Jin was still hurt from his injury in battle but it wasn't so serious that he couldn't train. he quickly made his way towards daneil this being a mistake, even though he was a fire bender and could eaily overcome any type of defense that daneil put up he wasn't quite at the skill lvl daniel was at. so for him makeing a forward charge was almost like issueing his own death warrant. daneil of course countered his first move by slideing his right foot in a circlular like motion out in front of him but not a complete circle so instead of creating a circular motion he merly swept his foot on the ground in front fo him causeing a spike to rise up right next to jin which would jab him in the side throwing him of balance causing him to crash to the ground while daneil quickly moved his left leg to the right also but in a reverse circular motion causeing to shelves of earth to crush into each other where jin had been, Jin had barely made it out of that cripling move but was far from beaten.
Jin ran at daneil again makeing sure to keep an eye on his feet, however this time instead of useing his feet daniel punched his front fist forward towards jin makeing a rock shott out towards him.........

Months past by ever since Rave entered Omashu. The very last bout he was in was a sparring session against a very talented earth bender. Since that day, Rave hasn't lifted a single strand of water to protect or attack. He had found a job in a tea shop. Not all that well paying, but it pays nonetheless. He works as a bust boy, cleaning up tables after customers. Some days he'd get tips and nice people, and sometimes he gets customers who really mess up their table. Still, Rave was content with his life as of now. No longer was he a traveler. He finally settled.
Rave opened the door to his small rented second floor apartment. As he walked in, he dropped his bag on his small circular wooden kitchen table. He walked over to his semi soft/semi hard couch and just crashed. Today was a pretty busy day and he was quite tired. He laid there staring at the ceiling. He could hear his neighbor's kids fighting next door. Coincidently enough, they were the same kids that shared sandwiches with him when Rave first entered the city. Actually, they were the ones that helped him get the apartment.
Usually on the weekends, Rave would be the one watching them and playing with them. Just another sign of gratitude for what their families bestowed upon the young water bender. Rave sighed and turned his body so that he laid on his left side. He was facing the window and he could feel the night's cool breeze come into his home. He lifted up a finger to feel the moisture in the air. It was a little trick his master taught him to try and predict the next day's weather.
"Slight chance of showers..." He told himself staring at his fingers as he laid on his left arm. "Great...."

Rave sat up and leaned against the sofa's back. It wasn't as cushy as it had been when Rave first bought it. Actually, his imprint is clearly seen when Rave looks at it. He sighed for a moment and got up. He got himself a glass of water and head for his bedroom. In there, he placed his glass on top of his lamp drawer. He went over to his closet and opened the door only to sit down on his bed. Rave stared into the darkness of his closet. He looked as if he was staring into nothingness, however, Rave knew exactly what he was looking at. Every night, in this same time, in this same position, he'd stare at it. He wanted to use it, yet he dared not to in the same time.
With a solemn, unhappy look on his face, Rave finally stood up and took off his top. He changed into his sleep ware and closed the closet door shut. There, Rave sat a the edge of his bed. He took a gulp of water and untidy the bed sheets. He placed himself under them and turned off the light. However, it would take another hour or two before Rave's mind would drift into sleep. During this time, he would constantly think of what he'd be doing now if he didn't settle, if he didn't keep his promise to his friend.
"Goodnight...." he said softly into the darkness.

Rave woke up to the chirping of a squirrel-birds. Slowing he opened his eyes and could see the sun was barely up itself. Rave fully sat up and took the bed covers from him. He looked at the time. He still had plenty of time to get to work. "Train....train....." He told himself as he got up from his bed and moved into the bathroom.
After finishing his daily morning bathroom routine, he dressed himself in a sweatpants and wore a thin coat. Even Omashu is cold in the morning. He left his apartment and headed for the fountain inside the apartment complex. That's where he usually exercises his water bending skills.
He went down the stairs, making a pat-tack rhythm as he descended. Making a sharp right, he went into a hall that would lead into the apartment's open square. As he got there, he could see a few elders doing their morning exercises as well. Rave grinned and moved towards the fountain.

He had walked to the gates of Omashu wondering if he would be allowed in since he had not been there before. Before his eyes though the gates were being slowly opened with the loud booming sound of earth crumbling and moving around. He walked up and bowed to the gaurds smiling a small grin that reached from his left cheek to his right. He moved quickly forward into the great city of Omashu. He walked in and looked around at the great views and sites. He was here for no apparent reason, but he had heard it was a nice place to visit. He walked down a small alley way where he noticed a small market place from where he heard such weird noises. He blocked out the sounds and quickly moved on to anoter small alleyway.
He walked odnw the small alleyway with the gentle breeze going slightly through his silk-like hair. It was so quite and peaceful that it felt like home to him but he had to move on. A little while later while he was still walking around the small alleyways he got very tired and turned over to a bench and sat down gently on it."Wow I am really beat and hungry."

"Clean up table five, Rave." The shop owner told the water bender bust boy. "On it, chief." The water bender responded as he entered the kitchen to dispose of the dirty plates and glasses. Rave has been working in the restaurant for a few months now. He knows the owners regulars and have become real friends with the owner and the other employees. However, he's still the bust boy, the only bust boy. Hard work Rave does.

He woke up slowly after a small nap while dreaming of food. He reached into his pockets and pulled out a small bit of money. He moved around the alleyways until coming to a large merchants road where much food was being sold. He ran up to a sweet smelling cart of.....watermelon. He picked up the rippest and juiciest one and payed in money for it. He barely had enough for it but it was okay and he still had little left for some water later on. He moved on over to a small bench on the side of the house where he had chopped open the water melon by slicing it with the wind. He smiled as he charged into the melon head first gulping down large bites of great watermelon.

He was now getting bored. He rose up from the bench tossing his finished watermelon to the ground and reached his arms up high in the air. It was like a new day for him, but it was still the same. He slouched over to the right a little as he scanned the area looking for other people, or things. He decided that he wanted some frsh air and where to get fresh air other than a forest? He stretched his legs and started for the gates. Upon arriving to the gates he once again heard the screeching sound that was made from the rocks that grinded apart and together. This woke him completely up. He hurried out the gates running towards the forest that surrounded him. He was also the kind of person that loved to explore new places he had not gone to yet.

Weekend had came and he had both days off. Rave was thrilled. Usually on his days off, he'd be out playing with the neighborhood kids, but that was before he finalized the creation of his new armor. And what day would be best to try out the new armor than the day one has off from work?! With that in mind, Rave excitedly put the armor into a bag and the water clay bottles as well. Once tied, he shouldered it and happily walked down the stairs from his apartment.
Where shall I be going today? I know for sure I can't use it here...hmmm...to the forest then. At least the part where there's water. Hehe..this should be good. I hope it doesn't fail...." He thought as he walked through the streets of Omashu.

the battle between Jin and Daniel ensued as they continuously went at each other. Jin ran at Daniel shooting off to rounds of fire blasts at him. this gave him enough time to jump over the small earthen wall that Daniel had made to protect himself from the fireball. and punched him directly in the face. this of course set him off balance bu he quickly reacted twisting his ankles having sand and earth wrap around his ankles so he would not fall. it was then that he counterattacked while Jin was so happy that he had finally struck Daniel to hit him with a small boulder in the gut knocking him several feet back, this of course had made Jin lay on the Ground for a couple of seconds trying to catch his breath. Taking this major advantage Daniel clapped his hands together that caused two pieces of earth to shoot up and fold over on top of Jin holding him in place. Daniel walked over placing his foot on Jin's head and said "i believe that makes it 10 to 0 now." smiling down at him while Jin looked up at him both angry and disappointed.

Alix quietly walked through the streets and gazed in wonder at all the stores. People were shouting, fighting, shopping, and doing just about anything a person could do in a city. Alix jumped when a delivery cart shot past. What an exciting place, she thought. This is a perfect place to practice some new techniques. Alix sat down on a bench and slipped off a green strip of cloth from her head. She tied it around her eyes and softly moved her feet across the hard ground. She could feel the people walking around her, the shops on the sides of the streets, and the groups of buildings and towers. Alix smiled and laughed. A new trick was learned.

Alix lifted pebbles from the ground mindlessly as she watched the people hustle around the streets. Alone, again. I didn't run away from my so called "family" just to be ignored more. She sighed. I suppose if I don't know anyone, no one's going to talk with me, anyway. She worked at the pebbles, making them dance and jump. Being alone wasn't so bad. It was just... lonley. After setting the rocks down. Alix lifted the cloth from her eyes. People were moving around as vividly as if she hadn't ever put it on. She placed the cloth back on her head over her eyes. She walked out of the street. If there's nothing to do here, I'm going somewhere else. I'm going to the Water tribe.

Angstrom walked into the city, passing through the gate uneventfully. He strode through the market and through the city district until he got to a restaurant, and sat down to order some of the local produce. The server came to him with a large tray of roast bull, and he set in hungrily, flipping a coin at the boy as a tip. He finished his meal with relish and set his fork down, belching loudly. He set a small bag of coins on the table and left. Angstrom was headed somewhere rather important in the poor district, an area very rocky and dug in. It was an old irrigation system, and frequented by benders and warriors alike in training. He was heading there to continue his studies, with an old book under his muscled left arm. With a sigh, he left the place to its own peace, remembering fondly of his own home.

Angstrom had reached his destination. The ground around him was barren and rocky, perfect for training. He didnt bend that much, disdaining it. Instead, he preferred to work on physical techniques. but sometimes, he had to bend to keep himself sharp, and to help with his physical conditioning. Of late, he had been getting rusty, and so desired practice. Angstrom removed his cloak and shirt to prepare himself for the excercise. He checked to make sure his hand bandages were tight, and he began. Pulling himself into the familiar horse stance, he spread his legs apart and brought his elbows to his waist, his arms parallel to the ground. He breathed in, then out. Raising his hand to head level, he pulled a human sized rock from the ground and brought it to him, rooting it to the ground. He struck it multiple times using bending, making it more like a human, though there werent that many details. Arms, legs, and a head with a neck, and that was about it. He stood to a normal position, raising a hand to neck level, his other fist kept behind his back at chest level. He remembered what his master had taught him about chi points, and where they were. He curled his fingers one by one until only two remained-- his middle and pointer finger. With these extended, he began the attack. His piercing fingers struck the shoulder. Chi point twenty six-- left shoulder. remaining chi paths to left arm- three He pulled his fingers from the considerable hole he made in the rock and struck once, twice, thrice more around the shoulder. He looked at his handiwork dismally. The holes were too wide- they would bleed, and blood would release the chi. he needed to stop the chi paths. if blood was shed, eventually the flesh could repair and the chi would be unaffected, not blocked at all. he could not have that. He sighed at how sloppy he could become. He remained in his stance, and got ready to try again as the rock reformed around the shoulder.

General Lo and seven other high ranked earth kingdom soldiers from Ba Sing Se arrived in Omashu and headed straight for the castle. After explaining why they were there they were given permission to do their job and given minor command of soldiers living in Omashu. They finally left the castle and reentered the city and walked back to the only entrance to the city. They all went to help guard the city entrance and act as border patrol. It was difficult getting into major earth kingdom cities as it was and by these soldiers being here they were making it more difficult. But that was the idea. They were ordered to keep an eye out for fire benders and suspicious people.
