Later, hours had passed and Haruki was now going to arrive home, but he should go give Skylar's aunt a call. He picked up his phone, dialing her number before pressing the screen close to his ear. "Hello? Haruki here. I have an important question to ask. If a demon is mated to someone, will there be something major going on? Like a ceremony of some sort?" He was conversing with her at an alleyway, just not far from the nightclub. Indeed, he was now curious.

Amelia blinked when her phone started ringing and even more so when she found out it was Haruki. "Mated? You mated my nephew?" she replied trying not to squeal. It was rare for a succubus to find a mate. Even more so for thier male counterparts. To think that her nephew had found someone at such a young age was impressive. "Well. It's no different than a human wedding. Except that it had to take place on the next full moon when Skylar's inner demon is most active." she said after getting her thoughts together and explaining the ritual to the male. Meanwhile, Skylar was still busy making his rounds, seeing to patients and getting the paperwork done and all the while wondering what Haruki was up to. Maybe he would call him later.

His response to the question was a curt nod, blushing faintly. But when the requirement of the next full moon was brought about, that was when he came up with the answer. "It must be a week from now. So, where will the ceremony take place?" He would bet that it wouldn't be at a church or even on a beach like most human weddings. Since it would be demonic in nature, the satanic temple would be his best guess, until the woman would say that things back then would be diverging from the lifestyle of the demons right now.

Amelia snorted before answering. "A temple will probably be best. There is one not too far from where you live, though it's stationed in the forest, it should.still be up.and running." she replied after a momemt of thinking. Skylar would have to choose a color for his ceremonial robe as well as Haruki. "I'll will call Skylar Solar and let him know Unless you want to tell him?" she finished as she started writing everything down. A week was not a lot of time but between her and her sisters, they would get it done. For thier nephew and his beloved. Skylar's adoptive mother would.have to be notified as well. That would make for an interesting conversation. Meanwhile, Skylar was on break and was now relaxing in his office, going over last night. It had been mind blowing.

Haruki hummed. "Oh I see. Well, I'll be the one telling him the news, with the preparations and all that. I'll make sure my mom and dad receive the info also." Knowing that the ceremony would be no different than a wedding, it would surely be a memorable one, with the weird stuff going on aside. But still, even Haruki's parents deserve to know, since he hadn't told him that he had already found someone to be his future mate in life. The bartender hoped that the human traits were enough for Skylar to receive their blessings.

"Okay, then. See you two in a week then." Amelia replied before hanging up. There was so much to do in so little time, but it would get done. And with that, she gathered her sisters, told them the news, which they were ecstatic about, and the preparations for under way. Skylar was once again up and about in the children ward, checking up on them and makinmaking sure they had everything before heading home for the day. He made a mental note to call Haruki when he got home.

Haruki hummed with a nod before hanging up also. Now that everything’s set for the ceremony next week, all that’s left was for Skylar and their family members to be informed about the news. But first, since he was spared from bartender duties just for tonight, he had the time to go home early to prepare dinner. He would have to call his parents about the upcoming ceremony, thought first, he would have to introduce his beloved to the human family. It would be a lie to say that he didn’t feel nervous. In fact, he was trying to calm himself even when he was taking the bus back to his apartment.

Skylar had made it home and boy was he tired. He sighed as he made his way to the bedroom, discarding his clothes and heading to the bathroom to take a long, hot bath, make some dinner, call his mom to tell her what happened, cause she was going to want to know, and then head off to sleep. It was his day off tomorrow, so he could sleep in. As he started the water, he grabbed his cell phone and called Haruki to see how his day went.

Haruki was almost done with cooking dinner when his phone rang up. While waiting for the soup to simmer for a few more minutes, his phone beeped up and he picked it up, pressing the screen close to his ear. "Hello? Oh, Skylar. Well, I gave your aunt a call and she said that the ceremony will start next week in that temple located in the forest. That's when the next full moon would show up, the time where your incubus side becomes the strongest." He would still recall those golden depths, angry when pisses yet seductive during their first time. Man, who would have thought that those orbs would be a sign of his initiative to play with him sensually.

"Next week?!" Skylar replied after getting over the surprise. "Well, that explains a lot during my teenage years as I was always restless when the moon was full." he added as he took a seat on the edge of the tub as he watched it fill. "Is there a specific day?" he asked, mentally wondering how he was going to accommodate his work schedule around the ceremony. After all, it's not everyday that you find yourself getting bonded to your mate. He was lucky. He was definitely going to have to tell his mom and he could just imagine that conversation.

Haruki exhaled a bit before supplying the answer. "Today's Tuesday, so the ceremony will take place next week. And about you being restless, does that include the urge to give into those devilish temptations of yours? I'm glad that you got most of the under control. Plus... I'm now yours for the demon to be satiated, right?" He blushed once more at the memory of the other pleasuring him with his mouth. He was certain that after the ceremony, the demon would be so pleased.

Skylar hummed as he listened, turning off the water. "Ah. If that's what you call it, then yes." he replied after a moment. "But we both known that you would enjoy whatever I came up with." He all but purred before settling himself down in the tub. His phone was water-proof so he was fine talking while enjoying his bath. "True. But you are more than just a thing to me. I really care for you." He adds after a moment, blushing at his words.

Haruki shivered a bit at the sensual tone. "Yes, I'll surely enjoy that. And I appreciate that you want me to feel the same pleasure as I did to you, though I did go a little rough on you during our first time." He would bet that the other would still feel a little wince because of the bruises and the sore sensation down there, but otherwise, everything was fine. A slight smile curled upon his lips as he spoke the next statement. "I just can't wait, though I have to tell my parents about that, too, having to introduce you to them as well." He then turned off the stovetop, knowing that the soup was finally done.

Skylar leaned back against the edge of the tub. "It was fine. To be honest, I kind of enjoyed it." repliex, blushing sndnquite happy that Haruki couldn't see him. "Same here. My mother would freak if I up and just got bonded to someone she didn't know. Plus she will have to meet all of my aunt's. Looking forward to that." he added after a moment. His mother was very protective of him and when she finds out about the ceremony, it will so there go good or bad.

He whistled at the prospect of the adoptive mom being a protective parent. "It may be a bit hard for her to take in, but I hope she'll be in good terms. Now I'm a bit nervous about introducing you to my family, since they may be still new to the concept of having to bond with you. But you are a good guy, so they may accept you." His parents believed that looks don't matter that much as long as the spouse is a responsible individual ready to tackle life's problems together. Skylar may be welcomed considering that he tried his best at his work as a pediatrician.
