Lorelai blinked as Shepard flew off, glancing back to HK-47 as a smile slowly spread across her face. "Well then, looks like it's just you and me for a while, cutie," she said cheerfully. "I'll take you back to the lab after this shindig's over with. Maybe we can graft some more lasers onto you or something. Everything is better with lasers."

Lorelai waved a hand at Kira, a carefree grin plastered across her face. "It'll be all right!" she said cheerily. "You worry too much, Mister Angel. Everything's gonna be juuuuuuuuust fine!" She punctuated this last part by throwing her arms out wide.

"And I'm taking Mister Robot with me when I leave, so you won't have to worry about that either. Plus, he'll follow my orders, and I don't really feel like having him blast your girlfriend with lasers." She winked at Kira.

HK-47 simply stood impassively, nodding just slightly at Lorelai's statements. "If it is not Mistress' wish, I will refrain from blasting the meatbag on the lake."

Lorelai smiled, turning back to Kira, sweeping her arm out in the direction of HK-47. "See? He'll be a good boy."

There was no need for Lorelai to even suggest the idea. Usagihana's entire LCD face panel had tinted a very bright and brilliant red you only find in heating metals to a pinkish glow. "Nyah... Usagi-chan thinks she is in love!" Suddenly, she checked the energy readings again. "NEH??? WHY NOW?" The small robot extended a crane and grapple from a compartment on her back, unplugging the USB cable. "Gomenasai! Usagi-chan needs to go keep Rivera-san alive! Her vital signs are dropping rapidly by a hyperbolic rate of 25% per minute, nya!" The little bunny bot gave HK-47 a very wistful look, then whizzed down towards the lake in a wobbling hover. It looked like one of those plastic easter eggs where you glue a rock or a few pennies to the bottom and slide it across the table. It wobbles, but stays upright while moving.

Usagihana hovered before Rivera and tried to connect herself directly to the girl's mind. Rivera fixed her that way, by connecting them directly through electrical contact of the two processing systems. She was repelled by the same shield. "Meh! Rivera-san can't die yet, she promised Kira-kun she wouldn't! Usagi-chan won't let Rivera-san become a liar! NYA!" The LCD panel began to calculate the mathematical turnpikes on the shield. The egg shape of her hull seperated through a nearly invisible seam across her middle horizontally, and left an interior pillar of compartments. From there, twelve energy projectors were extended. "Calculating counter field now... X-172 under processing demands, 20%... 40%... 60%... 80%... 99%... Calculation complete... charging power for emission..." The flat energy projectors gathered light through free energy in the air and used stored solar energy from an installed interior portal that translated energy from a distant star directly into electric energy for the robot's usage. "Power charged, initiating counter field aspects now... Power field set, axis set, axal planes set, facet planes set, demagnetization set... aspects aproved, initiate counter field." Another forcefield appeared around Usagihana, one made to directly counter the one set by the Multiverse. However, because the other shield is ever-changing, the robot only has one minute inside the shield.

"Let's go..." Usagihana extended a few wires from a spare base compartment into Rivera's arm, directly connecting to her nerves. From there, she could connect to all her vital information. The Bunny Bot began to set regulations on the nervous impulses as Rivera would set the programming limits on a guidance android or a repair-bot. Rivera's mind operated much like a machine similar to a computer. It needed maintanence too, as well as intervaled stand-by sessions to repair and rest itself.

Within the one minute limit, Usagihana did the best she could and atleast brought the level of human dependence down to a safer level for the body's current state. She soared back up to the branch with a very metallic, echoing sigh. "Usagi-chan is sorry for disturbing your research, Lorie-san... Usagi-chan really is... but Rivera-san fixed Usagi-chan and made her come back to life again, so Usagi-chan had to fix her too!" Usagihana used the grapple to connect herself back onto Lorelai's computer and continued to take shy glances at HK-47. It was surprising how a robot could have so much human emotions... but Usagihana didn't really have those emotions, she was programmed that way a long time ago when she was first built. Her personal behavioral data made her... well... quirky.

"Nya! Wait! Um..." Usagihana spoke up when HK-47 requested to leave. "Can Usagi-chan have your serial number and maybe your... um... IP contact code?" Usagi's LCD panel quickly flared up in another rush of pink tint, where she tried to hide it, yet having nothing to shield it with, ended up turning around in circles, finally finding a large leaf to hide behind. "Usagi-chan likes 47's basic energy frequency.... it's very pretty... um... Usagi-chan means... meh!" Usagihana stopped talking and just pretended to be fried. Her communication data hadn't been finished yet, so it wasn't fully updated. It gave her somewhat human qualities, but human qualities were usually nothing but drawbacks.

Usagihana's set mood switched suddenly to 'volatile'. She shifted shape by somehow splitting in half and turning inside out, reforming into a metallic looking rabbit with spikey ears, a long leonic tail and a pair of steel wings. Her claws were curved like sabers, dangerous and sharp.

"Don't mess with me, scrap metal." That was all she said... it was quite strange how quickly a cute android designed by a boy for his girlfriend could turn into such a menacing creature of black metal in the space of moments. The LCD face panel was dark, without emotic signs on it like the egg shaped version. Usagihana jumped a branch down, onto the one HK-47 was on. The mere impact between her and the branch created an explosion proportionate to the branch, in something like a mini-supernova. The branch automatically snapped as Usagihana dug her claws into the main trunk in stability, the long tail swishing with enough power to knock a good sized boulder twenty yards off.

Usagihana shook her head and leapt gracefully from the branch, dashing into the shallows and up to Kira. "It's Usagihana, don't be startled. I've changed forms to match the situation... there's a massive energy spike coming up... no matter what, Rivera must not lose consciousness. Please see to that, for her own safety and yours. I will be countering the energy spike... thank you, Kira-kun!" The rabbit shaped monstrosity/originality of an android bounded twice, once only three feet into the air, and the second time, all the way up to the clouds. Usagihana had some dealings to finish with sattellites.

Kumizu reached the surface of the water again. He shook his head, and the water splashed all around him. It felt so good to actually swim in some water. That and the fact that he was truly alone let him relax a bit. A swim like this always cleared his head.

The problem was... it cleared his mind, but he feelings remained the same. The only thing he was thinking about was the day before, with Ayise.

Kumizu was... stunned that Ayise was just sitting there. He thought he wouldn't be seeing her for awhile. Furthermore, she was holding a towel for him. He figured that meant she was going to wait awhile; that they'd get to talk. He started walking up to the shore, and stopped when the water was at his waist. He loved the water, and feeling it against every part of his body... "Um, you might want to come to me with that towel." Under normal circumstances, he really wouldn't have cared, but these were anything but normal.

Kira looked at them angrily."Why would you want to swim in a lake that is starting to grow pink with one's blood?"He asked still in the lake by Rivera."If you would please get out of this water and maybe go to the springs instead...."He suggested."Let's just say it would make everyone's life easier...."He finished.
