Hearing someone speaking to her from behind, she turned and said, "Okay Heart, I'll be there in a moment." then she turned back to Ki to finish their conversation that they were having.

"Runa is...trying to cope. She is going through too much, and," He thought for a moment, remembering that Runa didn't want the desert experience shared he left details out and said, "she feels urgency to train the kids. We have been doing nothing except running into problems, and she is trying to see trough her sadness and fear to advance"
Then Ki heard a samurai shout, and he saw the plant crawling for Runa. He pointed his staff toward it and said, "STOP." In a commanding voice. He had exceptional control of plants, but did this anyway, just in case.

The samurai and the plant looked at the man that said stop, the plant then laughed alittle and continued to crawl towards her, but the samurai then caught the plant in the jar it was in and closed the lid. He then looked at the man again and disappeared and reappeared in the trees.

Takara was about to say something when she was taken by his outburst. Looking at where he was pointing his staff, she shooked her head, "What in the world is that?" she questioned outloud with a puzzled look upon her face.

"That can't be right." He said to himself. Then, half to Takara he said, "I should have been able to stop it. I guess I could have, using magic...but I shouldn't have needed to..." Then he answered her question, "I don't know what it was. It wasn't natural." He then said to Runa, "Runa, it was after you. Do you know what is was?"

Zaxina Kate finally found a small flat stone,lightly she threw it into the lake making it skip twice before it sank. Seeing the double skip Toshi said, "Wow, nice. I still can't get more than one though." Finding a smoth rock he quickly turned and threw it with all his might, but sadly it made a loud plop sound splashing water in every direction. Luckily the splash never made it to shore. "Well, come to think of it I don't know what I can't do. I have tried many things but have been able to do all of them. For instense teleportation, fire, protection. I got it. I can't heal anyone." He said loudly. " Without any after effects." He said in a shy voice. "But tell me what this interesting power is."

I stood there unmoving, shaking slightly. My heart raced in my chest as I continued to stare at the place where the planty had last been, so close. It will be back, no jar can hold it.....I looked towards Ki in slight terror. If it could get in here......oh please....no..."Ki...it was...a gift from Chan", I said sfotly. I didn't want to say outloud that it had been inside my heart at one point. It grew fast....I still didn't want the others to know. But at this point I would not be able to stay here much longer to train the kids. I continued to shake as I stood there thinking of any option that I had.

Ki mouthed That thing.... He understood. The sand. It wasn't a true plant. That was the problem. He could have stopped it with magic, but it would have broken free soon. Ki then hung his head.

Takara ran up where Runa and Ki were, "Runa are you okay?" she asked softly as she looked at her friend with a concern look.

I blushed slightly but was glad for the comfort. I looked down, "I think I need to leave soon...by myself", I said and looked back to him knowing he probably wouldn't like the idea, not that I like it either. But my staying here would endanger the others, and that was something I would not stand for. I saw Takara run over and dropped the matter, "I'm alright, it just caught me off guard was all", I said....really off guard, I thought.

In the trees the samurai looked at the plant, "What was that about?" The samurai the came out of the tree and ran towards the water he then threw the jar the plant was in into the water. It then sank into the deepest part of the lake.

Takara looked at her friend, "Runa, you arent hiding something from me are you? I know we need to get the twins training started so why dont we rest for the rest of the day and then start on their training in the morning. For now I want to know what is on your mind." she said softly but was stern about it as well.
