Maybe I can get Loch to whip us all up somethin' hot once we're back in the city." She looks over in Alex's direction, stance too casual to hide how concerned she is.

Event Phase As Sunil attempts to provoke without having the skill on space 73... ...a clicking sound is heard! As Aruna does a thing on space 39... ...a clicking sound is heard! But nothing happens. As Tibarn pulls the lever on space 63... ...some of the platforms rise and fall! Rhys and Alex find themselves out of the water (Annis cannot talk to Tibarn from that space)

The reflection of Alex attacks Alex, inflicting 9+7-7= 9 damage and defeating him. Alex clutches his wound as he falls into the water and struggles to swim back to the platform where they first entered this place. Knowing he'll be out of commission for a bit, he lays low to tend to his injuries

Annis seems ready to launch at Shadow Alex, poison-tipped daggers at the ready. But hesitance tugs at her again, she glances farther beyond him, and she retreats to tile 63, with Tibarn.
"Sorry y'couldn't get stuck with someone tougher," she teases, managing a smile. Things aren't good, but Annis tries to shake it off, looking back to where the dopplegangers were. "But I'll do my best."
