hmm i think the wii can use gamecube remotes if i remember right but probly wrong

I heard something like that from my friend. Like when he got his wii for chirstmas he gav eme his gamecube but said he wanted his cube games back when I was done because he could still use them.

The Gamecube didn't have remotes. It had controllers though. And yes, you can use them on the Wii. Since the Wii is backwards compatible with Gamecube games, and since the controllers made for the Wii weren't designed for Gamecube games, they made it so you could use its controllers.

Well if that's the case that might be cheaper for me to buy the Wii and toss the Gamecube because, my brothers busted that. (I'm trying to find ways of saving money, kinda obvious ain't it.)

excellent, if I can not move and still play games I just may get a wii.. Who am I kidding I was going to get one eventually anyway.

I'm so glad to hear you can use the old controllers! I was really pissed off at the new remote thingy and tried it once. (Hated it unlike most others.) This is good news, now I can buy the Wii...after I get my new PSP. Sorry, Playstation before Nintendo.

I recently finished a game so now I'm looking for a new one to play. I found one that looks interesting but I'm sure. Anyone ever play Tales of the Abyss for the PS2?

Negative, No new Star Ocean game for PS2 yet. I rather enjoyed playing Till the End of Time. But the storyline in the end made me want to hunt down and beat the writers to death.
And now another complaint.. I have nothing left to do in Twilight Princess o.O.. everything is done.

You remind me of my 2 best friends. they loved Twilight Princess. I think they finished it and all that the first weekend they had it. 0_o
