AA Base:
Seraphi goes to the AA base to check the place out, because he had a strong feeling he needed to be there. And lo and behold, Seth appeared at the base, searching for Ruby's little boy so he could eat him...more or less. Seraphi and Seth start slapping each other around...then in the middle of it Seraphi slices off Seth's head and the fight ends...well, yeah, sorta.

Afterwards Whisper shows up at the base, lost and confused, with no help from us users....because we're bastards that way. crying However, Ruby and Devon show up at the base. They soon get married and have a wonderful honeymoon at Reedy Creek improvement district, according to the five word story in the ooc forum. Don't worry they'll be sure to invite everyone to the wedding. But for now Devon is spying on the AA base to get information about Minerva, who he wants to kill. *gasp* However that might not be too necesarry since Minerva has only a month or so left to live because she has a disease, resembling luekemia in form, that was the product of too much exposure to pure energy.

Ruby was sad, of course, considering her hours upon hours of mental and emotional abuse. She was after her son, but found she couldn't get to him without dying in the cursed elevators. She almost died trying to, but I decided it would be too much of an anti-climactic death...depsite the funniness of it. And Seth sucks for liking Ruby's suffering.

Whisper was a sweetheart and came over to Ruby to talk to her and cheer her up. But not much could be done to get to Ruby's son, and Ruby is forever restless, and so decided to leave the base and try something else.

Whisper was once again alone, which was sad, so a guard walked over and started talking to her, and hopefully will make her feel a bit more welcome in the guild and AA.

AOS: Minerva and Lucidity trash the AoS control room, and then Min finds out that the AA is under attack and runs off to go help her buddies. Erica and Blitz and Thorn leave Ora's room after painting it pretty and go to make sammiches in the kitchen. They have a jolly time and decide to go back to Ora's room and have a picnic. Which was my excuse to get someone to save Ruby out of Ora's room, because she was getting dangerously close to ceasing to exist as a character.

Brief Happenings of Ora's Room: Ora took Ruby to her room where she blocked her in with anti-power spells (considering Ora now has and wears Ruby's ring). Ruby couldn't leave without dying and Ora inflicted a bunch of very bad illusions on the poor girl, deprived her of sleep and sustenance, and practically picked her mind apart. Then when blitz and Erica showed up and found Ruby, she let Ruby and Erica and Blitz leave without a single fight. She did however give Ruby a jade and silver necklace, in case she ever needed her help.

Ruby, Erica, Blitz, and Thorn all leave the base to continue their picnic in Union. Even though Ruby just wants to go home to Mississippi.

AoH:
"And James....yeah...I dunno."

Krovh:
In the City in the middle of the grid, Sahira, The Chief of police and Silent Lucidity and a bunch of other cop boys moved from rooftop to rooftop towards the building housing the grid controls.

Minerva pulled into the city on her bike, looking at the mess and trying to figure out where to help out. A few minutes later she was approached by four regulators, one of whom recognized her as Minerva Cross.

Back to Arch and the others, they're heading towards the city, just breaking through the walls, but they get attacked by Xeen's monsters, and the Seer can't go near the grid, but for the moment they were still outside of the grid so it's okay. Hattie showed up and saved Eric from a nasty smashy death. After a fighting off the attacking enforcers, Arch and the others traveled into the grid, while the Seer chased after the enforcers because he could not get into the grid.

Back to Cheif, the rooftop crawlers found a strange construction on the roof of one building, it ended up being some of Bobby's techie stuff, and he'd been monitoring the military building since the start of the chaos.

Back to Minerva and the regulators. The dude who introduced himself was Sean Eldst, a captain of the regulators. He took Min to the tanks and explained what was going on--being Locke has taken over the city and turned on the grid, and all that fun stuff. They talked and sniped for a while, about stuff that isn't really pertinent...and Sean's hair is too long, according to Min.

Back to the Chief: Bobby met up with the Chief and Sahira, they then infiltrated the base, went down a level or so, and found a room full of soldiers who thankfully didn't quite notice them.

Sean and Minerve jog up behind the chief, and the chief pulls a gun on them, until he recognizes Min, and backs down for the time being. He asks Min if she knows where the control center is because the maps they have from Bobby were old. Min helps point out the control center, but they then have to figure out how to get past all the soldiers in the one room. Min suggest grabbing some spare unifroms from the closet and sneaking in that as more soldiers, which they did. They broke into the control center, and there found Xeen acting all cool like. After a long bothersom conversation the grid finally went down, and the group was teleported outside and told to go stop Locke from blowing up the city. They took a vehicle...should have teleported again but ah well. And once more a long conversation, although this one was more interesting as there was a cat fight involved. Merlin showed up too, but he strangely dissapeared later on....*shrugs* They headed to the industrial area where the building with the launch stuff is supposed to be. They found the building, they broke in, using Silent Lucidity's sleepiness gift. They woke one person up but killed him. Then they ran into to supers who were causing trouble and called Minerva Rambo Barbie...and that hurt her feelings, poor Minerva. emo

Bobby, using a null field was able to stop the supers who were then shot by Min, Chief, and Eldst. Inside the next room they finally found Locke....who after a moment of the villainous monologuing teleported out of the room as tanks started shooting the building. Everyone ran from the building, then met up with Jehric, the Angel, and the Seer (who is now able to get into the city with the grids down I suppose). Xeen also shows up and tries to ask for a truce. Minerva argues against it, but as it's not her call it's no good.

Sahira sneaks away from them before she could be spotted or recognized by the angel. She heads down an alley and eventually runs into Ruby. She can tell Ruby is sort of....out of sorts....so she takes Ruby to her apartment.

In the meant time Minerva recieves a call from some scouts that the war shelter has been decimated and they haven't found any survivors. She then informs the group of said, and quietly blames Xeen. She was unaware that it was really famine's doing.

War Shelter:
After being transported to the War Shelter Ruby, works with Miran helping the wounded out. She finds out about the Krovhan invasion and was reasonably concerned about Arch, so she sent a text message to him saying "Im at the shelter. Be safe. Love you, Ruby"( which he didn't get....but that's probably a good thing considering the fact that they were informed about the war shelter being decimated with no survivors yada yada).

In the middle of their work Seth and Evil vampire Ruby show up to attack the shelter. They try to kill Ruby, but Ruby runs around the place, and is able to stay alive with the help of Laurel, Ayx helps out too and tells Seth to get lost, and eventually Ruby tells AC her weakness so AC can take down evil vampire Ruby--which she does. Ruby threatens Evil vampire Ruby until Seth leaves, and then takes off runing. She runs into Miran and then leaves AC and continues running on her own. AC eventually leaves with her many children...don't ask me where she keeps finding them all, and Miran leaves to go to the AA base.

Silencer shows up, and he then leaves. Then Miran comes back, just as Famine decides to attack the base. Famine calls up some nasty wind monsters that scream and eat and slash people. AC in the distance huddles with the children, a bit freaked out. Miran/Seraphi fights the monsters, but even after sacrificing the majority of his power was only able to save a small child, and only at famine's mercy. There are a few other survivors but they ran off or hid in terror. Famine leaves, and the place is then discovered by the scouts who call in and inform Minerva.


Phoenix stuff: Lucidity joined up with Ora and folks. Some dude named Strike is looking for Lucid (cause he misses his boyfriend). Baranar said it would be funny to make the new folks fight the old green man down the hill. So that's kinda what happened....except they just got drunk together instead of fighting. (I blame Arthur). In the middle of that Ruby shows up and runs into Alloran all in a panic, talking about vampires and wasps and all kinds of fun stuff....she then gets drunk. Silencer shoots at people. Then Ruby goes over to a snake, gets bit and gets stolen away by Ora.

Alloran got pissed and looked for Ora. They then got into a fight, and Alloran was told to give a message to the angel about playing nice or losing Ruby. Lori walked off. Ora stayed and discussed things with Drake, who is still a good hearted dragon inside. Seth shows up and gets razzed by Drake for getting the crap kicked out of him by Seraphi.

Battlegrounds:Just the general crossroads for people like Ruby, silencer, etc.

Pawnshop: Madison shows up and talks to Garret about finding some kind of item....but is she really there to kill him?! O-O *gasp* Seth shows up and challenges Garret to a fight after asking him how he escaped phoenix. And Garret says he escaped via a chick that quoted godfather (Did I really? I can't remember for sure...but I'm going senile.)

Union City: Thorn, Erica, Blitz and Ruby have a pincic after escaping Ora's place. Ruby just really really wants to go back to Mississippi. Erica tries to talk her out of it, but Ruby eventually just wanders off on her own, determined to get Aaron and leave. Blitz, Erica, and thorn go looking for a bar, which will precede a road trip. Blitz makes mention of Verve, connecting the two finally, but how they know each other remains a mystery.

If by chance I put too much of my own characters in a summary and not much of others and someone wants to add something, feel free to send it to me or what not. I do a lot of the summary by memory, so I tend to skim over parts I didn't participate in as much. I don't mean to necessarily, but it happens. So yeah...any time a mod wants to edit and add stuff feel free...or if a non-mod wants to add stuff, send it to me and I'll stick it in.

Wait... wait what? What happened? I miss something? I leave you guys alone for 10 minutes and when I come back you've blown up the two remaining cities? What?

Ok, firstly, my play was awesome. AWESOME. I was evil. EVIL!!!

Or at least, slightly assholish.

Secondly, that was only a week. I've been busy. Doing... well pretty much nothing. Arthur has been unmotivated.

With the destruction of Krovh and Union, as well as phoenix the war was essentially over. Most soldiers abandoned their cause.

The tale of Ora's death spread amongst the survivors, many rejoiced, others felt lost and without direction. As of now, the last remaining stronghold is the AA base. The Union soldiers have all but surrendered except for a spare few.

The city of phoenix, despite the state of its buildings and walls, has become the last surviving development in the area. Refugees have flocked to it, making homes in crumbled buildings, or tents that line the walls. Crime abounds, as well as predators of the human and super kind.

In the shadows of the destruction are four figures, waiting out thier time.

Delirium, War, Famine, and Death fed off the souls of those killed in Union and Krovh and increased their power ten-fold. The next step is Phoenix, and they have decided it will be the perfect birthplace for the blight that will eventually consume the whole earth.

Ora faked her death and is now masquarading as the character "Ed"
