Never Again...Herald watched Emma launch her fireballs, raising his arms to act as a guard before they exploded, covering the area in smoke. The claw of fire came down through the smoke and exploding on the ground, though due to the fact that smoke was covering the area, it was unknown whether or not the attack had landed. Herald took advantage of the smoke himself and suddenly several large fireballs of blue flame rocketed up through the smoke and straight towards Emma. As they did so, Herald rushed out of the cloud of smoke from the side, dashing across the ground until he reached a tree. He jumped up and pushed off of it, changing direction to head straight towards Emma. The fireballs came towards her from below and Herald came from the side, preparing to slash her with both claws. Will I be bound in chains

☽ Emma watched as the blue flames came at her, also sensing Herald on her side. She create a barrier then and altered its form slightly. Over the past couple of months that was something she had improved on. She made it so that the fire balls would hit it and be redirected right at Herald. She also used the barrier to jump off of and land on the ground in case that didn't stop him from reaching her. ☾

Never Again..."Saw that coming!" Roared Herald with a grin as he spun in a corkscrew, missing the fireballs completely. He arced over Emma in the air, turning to face downward. "Beast Slash!" He yelled, sending two blue slashes of energy straight at Emma from above. As soon as he had done so he changed direction to land further away from Emma while the attack came straight towards her. Will I be bound in chains

☽ Emma's head went up as Herald ended up above her. She didn't have enough time to react though. The slashes slammed into her dead on, creating a huge cloud of smoke and debris. It seemed silent for a few moments almost like that was a one hit KO. Suddenly, huge metallic claws extended out of the cloud and released a huge slash of energy that blasted straight towards Herald at incredible speeds. The cloud cleared completely revealing Emma in her Berserk form, her now purple eyes were dead set on Herald and was prepared to read his movements and react. ☾

Never Again...Herald's eyes widened in surprise as the huge slash of energy came towards him. He recognized that wavelength right away, but he hadn't expected her to change into her third form so fast. The attack slammed into him hard, sending him flying back up into the air. It took him a few moments to right himself though he was still moving backwards in the air. He winced as he felt the burns from her attack covering his body. He took a deep breathe and fired a stream of blue fireballs down towards her, though this was more of a delaying action than an attack while he changed direction and shot to the ground, creating a small crater where he landed. Will I be bound in chains

☽ Emma quickly moved out of the way of the fireballs, dodging them rather gracefully before she charged at Herald, her speed much more enhanced in this form. She ended up near him within a couple of seconds and quickly launched a wavelength blast towards his direction from a few feet away. She skidded to a halt a few moments after launching her attack, the claws that made up her deformed looking hands extending slightly. ☾

Never Again...Emma's blast of wavelength hit Herald full-force, sending him flying backwards this time. He had only managed to raise his arms to protect most of his body. He slammed into the ground, digging a crater across the field. Through the smoke he slowly got to his feet, trying to focus. He swayed slightly, though there was a grin on his face. He was enjoying this fight. Will I be bound in chains

☽ As soon as Herald got up, Emma released another attack, launching a huge blast of black flames towards him as she stood there. She frowned slightly since it seemed he wasn't fighting back. ☾

Never Again...Herald grinned as Emma launched her attack. In a flash he launched himself up in the air, exploding in green flames as he changed form. He vanished from the naked eye before reappearing right in front of her. He was still smiling, but despite his massive increase in power his smile was calmer. "Let's continue," he told her. Faster than the eye could follow, he slashed one of his clawed hands upwards in a diagonal motion, aiming to slash her straight up her body. Will I be bound in chains

☽ Emma smirked when she saw Herald turn into his next form. Seeing him appear in front of her made her react by moving her claws in front of her body to take the blow. There was a huge clang when his claws collided with hers and she moved back slightly, unleashing a huge blast of her wavelength again. ☾

Never Again...As Emma attacked Herald with another blast of wavelength, his smile did not leave his face. He returned with his own blast as he attempted to both cancel out hers and still have enough left over to cause her some damage. The green energy swirled brightly around him as he pushed his wavelength out towards her with incredible force. Will I be bound in chains

☽ Emma was slammed back by Herald's wavelength, skidding into the ground before jumping back up. She had a serious expression on her face despite the burns on her now. She create an orb of black fire and launched it to Herald, the orb growing bigger with each second. ☾

Never Again...Herald watched the incoming orb and took a deep breath. As it closed in on him he released a bright green burst of flame. It collided with the orb, slowing it until it stopped then slowly pushing it back. He continued to breathe out the fire, melting the rocks blow it into green slag. The black orb was slowly being pushed backwards into the ground, although this took several moments where Herald was exposed. Will I be bound in chains

Never Again...Herald grinned as Emma appeared behind him. "As if I would be that stupid..." he told her in his deep voice as he ended the fire. "Hypnotica!" He yelled. The green energy that emitted from his body and swirled around him coalesced into a whirling storm of energy that attacked Emma, striking out at her with blazing green blasts of energy. The wavelength hit him but he took the damage in exchange for his rapid attack on Emma without turning around. Will I be bound in chains
