Um, I didn't want to make another topic for this simple question, so I'll ask it here.

What's the website that teaches you how to make your own pad? My pad is pretty much dead, and instead of buying another, I want to make my own.

A lot of great pads there. ^^

4laugh You rock. Thanks!

Okay. I've been to DDRFreak, but I couldn't find a step chart for Paranoia Eternal. There are charts for the song, but...they're wrong. None of them start out, keep going, or end correctly..

They only show the song's 5th mix chart. It got a revised (aka worse) chart when it was revived in Extreme.

Does anyone else think that having dancers on the screen is a really terrible idea? They look silly especially when you do a song with a really high bpm. Did anyone prefer the way they had on arcade extreme where they had video backgrounds? At least they looked interesting. Is there any reason why DDR went the way of the dancer instead of say Pump It Up where they have actually well done videos during songs?

They never bothered me before Supernova. I really hope they change it back in the next mix. :/

I'm thankful we at least got some IIDX videos.

Basically, you just have to be lucky enough to have PiX as the background dancer x amount of times in a row.

Yeah, you'd think that they'd at least make background vids for the new songs during the 3 (2?) years they took to release it. confused

And while we're on the topic of background vids, why doesn't Little Boy ~boy on boy mix~ have some controversial background video like Secret Rendezvous!?

They were probably removed to save space. Videos take up quite a lot of space, as shown by the 2 gig size difference between Extreme 2 and Supernova CS. Combined with 300+ songs, that's a lot of wasted space. Probably wouldn't be so bad if they used Extreme-like backgrounds, but those are just outdated now. pirate

Still, I kinda wish they hadn't cut so many videos. Maximizer's was the most badass generic background ever, and iFUTURELIST just doesn't feel the same without having that skinny Japanese neo-nazi belting out the first verse. Yet PSM got to keep it's EX2 video. >:[

Do you really think I check things like disc space?
If I run out of disc space, I just buy a new external HD or delete nine 8ths of everything.
Does the arcade have videos for every song?
And also, I think a gif of 3 fat, angry, white men hitting a dog with sticks would work as a good background for just about any song.

Has somebody recieved one of those DDR discs at Burger King?

I was wondering what's on them, and if it's worth eating there to get it.

=)

Nope, they apparently aren't available just yet.
