Grace Marie Thompson
Grace smiled down at Isabelle, and laughed gently at how enthusiastic Killian was about eating. "I have a lot of food, and I live alone so please, help yourself.." She reached down and brushed her hand over Isabelle's raven hair before bringing her eyes back up to Killian, feeling that familiar sadness rise when he spoke about Isabelle's mother. "I love this baby as if she is my own...It is sad that she was brought into this world with a mother like that..." She swallowed thickly and glanced at her phone. "Her mother wasn't ready for children...which explains how she pretty much abandoned Isabelle with Orion.." She felt guilty about ignoring the text messages, and hoped that it wouldn't cause even more problems between her and Orion. "I don't want him to think I stole his child.." She murmured, returning her blue eyes to the man across from her. She grabbed her phone and looked at the message, and realized it was not from Orion but from Cadence, and it seemed like something was wrong. She tilted her head to the side, and quickly sent her a reply.
Ok, leaving now. Be right there!
Once the message was sent, Grace placed the sleeping Isabelle into her car seat, then placed the bottle into the sink. "My brother needs to see me...do you mind sitting here with her until I get back? If something happens just call or text me...Thank you, k bye!" She took Killian's phone and placed her number in it, and quickly kissed his cheek and was out the door before he could stop her.
It only took her a few minutes to get to the cafe, and for a moment she was stumped. Cadence wasn't inside, and wasn't in her car. Grace strolled around to the back, finally catching sight of her tiny friend. Grace scarred over to her, immediate concern showing on her face as she joined Cadence on the ground, wrapping her arms around her. "Cadie! What's going on? Are you okay?" She sat shoulder to shoulder with her friend, leaning her head onto the brunette's shoulder.

'Cause sometimes you just feel tired, Feel weak, and when you feel weak, you feel like you wanna just give up ~Cadence Jaycey Sinclaire-Caine~ Cadence had not heard Grace join her, so she was startled when she heard her voice. She lifted her tear stain face to Grace. She quickly wiped at the tears. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have bothered you this early!" She used her sweater sleeve to dab at the tears. "I just...I need to talk to someone who won't go all gangsta once they hear what I have to say." She took a few breaths, trying to calm herself. "Alex was killed and the Sheriff thinks I had something to do with it. He says he is going to look into my whereabouts, which normally I wouldn't care about. Only....Alex was killed the same night you were abducted, and the Angels went on their rampage. I am not suppose to know that Orion ordered a massacre of all Outcasts in the Creek. I am not suppose to know anything about their business, and trust me. I don't want to know, but I do. I am afraid if the Sheriff starts digging into me he will start digging into those in my life. The Angels can not afford to be under any sort of microscope right now." She rubbed her arms lightly. "I had nothing to do with Alex's death. That I swear, I am certain the Angels had nothing to do with it either. That doesn't mean the Sheriff won't try to tie everything together. I am just afraid. I have no idea what to do! I don't want to worry the guys. I am afraid they will react and give him another reason to look at them." She glanced at her phone. "s**t...I have to get inside... Grace are you off today? I will have an hour for lunch today. Maybe I could stop by and we can talk some more? Unless Dereck will be there. Then we can talk at a later date."Cadence finally went back into the Cafe. She hoped it wouldn't be obvious she had been crying. She stopped in the back to wash her hands and stepped out from the kitchen area. Immediately she spotted Jasper and she realized she had forgotten he was coming by. She walked over to him and gave him a small smile. "So....I know coffee will probably be a part of breakfast, but what else are you feeling like?" Cadence was relieved to see the Sheriff's vehicle pulling away. She resisted the urge to shudder. She was getting that feeling again. The feeling that often meant trouble was afoot. She grabbed Jasper's hand and lead him back into the office. She hated that so many of the regulars were watching them. The problem with living in a small town, everyone knew each other, and their business. She knew by the afternoon half the town would be whispering outlandish stories about the pair's morning meeting. "How did you sleep?" She asked as she closed the door behind them. Finally since the pair were alone she felt it safe to kiss him. She did not like being the talk of the town. She did not like her social life being the topic of discussion. More important then that though was keeping Jasper's name from being linked to hers. He could not have people digging into his life. Too many things about the MC could surface that way. ~Candie~ But you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength And just pull that sh*t out of you and get that motivation to not give up And not be a quitter, no matter how bad you wanna just fall flat on your face and collapse. ~Eminem

Location: Avenging Angels Company: Doom and Gloom Wearing: Wearing Laughter escaped her throat as toast was thrown at her. Lyn did her best to catch the piece before it fell on the ground, and when she did held it up with a 'Eureka!' before taking a bite into it. She jumped to answer her phone as it dingled once again. Quickly she typed in, "Wonderful! Can't wait! See you at 8.'
Her blue eyes turned back to her cousins as she set her phone down. They looked rough, especially Lincoln. Laughter escaped her throat again at their current self inflicted distress, "Don't you boys know the captain treats you better than Jose?Don't you guys have jam? This is a little plain? " She dodged the next piece of toast that was thrown her way, and continued to munch on the current piece she had."Hey, don't you two be getting mad at me for your rough, love spatting night! I didn't cause it. And I'm always up this early. You miss out so much of your day if you sleep the whole time. And can't I just stop by and see if you two are behaving?" '

Jasper A smile lit his face as he saw Cadence strolled in. "Morning. Coffee's just the beginning. What's the special?" As Cadence grabbed his hand, Jasper followed her, looking around the Cafe, wondering for her secrecy. He shrugged, maybe she didn't want everyone to know yet. Although she was already pregnant and wasn't it better to hae the dad named then leave it unknown. But hey he wasn't a girl.
When she kissed him, his and moved to cup her check, rubbing his thumb gently over her skin. He felt a light trail of cooler skin that was slightly damp. He pulled away, his hand moving to lift her chin to look at him,"I slept fine. Cadie, are you alright?"

'Cause sometimes you just feel tired, Feel weak, and when you feel weak, you feel like you wanna just give up ~Cadence Jaycey Sinclaire-Caine~ "Friggin'.....prying eyes in this place. Old Mrs. Jackson is out there. She loves to gossip. She once told my step dad I was making out with a boy under that old Oak tree in the Park. I totally wasn't. I was getting high with that guy. Which, of course I couldn't confess too. Totally got the crap kicked out of me that time. Which...I then went out and got baked again to deal with. Real smart on my part. Anyway...I am still on my best behavior around her to this day. That is just sad!" She retorted with a small smile. She gently removed his hand from her chin. "The Sheriff...he just delivered some....shocking and depressing news. Alex's body was discovered this morning." Cadence gave Jasper as much of the truth she felt safe giving him. "I know he was an a*****e, I'm not delusional...he wasn't always that guy though. So....it is just a bit hard to not grieve a bit." She turned away and started to straighten up the office/ She hadn't noticed some things had gotten knocked down earlier when the Sheriff had been in there with her. "Let's just focus on breakfast though. You need to eat! Hey....want to stay over again tonight? Or....we could stay at your place?" She stopped cleaning up as she sat on the edge of the desk. She pulled Jasper close to her, and laid her head against his chest. She closed her eyes and just listened to the steady beat of his heart. She took comfort from the sound of his beating heart, and the warmth of him. Her hands glided up and down his back. She thoroughly enjoyed the feel of him. She could feel the familiar stirrings inside her and she ignored them. She wouldn't let her lust screw things up between them. She sighed as she forced her head up, and her hands off of him. "Food." She said as a way to try to refocus her mind. Dragging it away from thoughts of Jasper's hands on her, or him under her. ~Candie~ But you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength And just pull that sh*t out of you and get that motivation to not give up And not be a quitter, no matter how bad you wanna just fall flat on your face and collapse. ~Eminem

Jasper Jasper let Cadence go. He watched her as she moved around the office, straightening up the room.He watched her curiously, listening to her story of her fear one of the woman out front, and then admit that the Sheriff had been in to tell her some news. He ran a hand over his head, nervous habit as it was. "I know you liked the guy Cadie. No matter how much of a douche he was. I'm sorry."
So that explained the sheriff's mood as he had come in. Then she wanted to focus on breakfast. He shrugged. It was food. Food would be around, although he wasn't going to deny any of it. A smile came to his face as she asked if he wanted to spend the night, or her at his place. Spreading his hands wide, he said,"Where ever you want to stay Cadie. I'll be where you want me."He could keep her close, especially if she let him. No matter her reasons for it.
As she pulled him closer, Jasper grinned widely. He wrapped his arms around her. Content with their position at the moment. He loved to have her close, within his arms. Here she was safe. He let her pull away again, "Yes you do need food. Can you sit with me to eat, or are you too busy? Should we worry Mrs. Jackson will tell someone if she sees us?" He asked jokingly about the last part. But the first part was true. She needed to eat more than he did. And well, he'd love to eat with her."What you want tonight for dinner?"

'Cause sometimes you just feel tired, Feel weak, and when you feel weak, you feel like you wanna just give up ~Cadence Jaycey Sinclaire-Caine~ Cadence shrugged. "Not so much I liked him. We had history, and sometimes that is hard for me to let go of. I feel bad for his Mother. She wanted children, and told me before she had three miscarriages before Alex and another four after him. She wanted a big family....and instead...just the one, and now he is gone. That most be hard for her." She had always liked his Mother. She was a very kind lady, and had always been nothing but warm and welcoming with Cadence. She of course had made it no secret she wanted Alex and her to get started on grandchildren as soon as possible. Something that Cadence had never ever wanted with Alex. "Yes! I waited to make sure I would be hungry, and have a bit of time to eat breakfast with you." She smiled. She knew he would want her to eat with him, and that was fine. She wanted them to be comfortable around each other. "Let's stay at your place. Oh geez....dinner seems years away! I am working a double today. How about...I stop at my place, pack a few things and stop and pick up dinner on the way home? Nice huge greasy delicious burgers with those crinkle cut fries from Hopper's? Best burgers in town after all." She couldn't control herself and she stole another quick kiss. "Ha! Mrs. Jackson can try to find someone who cares about what I do now! Good luck with that, she should inform me if she finds someone." She slipped off the desk and took his hand. She needed out of this small space. She could not continue to stay in there with him and keep her hands off of him. She wasn't sure if she was acting on pure lust, or if it was something else at work, but she did know she did not want to confuse him. "Specials....pancakes...waffles! The waffles are delicious! I am a huge fan of them. French toast." She scrunched up her face in a disgusted look after she said that. She use to love french toast, but now even the smell made her nauseous. It had to be a pregnancy thing. ~Candie~ But you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength And just pull that sh*t out of you and get that motivation to not give up And not be a quitter, no matter how bad you wanna just fall flat on your face and collapse. ~Eminem

Jasper Jasper nodded as she explained Alex's mother's situation. It certainly was a sad story, but as far as he was concerned that man got what was coming to him. He smiled as she said she had planned on eating with him, "Perfect. After you dear." He told her waiting for her to lead the way. As she spoke of dinner plans, he nodded. Now burgers sounded good. Especially with those fries. Jasp took out his wallet and handed her a few bills, before putting it away."Here, for dinner."
As she kissed him one last time before leading him back into the diner, A large smile spread across his face. He could think of at least one person that cared about their relationship. Orion. But he had yet to see Ryder today. hadn't heard from him last night either. Perhaps he'd stop by the club and see if anyone knew if the man was ok.
Jasper sat down across from Cadence at the booth she picked. "Then I guess it's waffles today if you deem them so good. As long as it's not Louie making them."That old cook had it out for him. He swore everytime he got something here that that cook made, he was ******** the rest of the day.

'Cause sometimes you just feel tired, Feel weak, and when you feel weak, you feel like you wanna just give up ~Cadence Jaycey Sinclaire-Caine~ Cadence laughed at Jasper. "He is on vacation. He is thinking about retiring actually." Cadence ordered the waffles and sat across from Jasper. She bit her lower lip as she watched him. Trying to suppress her smile. He was amazingly handsome and it still baffled her that he liked her. Of all people, HER. She pushed the money back at him. Shook her head. "I will pay for dinner. You paid last night, besides I am the one inconveniencing you. Your playing host to me without proper warning. Really rude of me actually." She thanked their waitress for their coffees and she set about preparing hers just the way she liked it. Sweet and creamy. "I will be there around 9. By the time I get done everything here..."The waffles came and she tried to focus on her waffles. Waffles, waffles, waffles... She chanted in her head. She did her best to ignore the stares they were getting. She knew the town was curious about the relationship seeing as how Jasper was an Angel, and her brother was their President. ~Candie~ But you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength And just pull that sh*t out of you and get that motivation to not give up And not be a quitter, no matter how bad you wanna just fall flat on your face and collapse. ~Eminem

Grace Marie Thompson
Grace furrowed her eyebrows at Cadie's story. She had no idea that something like that had happened, and it seemed that because she had been taken that someone was dead, and now the cops were looking into Cadence. Grace bit down on her lip, frowning. She really did not know what to do about the situation, and she didn't have any friends in law enforcement. However, she did have a small history with the sheriff. So maybe she could go by at home point and have a talk with him. "I won't tell anyone, I promise...I will take care of it...or at least I will try to.." She kissed Cadence on the forehead and watched her retreat inside, and she sighed. First Orion was pissed off, and now Cadence was being watched by the cops. None of this was good, at all.
Grace turned around on he heel, and looked down at her phone again, feeling a sinking feeling that she had not heard from Orion at all. Maybe he didn't want to be with her anymore. After all, alcohol was known as the truth serum. She swallowed thickly and got back into her car, sitting in the driver's seat for a moment, contemplating on calling or texting Orion. She hated not knowing what was going on, and it ate at her that there had been no communication between them since the fight. She reluctantly put her phone in her purse, and glanced at the clock before driving back to her house, only to find that Killian had eaten all of the food she had made for breakfast that day, and Isabelle was still sound asleep.
Grace moved Isabelle into her room and closed the door before returning to the kitchen, plopping down in the chair next to Killian. She laid her head on the table for a moment before looking over at him. "You know..when this happened..." She turned her back to him, lifting up the back of her shirt enough to show him the large cross that had been branded into her back. "What that happened I figured that since it is mostly hidden, people wouldn't have to suffer with seeing it. Seeing how....bad it is." She turned back to face him, and her eyebrows were pressed together. "But with..with these..." She pointed at her face, a frown tugging at her lips. "I can't hide these...I'm probably going to lose my job because of it...I-I..." She took a few deep breaths, almost feeling like a panic attack was coming on.

Jasper "Good! It's time that old fart got out of here." .Jasper laughed. He didn't know what the guy had held against him for long. But it certainly would be nice to eat at the diner not in fear for who was cooking his food.
He shook his had and pushed the money back,"Take it Cadence. You're not inconveniencing me at all. I like having you around, love it. So can't I thank you for your company by making sure you at least eat well?" Oh it was known he'd give into her whims. But he wouldn't have it said that he did not take care of her. Could not provide for her and their child. Jasper was certainly happy she wanted to stay over, this was something he could get use to; being with her every night. But he'd let her be the one to run the pacing. Well as much as he could.
"If you need a ride, let me know." He told her as he started to eat some of the waffles that were set in front of them. They certainly were delicious, even with a little powdered sugar on top. He didn't bother to give any of the glances or stares around them any notice. Over the past couple years with the Angels, his skin had certainly grown thicker. He didn't care what they said. Yes this beautiful woman was sitting and eating with him, was carrying his child, was coming over to his place after work. And he would take care of her. As far as he was concerned, everyone else didn't matter.

"I won't be broken I won't be tortured I won't be beaten down" ~Orion Michael De La Cruz~ Orion was feeling lousy. His head was pounding. His mouth felt to dry and no matter how much water he drank, it continued to feel dry. He had his darkest tinted sunglasses on. The sunlight was killing him. His stomach felt like it was doing back flips. He felt like s**t, his place looked like a class of angry Kindergartners had been let loose in there. He had called a maid service to come over and deal with it. He was not dealing with it this time. He was driving over to Grace's. He figured that would be the only place she would go with Belle. He had been calling Killian all morning and that jerk off just kept hitting ignore. He knew Killian was doing it to piss him off. Killian listened to Grace as he sipped his coffee. He frowned at her and placed a hand on hers. "Your a great Nurse. If they let you go over something so silly. They don't deserve you. You'll be okay Grace." He leaned in toward her. "Your great at what you do. Our hospital does not have very many qualified Nurses, I doubt they would want to lose one of the few they have." He stood up and walked over to her. He gave her a big hug. "Stop stressing. Stop worrying about things you can't control."The pounding at the door made him straighten up, and let go of Grace. He smirked down at her. "I suspect that is for you my dear." He started for the door with his coffee. He swung open the door to reveal Orion. "Get out of here." Orion snapped and Killian looked back at Grace. "Thanks for breakfast, I'm taking your mug by the way." With that said he was gone. Orion was firmly closing the door behind him and then he went to stand in the door way. Watching Grace through his dark lenses. Cadence accepted the money. She would not offend his male pride. She knew better then that. Once breakfast was done Cadence wandered outside with Jasper toward his truck. The pair were hand in hand, and it was already shaping up to be a beautiful day. Only one ride she was thinking about from Jasper and she was seriously trying not too! "I will be okay, anyway I open again tomorrow. Another double for me..So don't be surprised if I am gone when you wake up in the morning."Once they were at his truck she slipped her arms about his neck. Pulling his face down toward hers as she stretched up. First she rubbed her cheek against his. She loved the stubble. In her book guys with facial hair were hot. She loved the roughness against her soft skin. Especially when she was making out with a guy. She kissed him once then a second time. She was going in for a third little kiss when they were interrupted by a familiar voice. She turned her head frowning. It couldn't be, let it was. She turned back to Jasper and gave him a quick kiss and pulled herself away. "I will see you tonight..." She said softly and started toward the person who had interrupted them. Her Mother. Cadence wasn't sure why she was here, or what she wanted. She had disowned her months prior for missing her Step Father's funeral. Cadie walked pass her Mother. "I have to get back to work, so say whatever it is you need to say, then ...go away.""Really? Looked like your were going to have sex with the boy from down the street right out on the side walk to me. Anyway, I just wanted to see if it was true. Looks like it is." Cadence whirled to face her Mother. Her Mother's eyes were on her daughter's midsection. "What? That I am a slut? Yeah, and...? Oh, yeah was totally going to have sex with him here. Why not, already did it in the Cafe." Cadence replied sarcastically."Cadence, I don't want to fight with you anymore! I am here trying to reach out to you. You will not be able to raise this baby alone. Trust me, I know!""I don't need help from you!" Cadence snapped angrily. "You were never, EVER there for me when I needed you! Now you think your needed? Or that your wanted?! ******** no! Stay away from me! Stay away from my child!" She wasn't surprised that her Mother slapped her. "You may not like me, but you WILL respect me!" Her Mother replied and Cadence just gave a cold empty humorless laugh and walked away. Respect was earned in her opinion, and her Mother had not earned her respect. Cadence worked and ignored her Mother. Her Mother sat at the same booth for hours. Ordering coffee and sometimes food. Cadence did not even look in her direction. The other waitresses took turns waiting on her since Cadence flat out refused to wait on her. Why was her day so shitty?! Lincoln rose from the table. "Jose butt f*cked us with no lube..." He poured himself another cup of coffee. "You miss only the boring s**t when you sleep through the morning." He replied. His brother raised his mug. "I will drink to that!" He said before he sipped his coffee. Lincoln poured a mug and handed it to Maralyn. "So you came to hang with us huh?" Kennedy asked with a wide grin. ~Ryder~ I have the answer I can take the pressure I will turn it all around ~Five Finger Death Punch

Grace Marie Thompson
Grace felt a small smile form on her lips as Killian assured her that everything was going to be okay. She couldn't help but worry, though. She needed her job to pay the bills, to keep her house. If she got fired she might be forced to looking at the Greenville hospital for a job, and that was the last thing she wanted. "Thanks, Killian.." She felt her cheeks burn with embarrassment about her tiny freak-out. It just seemed like everything was going downhill, and she had no control over it. She hated not having control. It made her antsy. It wasn't until she heard a knock at the door that her head whipped around, and her stomach felt like it had gone up into her throat. Deep down she knew it was Orion, but she wanted to think otherwise. Grace wasn't sure if he was still unhappy with her or not, and confrontation was definitely not one of her strong suits.
Grace swallowed thickly and watched Killian answer the door, and when she heard Orion speak chills went down her spine. He did not seem happy, and she almost wished that Killian had not left so she wouldn't be left alone with him. When the door slammed behind Killian, Grace saw Orion standing there watching her, and she shifted uncomfortably in her seat. Her cheeks were burning, and she felt like at any moment she could break out in a sweat. "I'm sorry I took Isabelle without your consent...I just..." She looked down at her hands that were resting in her lap, and she was playing with her skirt in an effort to get rid of her nerves. "Killian thought it would be a good idea to get her out of your apartment for the night..." Her eyes looked back up at him, unable to read the look on his face. She wasn't sure if he had come here to end things with her, or just talk about what had happened. No matter which it was, she absolutely wasn't upset with him about last night, not at all.

Location: Avenging Angels Company: Doom and Gloom Wearing: Wearing "Well have some control, and it won't do that to you. Plus you guys are missing out on the morning beauty and peace if you sleep through it." Lyn told her cousins with another laugh. When Lincoln offered a mug of coffee to her, she took it graciously."Thanks"
Her eyes wandered around the clubhouse kitchen as she sipped the warm coffee. It was what she would expect. A few dishes in the sink, a calendar with motorcycles and nude women, plus other workings of a kitchen as well as other bike photos hung on the wall. Lyn turned back to Kennedy with a nod to his question, "Yea, I thought I'd come check on you before I gotta go take care of the other chores. You know shop, cook, clean." Get everything ready for dinner. But she had time if Dereck wasn't coming until 8. However if he was as on time as yesterday, she had better get everything done well before hand. So she had thought she could at least spend half of her day of with the two brothers before heading back to Greensville and begin preparing for tonight. Since they were hanging at her place tonight, she wanted to make sure everything was right. Yes he saw it when he picked her up last night, but that was only a little bit after all. '

Jasper Jasper finished his waffles, and then the coffee that was partly cold by now, but that didn't matter. He watched Cadence finish eating her fill with a smile. Once the two were finished, she walked out with him to his truck, their fingers entwined and swinging. "Alright. You sure are working alot these two days Cadie. Don't stress yourself out." When she wrapped her arms around him and rested her check against his, Jasper held her tight. He inhaled her scent deeply. This he didn't want to let go of. He returned her kisses with a soft chuckle, and when they were interrupted between the second and third, his blue eyes glared daggers at the strangely familiar woman. After a few moments he realize who it was.
Yea, I'll see you tonight. 9 you said? Remember call if you need." He told her with a last kiss to her forehead before the man finished walking to his truck and hopped inside. He waited watching the two females. He waited until he saw Cadence move back inside before he left. At least there were more people in there should anything happen. He shook his head and started his car, pulling away from the curb and driving off.
