The greatly pheared alter-ego of a character known as not_of_yours787. You generally try to avoid him in the game...but eventually have to face him when he kidnaps a member of your party. You then have to go through a long, monotonous battle in which you have to defeat Mr_Zombie and prevent your kidnapped party member from falling into a great vat of some bubbling toxin...

The ordinary girl who gets sucked into an alternate universe, in which she is very special in some way, and ends up being the main character of the game.
She's nice, but confused about her role here. Most people like her, and she's good at healing. Her spirit bird can do all kinds of useful things in game, like carry you across chasms. She often gets into weird messes, which the whole party must then find a way out of. In the end, though, she's the driving force of the game.

The master of fire and shadow. You don't have to enter the volcano to bea him (since you can never even meet him and still finish the game). He's rather optional but very powerful. If you defeat him, you get a pile of ashes (not what anyone was expecting, eh?).

The Trap. She first appears as a girl in distress, and when you approach, she turns into a hawk demon that does major damage if you don't get out of the way fast enough.

One character you meet later on in a Sci-Fi action/adventure game loved to experiment with space travel. When testing her modified particle accelerator out, she had inadvertantly traveled through a black hole. Her force enabled her cells to escape the black hole, but some of her atomes had absorbed some sort of essense from it. Now, at will, she can suck objects up. She dies, however, when her black hole cells collapse into themselves, causing a small nuclear explosion. She has developed medication to postpone this event, however, and the early symptoms involve her screaming on about pain in her arms and legs...

An inept but extremely lucky main character, who somehow gets by with just his strength. He makes several funny jokes as somewhat of a comic relief, before he ventures off into certain doom with his party members.

The town lunatic. Nobody knows why he prances around town half-naked. That's the least of his problems, since he thinks he's the king of the entire land. It turns out that he was an exiled nepheew of the previous monarchy. He acted insane so he could go anywhere at will with little to no explanation. During your journey, one of your quests is to return him to the throne.
