Konbanwa. (Good Evening) I wish to learn a little more from this site on, obviously, Japanese Language, and It doesn't look like too many people are on this topic, so I'll probably not get a response. 3nodding Sayoonara. (Good-Bye)

--- koko no minna-san yasashii desu ne. hajimemashite, Hiroshi Akira desu. Dozo yoroshiku onegaishimasu! jitsu wa watashi wa Kanada-jin desu ga, ima nippon ni sunnde imasu. rainen no gogetsu watashi wo Kanada he kaerimasu. Zanen desu ga, kaeranakereba narimasen.
ja, ima kara tomodachi ni natte kudasai. Yo-ro-shi-ku!
--- It seems that everyone here's pretty nice, huh. Well, nice too meet you all... I am Hiroshi Akira. In truth, I am a Canadian, but right now, I am living in Japan. Next year May, I am returning to Canada... which is too bad, but I have to go back. (This sentence sounds a little weird in English... but yea, basically I "cannot not go back" is the more direct translation, which is a weird way of using double negatives.)
Well, let's be friends here... Yoroshiku. (not too sure how to translate yoroshiku -.-'... "be in your care?" which is hardly ever said in English).

Saaku Yay! Finally!! ^^ Hi everyone, my name is Saaku. I am currently trying to learn japanese on my own because there's no place where I can learn it where I live. I'm not doing so good currently, because there's so much work for school, but the moment the summer vacation starts I'm going to pull my self together and learn something useful ^^ Hi ! I quoted Saaku because I am same way. I don't have a lot of time to learn on my home and there is only one school near by that teaches Japanese, but I have no idea how to sign up for it. I really need to talk to my advisor. Though I am very serous about learning... so that is how I am. My name is natt, but to sign up I used the name Sron. I would like to be called natt if you happen to pm me. Also I love Japan and I want to go there and I think it would polite to learn the language before I go. If I actually do get there, which I really hope I do. Thank you. natt redface

Hajimemashite, watashi wa "Akumu" desu. biggrin (Nice to meet you, I'm "Akumu". biggrin )
I'm seventeen going on eighteen in December, and I've been teaching myself Japanese for the last year. Like a few others, have been unable to find any tutors and / or places to learn the language. Although I'm not exactly always on my mark with the language, I've gotten pretty good with pronunciation and can read Romanji quite well. I haven't really gotten my characters down as I've like to and still get them confused. sweatdrop
Other than that, I'm glad to be here and hopefully I'll pick up a little more about a language and culture that has intrigued me for several years now. 3nodding

Konichiwa![Hello!]
My username might be .Sin._.Sin., but I'd rather be called Melody honestly. Err...I have mostly been learning through websites and I know a little bit of Kanji. (Mountain, River) After relizing that Hirgana and Katakana(sp?) would probabaly easier, I went back and tried to learn it, Not much luck though. I've taken tons of notes and have been meaning to study them but havn't found the time. Just pm me if you want to be friend.
Sayonara![Good Bye!]

Hi! I'm Silver and I'm sadly trying to teach myself Japanese. Not just the language, but the culture as well. It's rather difficult since I am curently a High school student with a job.
So... I haven't had as much time to study as I would like, but I do really try, and I pick up pretty fast on most things. Thus far, this guild has helped me to learn a few things and I just started looking at it yesterday! I'm really hoping to learn as much as I can here!
