Everything is Alrighty Yuri. The waste this guild if going through is annoying. It needs more work to make a neat place to visit.

We delete double posts mainly, well that's what I do. I also enjoy editing the odd post for humorous reasons - God I crack myself up. xd

We don't really have much to do. You expect us to delete every single off topic post? Not gonna happen... Ever.
The guild was started as a place to have fun, not to actually be kept as a proper forum with things posted in the correct place. If it was like that, I wouldn't be here. I'd be in GD having fun by spamming up that place with witty retorts. It's a place for people from the UK (and Shiney) to come and talk and have a laugh. The Mods don't do much hence why there are only tw---actually there are three but Stem isn't around much as he has to use my computer to get online.
And Rai isn't around much for her own reasons so this place is pretty much left to me and Kit. We do what we have to to keep it running and to stop it getting clogged up with double posts and such but it's a guild to have fun in. If that means flirting with an uber hot chick in a thread about music then so be it - I enjoy it and I'll continue to do it.

We don't choose where we go off topic and start a conversation - it just happens. There are often several conversations going on at once in different threads so it makes it hard to have several conversations in one topic especially when they started in different threads.
Mods cannot move posts in here and therefor are limited as to what we can and cannot do.

I only did yours once, maybe twice. Kit does more editing than me. xp

Even though we always get off topic in threads, it doesn't really matter too much as long as they are welcome replies to the last. It's called a conversation, topic titles are just a starting point, so people can join in, and get going.

Several topics mean we an have several conversations at once, instead of a single tread in GD where we had to quote many people at once to get it all in.

On the subject of mod'ing, I do, as Vamp said, remove double posts because they're annoying. But as well as that I correct mistakes like spelling, where you've missed a quote or colour ending tag, things like that, just to make it look better.
When people start spamming, or post anything like "Hi!!!!WoTs Up?!?!?!", then I will delete peoples posts.

If I just deleted your posts because they were off topic, I can assure most of you would be offended, and very annoyed. I'd rather people post in an existing topic than start an entire new topic to tell people you had toast for breakfast. New topics only for important things, and things that need to be seen by everyone.

Final point, we have no n00bs, anywhere else other than a guild, we would have people running in and out being idiots, then, with us not having any mods amongst us, would flame them out, I know Safe, for one, really wouldn't want the flaming.
