Kaori nodded, excited yet nervous at the same time. "Yes," she agreed with a smile in return, watching the ride start up with its new passengers. She heard their shouts, mostly ones of glee, and tried to make herself relax. Well, I'm the one who picked it, she thought with a tiny sigh. "It'll be fun," she suddenly declared aloud, hugging Kei to her gently. Her words were more to reassure herself, though she hoped Sai didn't realize that.

After a while, Hiro slumped down, arms crossed over his chest. "Where is he?" he groaned impatiently, shifting so he could get more comfortable wit his wings.
Yuki shook her head. "I do'nt know... Do you want to try following his scent again?"
"I thought you'd lost it..."
"Well, I can always give it another try." Yuki stood and walked towards the spot where she'd last caught Kai's scent. She came to a halt outside the boy's bathroom, face flushing red as she realized where she was heading. She abruptly spun around, ignoring the smirk Hiro gave her. She closed her eyes, bowed her head, and inhaled. She tried to ignore all the scents coming from the bathroom and focused only on Kai's. After a moment, she found it. "Hiro," she said as she turned to face him again. "I've got it. This way..." She held out her hand, pointing into the distance at a hill. "I think that's where he is."
Hiro leapt to his feet, grin returning. "Alright, then what are we waiting for?" he exclaimed as he spread his wings wide behind him. With one swift beat, he lurched forward, grabbing Yuki up into his arms. The girl's face flushed red and her eyes snapped shut as she clung fearfully to his arm. Hiro just laughed. "Have I ever dropped you before? Now, keep following the scent. I don't want to make a wrong turn." Yuki nodded, eyes still clamped shut, as the two soared quickly out of the park.

Sai laughed, hearing her sudden outburst. "Seems like you're excited," he smiled down at her. Monkichii, once again, lept from his shoulders and landed on Kei's head this time, mewing softly up at Kaori before walking up to her shoulder. "Kichii-chan," Sai said warningly to the fox squarl, "one of these days Kei-chan isn't going to be to nice and you're going to wonder why," he finished, sighing to himself.

Kaori nodded, smiling as her face flushed faintly pink. "Yes, I am," she said. Then she blinked as her eyes followed Monkichii, watching as he leapt onto Kei. The dragon snorted in surprise, and then growled in his throat, yet made no move otherwise. After Monkichii had gotten off of him, Kei shook his head and sneezed again. Kaori stared at Kei a moment. "You're not getting sick, are you?" she asked uncertainly, and then glanced at Monkichii. "And you are a trouble maker," she teased, patting his head.

Monkichii nodded his head in agreement. He mewed softly, rubbing his cheek against Kaori's. "Kichii-chan!" Sai laughed, "Are you trying to steal my princess?" he teased, poking the foxsquarl gently on the nose. Monkichii didn't say anything but continued nuzzling, his tail swishing behind him.

Kaori laughed, rubbing her cheek back against the squirrel's. "I really do feel pampered!" she cried with a grin and then looked at Sai. "No one could ever steal me away," she murmured, still smiling but now with a red face. "So you don't have to worry." She quickly scratched Monkichii's head softly again. "But I still like you too!" she teased. Kei snorted from his position in her arm and Kaori laughed again, shaking her head. "You too, Kei. I could never forget you." She stroked his back as well.

Sai laughed. "I have lots of competition," he nodded. The group that had gone before them had gotten off the ride, and it was now there turn. "Time flys so quickly," he smiled at her as they started towards one of the seat things. [[what are they called? o.O]] Sai held out a hand to help her into the outside seat before he'd go to his.

[I'm so sorry all my posts are delayed! ><;;]
Kaori laughed as well, shaking her head in a slight amusement. But then she looked up as the group before them unloaded, and felt a small flutter of nervousness in her stomach. She managed to ignore it as she nodded to Sai's statement and then followed him to the ride, quickly hiding Kei in her jacket and holding it for Monkichii as well. She smiled as she took Sai's hand and let him help her climb into the seat. She settled down nervously, waiting for him to get in as well.

Seeing her nerviousness, Sai smiled. "Don't worry, you'll be fine," he assured her as he climbed into the ride. He sat to Kaori's left, the inside of the ride, as the conductor came over. He looked at the two of them, a little skeptical, before locking the bar above their laps. He grumbled before shuffling to another seat.

"K..." Kaori mumbled, staring at the ground just below them until Sai climbed in beside her. Then she glanced up at him, smiling faintly for a moment. She looked over as the conductor approached and gave them a look. She blinked under his gaze and turned uncertainly back to Sai after he left. "Why'd he look at us like that?" she murmured nervously, shifting as Kei poked his head from her jacket.
[Wait, isn't the person on the outside the one who gets smashed? o.o]

Sai looked at her, hearing her question. "I seriously don't know... maybe he saw Kichii and Kei-chan before we got on and was wondering what happened to them?" he suggested, not sure himself. He watched the conductor slowly making his way around, clicking all the bars into place, before he returned to his controls. He pushed a red button as music started and slowly, them and two other cars attatched to the same platform, started to spin in a circle as the others, the ride overall starting into a circle as well.

Kaori nodded slowly, still trying to figure it out. "That makes sense," she murmured, but wasn't entirely sure that was actually the reason. However, she was shaken from her thoughts as the ride suddenly whirred into life. She grabbed the bar that held her in place tightly, eyes widening slightly as the pace of the ride gradually began to quicken. So far it wasn't bothering her, but she wasn't sure what exactly it'd feel like once it got to full speed. Her tail wrapped itself tightly around her waist in her nervousness.

Sai laughed, the ride picking up speed each full turn of the platform. He sat there, relaxed, not bothering to hold onto the bar. What was going to happen? Was he going to fly out of the ride; it made him laugh. He watched Kaori, wondering when she'd give up trying to hold herself there when the force started to knock her into him.

Kaori was staring fixedly at the bar she clung to, when she suddenly realized she was being pressed against Sai. Romantic rides?! was her first frantic thought, but she quickly decided that wasn't the case. No, this isn't romantic at all... She frowned as her face flushed red and tried scooting away from him. As soon as she paused again, she held tight to the bar, trying to keep herself in place. But, despite the years of training she'd gone through, it seemed that wasn't enough. She ended up sliding into his side again, pressing against him more firmly than she would have liked. "Wh-what kind of ride is this?" she asked, now suddenly realizing that each time they spun outwards and were pulled quickly back in, her stomach left her for a moment. She tried to ignore it, but couldn't help clutching her stomach with one hand. The other held to the bar. "I-I'm not hurting you am I?" she stammered nervously, face still scarlet.

Sai smiled at her. "No, not at all, don't worry about it," he assured it. It didn't hurt to much, for her to be forced against him; he didn't mind at all. He took the arm that she was leaning against at put it around her waist, placing his hand over the one that was clutching her stomach. "Don't worry, I'm here," he said gently.
