A heartless goodbye, Elva refused to face her sister as she left. Her eyes, instead, stayed plastered upon the wall, her body curled up in what looked like the fetal position. Elva stayed quiet, her lips not moving in the slightest. After a moment or so of silence, a low sigh passed Elva's lips. Hesitating, she sat up from her uncomfortable position, and turned her head, her eyes meeting Durithill's. She smiled lightly and nodded her head, whispering softly. "I can... though it takes all the energy from my body. Also, to answer your first question, I have no business elsewhere, not since I left the council..." As she said this, she lowered her head in shame, her voice softening as she continued. "...I guess I could always search for Midnight. I haven't seen him since we first left the Demonic Realm. I should start there... he couldn't have gotten too far."

With a smile, Elva threw herself off the bed. It was amazing; it was as though she had recovered her entire strength. Even Elva, herself, was bewildered at the sight of her sudden, energetic hop from the worn bed. She turned her head to face her friend, bowing her head lowly, closing her eyes for a moment's hesitation. She had change, drastically! First on a mission to eliminate her sister at all costs, now she was actually working with her. It was confusing, though Elva knew that it was probably for the best, even if it wasn't in her father's intentions.

(('Tis alright. All is forgiven.))

"Here." Durithill said, quickly opening a portal to the demonic realm for her. "Good luck on your search."

Landing flat on her feet, Raine exhaled deeply, standing still for a moment before sprinting off down the long, marble hallway. As she progressed towards the set of large doors she was looking for, Shiero slid as she halted to a complete stop, throwing the large double doors open wide, a name ringing out from the gt of her stomach. SHe needed to find him, an she needed to find him now.

"Rathios!" The man's name echoed throughout the enormus library of files and reports. The walls were lined with books, rows of book shelves centered in the room stretched back into the library. In the center of the room on the ceiling rested a crafty light fixture. Somewhat like a classic chandilier, the long crystal pieces were pinned up to the ceiling rather then hanging. Either way, it still looked lovely. It was like this room had once been a ballroom, and with no use any longer, the study expanded and was shifted here... He had to be in here; he was always here.

"Rathios! Where are you?" She called to him again, taking a few steps from the hallway into the studious room. The floor was like a mirror, washed and waxed multiple times a day no doubt.. At the end of the long room, a glass wall, or an enormus window, so to say, lit the room with the help of other smaller class outlets stationed between various shelves on the right and left-hand sides of the study. With another couple steps into the room, her footsteps echoing off the walls and ceiling...

"Hello Raine." said a familiar voice. It wasn't Rathios's voice though, but one much more familiar. "Seems I was right and you owe me a gold coin." said the voice, which sounded slightly amused. It came from an all too familiar man in a black cloak, lounging in an armchair nearby.
"Ya, ya. said Rathios' voice as he emerged from around a bookself and tossed Durithill a gold coin.
"We made a bet." Durithill explained to Raine. "I bet you'd come here looking for him. He bet you'd be out clearing my name." he said with a slight chuckle. "Yes, I know about my father's slaughter. I saw my family's symbol on the wall in blood, and I obviously didn't draw it."
"You wanted something, lady Raine?" Rathios asked, apparently remembering that he was under Raine.

The woman rose a brow in question. Men. They were so odd, betting in time of desperation. A sound of amusment was released from her throat as she took a minute to regulate her breathing. Clearing Durithill's name would be next on her list, Shiero needed to check in and announce what she discovered.. However, the work already seemed to be done for her.

"Ah.. Well.." Raine shifted her stance, standing more erect and proper then moments previous when gasping for air. her eyes moved bwtween the two men, a bit of a smile pulling at her lips as her azure eyes rested on Durithill in recognition before shifting back to Rathios, her expression relapsing into a more serious one.

"Well, it seems you've been notifyed already." She replied to Rathios. Raine made a few subtle movements, her arms folding overher chest for one.

"'Told you so'." Shiero's professional stance an attitude dropped to a lower level as her hands shifted to her waist, her lip swaying to the left slightly. A sarcastic look spread across her face as she parted her lips to speak again.

"Don't doubt my intuition, I knew it wasn't Durithill."
