Mirai smirked as Texas asked what she would do if she was SC again "With luck, drop kick her," she replied. "Even though I made amends with her in the future, I still am not happy with this SC. She almost killed me."

Some men just want to see the world burn... Texas laughed and nodded. "Sounds good! And I'll catch her and score the touchdown." He imagined catching a flying SC and then slamming into the ground as if she were a football in the endzone. "She won't know what hit her." He shook his head and looked back up at the ceiling. "Wonder what she was talking about with the whole Schrodinger thing though. Sounds weird." And I just want to show them.

Mirai laughed before wrapping and arm around Texas and closing her eyes "Yeah... it is weird... will figure that out when the time comes though..." she said, taking a deep breath. "Are you alright now?" she asked quietly after a few moments of silence.

Some men just want to see the world burn... Texas smiled. "Yeah, it does make me feel better to hear that," he told her. "And we will." He gently pressed his face into the top of her head. "Thanks." He shifted slightly and leaned back into the bed again. "The future sure sounds like a head-trip. I mean, another Eric? The kitsune girl getting killed? Atticus back alive? Noira with kids? Mary is BA? Which was the most surprising to you?" He asked curiously. And I just want to show them.

Mirai glanced to the side in thought "I'm not really sure... I didn't really see her at all so I can't say for sure," she said. "Hopefully that will help. I can't imagine her being super reckless with three kids." Mirai yawned then and her head sunk into the pillow slightly.

Mirai ended up closing her eyes as she heard Texas, her eyes were too heavy to keep open. She smiled after he finished talking "When you end up becoming close to someone for the first time, a lot of things change about you," she replied quietly. When he put his hand on her head,, Mirai moved closer to Texas before she began to feel herself drifting off.

Mirai's territory tended to match the pattern of days and nights in the human world. Eventually, the territory began to light up again once it was morning. Mirai stirred as the light filled the room and wok up. She laid there for a moment or two as she remembered she had to go an talk to Vincent. She sighed and sat up, rubbing her eyes before looking down at Texas who still seemed to be sleeping. She smiled and kissed Texas on the head before getting out of bed to get dressed. A small orb of light appeared next to her and she glanced over at it. "Just make some toast please," she said before the orb disappeared as she slipped on her jacket and walked into the bathroom to do her hair.

Some men just want to see the world burn... Once Texas heard the sink running he slowly opened his eyes, looking around. He was still getting used to the huge, comfortable realm. While Mirai was in the bathroom he got dressed himself, smelling toast as he did so. It looked like Mirai was already having the servants make breakfast. He finished getting dressed, waiting for Mirai to be finished in the bathroom. And I just want to show them.

After Mirai was finished in the bathroom, she stepped out. Her eyes quickly looked at Texas as she saw he was awake. She smiled then "Morning," she greeted before lifting her arms out and stretching.

Mirai finished stretching before heading to the door "Yep... I have to go find my brother and talk to him..." she said as she opened the door to their room and stepped out. She began walking down the hall then the the elevator. "I really need to settle things with him if I want the rest of my family to stay together."
