"I agree, I think we need to rally more allies." Lucas looked to Kira for a moment, concerned that his long time friend had been affected by the Corruption. Kira's dark side had tried to take over once before but he would have faith that it would remain dormant.
Lucas would rub his temples and keep bathing Sabriel in his aura. He wasn't sure how fast Sabriel's body usually repaired itself. Whatever it was he intended to accelerate the process. He'd also think over what Arc had said, "The Infinity Matrix is a theory of mine but I'd rather prepare for the worst. Especially of someone is able to utilize the Abyss so frequently.
I figured that fighting anyone like that would be futile even with a small army. I've had a lot of time to think about what it means to rule. I made a lot of enemies when I became King. A lot of them were the very people I wanted to protect. Without them the throne means nothing. They need to see that there is deceit within the Council. They need to see that I'm fighting for them and that I have their best interest in mind. Who would accept a ruler who only wanted to manipulate and destroy at the people's expense? I think exposing the Council is the only way to get the advantage.
My strategy is to divide and conquer. To strike first and to strike hard. We need to isolate the Council members, one by one and find out who's manipulating the Kingdom. We'll have to use Guerrilla Warfare, I'm afraid. If we can detain them on Earth we can stunt their powers."

"Any idea how you plan to get any members of such a shady council to go to Earth? What about after we kick their a**? That wouldn't be enough to cause them to just willingly spill their guts to everyone either. Once they've rested they would just come back for us once more anyway."
Leaning further back in the chair he was in he would stare up at the clouds above them. Things only sounded like they were going to be getting harder and harder for them.

"Not many can make a portal between realms. Regardless, we would have to force them out of Heaven. We'll have to build a quarantine that suppresses their powers. That shouldn't be too hard, considering the technology and magic are in St. Anne.
As for getting them to talk...that shouldn't be a problem. They aren't coldblooded and soulless. They want to uphold tradition and a conservative state of being. They want anyone not with them to understand that we're the wrong ones. Some are lawful with their intentions and others want to uphold a code of 'justice'...
But if worse comes to worse I'll have to give a visit to Kushiel the Punisher. Just as Rogziel protects this area and is a Celestial Envoy of Wrath, Kushiel also has a domain. He's eh...a little more serious about his duties."
He'd crinkle his nose and frown with distaste. Lucas could relate Kushiel to a butcher if the ones he "dealt with" were as livestock.

A sly smile would spread over the demon's face as Lucas mentioned a quarantine. He had the perfect place in mind.
"I know someone that is essentially a walking quarantine. So long as we can physically restrain them, he can keep their powers in check rather easily."
Lucas had already met the man that Arc was referring to. The Energy Vampire Kaldari Amor. Currently Kal was residing in Hell, which might be the only hiccup in using him.
"Kal can handle the likes Oni in battle with ease, and has even beaten me before. He can keep some physically restrained angels in check with ease. The only problem is that you would have to be willing to leave the council in Hell."
[!] ~”The winds of freedom blows for those can't hope for it”~[!]
Kira would listen closely as he watched the two exchanged ideas back and forth, and he then would look over to grants, they had a way of contacting people the ice mirror crystal that was given to him by david, and Kira would have to ask the question while Lucas and Arc went over their ideas. "Grants have you heard nothing from David and company? He and Wyndom would be good to have in the whole planing thing. i can vouch being sneaky and plans is never my strong suit, and they'd be perfect for that job."
He would fiddle with his hair more and look around for a moment before removing his belt that held his pouch and started digging around for close, and would pull out a small soft package with a note on top of it, and with a confused look he would read it. "Pain in the...whatever." He would fold the letter and place it back into the magical pouch as he opened the package for a new vest and long sleeved shirt, as well as new pants and shoes, and a headband that had 'freedom' carved onto it, irony that his sword was called that as well as what he treasured most.
Goin' behind a rock he would change into his new attire, and he would return to the group, with the long part of his hair in a pony tail, and his headband on as well with freedom on it, followed by a black vest under the blue long sleeved jacket and then the white pants that gave him more room, and followed by the blue and white boots. and freedom still hung on his lower back with the handle near his ribcage. "It's of the same material...so at least i wont have to worry about it like my old clothes." He would sit next to Sabriel as he would watch over her with the others until she had recovered, he looked on uncomfortable for the moment as he wasnt used to those clothes.

"Kira, I was able to get through to Wyndom for a moment. I think the density of spiritual energy around here had been interfering with the signal. I'm not sure of Wyndom's status right now though...he suddenly stopped communicating."
Grants stood up and walked over to Rogziel. The hulking Celestial was unconscious but he still had an intimidating presence to him. It was like looking upon a mountain, silent and colossal. He'd sigh with relief and hand the orb to Kira when he returned, "Maybe you can have better luck with this." --
"Yeah, if we can get them here that would be best, I think. Then we can figure out how to contact Oni...I'm sure he'd like to hear about leaving the Council in Hell. I'd like Kal to be okay with that decision as well. If not, maybe he'd know alternative means since you say he's rather skilled at restraining people."
Lucas rubbed his chin in thought, "There are 7 members of the Council. Each of them command small but elite forces. We'll have to deal with them one way or another. But I think for now that we should get some rest. I've had...a very long week. We can take turns waiting for Wyndom to contact us again."

Rest. Now that was an idea. Leaning further back the chair he was in would shift into something reminiscent of a water bed. Now this was relaxing.
"So long as we ask before we just decide to drop the council off he should be fine with it. As for contacting Oni...."
The demon would roll over with a groan. He had decided that he would tell Oni the truth once he saw him, but he still wasn't looking forward to it.

❄XXXSabriel MegalithXXX❄
Deciding to open her eyes again, she’d look up between Grants and Kira, then to Lucas and finally to Arc before closing them again. Things were still very fuzzy and her head still hurt something vicious. That must have been one hell of a knock she’d taken.
While lying prone she’d been listening to their conversation about contacting people and she’d mouth a name, her voice not working properly. There was another person in the group who had a form of communication device on them and that was her. Sure her mirror could only communicate with Megalith members, but that didn’t matter because asides from her, Kora was on the hunt for Lucas.
Screwing her face up she’d struggle to pull herself into a sitting position. It would have been nice if one of the boys had made her slightly more comfortable instead of leaving her sprawled on the ground.
Opening her eyes properly she’d fix her vision on Kira. ”Kora.” Stiffly she’d extract her mirror from one of the pouches on her belt and flick it to him. There was no way she’d be contacting the blonde sorceress in the way she was now. ”I can’t… Not like this… She’d summon Furball.” A faint smile crossed her face.
It was true. If Kora was to see or hear Sabriel in the state she was currently in, the blonde would probably research a way to summon Oni in a bid to find a way to Heaven to run to her aid. Given that she’d at age 16 summoned a demon-lord “for the kicks” there was no way that Sabriel wouldn’t put it past her to raise the King of Hell himself.
Closing her eyes again, she’d start searching through her pouches again. This time she was looking for some of her home made pain killers. Her head was killing her, despite the help from Lucas’ second skin.

Kira would look around at everyone as Lucas was talking about a vacation, and frankly that sounded dandy to say the least, going back home sounded really good, but now was not the time. "I wouldn't mind time to recover, but with everything going on recently i think relaxing is the last thing i'm gonna be doing." Before he knew it Grant's would hand him the Orb, and he would look slightly confused, portal's were not his strongest suit and even though he had his own devices to travel they were connected to his world's magick's. "Uh alright, i'll see what i can do, if anything i can amp it up and likely unlock it and make it into a portal using Freedom's empowering property, i'll just need someone to give me a hand with energy based attacks."
His ear's would twitch as Sabriel mentioned Kora, and a small chill ran up his spine to the name, last time around he had to deal with Kora, leveling places was something he was known for, course it was just aftermath of what he did best, that would be breaking thing's. Once she handed him the mirror he would take it and look at it for a moment before looking back to Sabriel raising an eyebrow. "Next time you yell at me for being prideful, i'm gonna remember this instance." Kira would then notice her looking around for something in her pouch and Kira would use a pocket of air to lift the container of painkiller's from Sabriel's pouch so where she could take it in her hands. "So the fella who break's everything get's the two most important items, oh this will be interesting."
Standing up he would pat the dirt off his arse, and look towards Lucas, as he cracked his neck. "Your turn to take care of Sabriel, this place isn't gonna work to try and crack open these thing's, but with enough time and space, i should be able to harness a connection using Freedom, i'll need your help though since your energy based attack's is what fuel's this chuck of metal." Standing off sides away from everyone he then would draw the massive blade and hold it in front of him in the reverse grip in front of Lucas, as the blade would hum lightly. "Throw a good wallop to the center of the blade to fill the glyph, once the wing along the blade shines should be enough to amp up the devices to try and either talk or do a make shift portal." Kira would brace as he looked over the edge of the blade towards Lucas, waiting for his friend to give him a hand.

"Yeah, I can...I can do that. Just give me a few minutes, okay?" Lucas would give Kira a thumbs up but his eyes were closing. This Nephilim was succumbing to fatigue and needed to rest. He'd sit down and sigh as he let himself slide onto the ground. Surely there was a better place to lay but he didn't care if it was here or elsewhere.
Lucas had clocked out and was finally getting some rest.
--
Grants would chuckle and look to Kira, "How about I hold onto the Orb then. I'll make sure to respond to anyone trying to reach us. You all should get some rest. I can keep look-out as well."

Several hours had passed.
Rogziel had remained imprisoned by Arc's steel, the hulking Celestial now silent and still. The overwhelming presence had subsided as his binds kept him under control. It would seem that he no longer posed an immediate threat.
General Grants had been keeping a careful eye on Rogziel while meditating on the current state of affairs. He would be glad once this entire ordeal was over. He knew that liberating Heaven's throne would be a difficult task. Hopefully the rest of Lucas' comrades would rally sooner than later. Until then he would also remain silent unless spoken to.
-
Lucas had opened his eyes and sat up with a groan. His mind was foggy as he pulled himself out of his sleep. There was something about the air in Heaven that aided Lucas' abilities to recover. He had always figured it was from the encompassing spiritual energy that remained divine. The Nephilim's thoughts would be interrupted as he yawned- rather loudly at that.
"Grants...Any word from the others?" Clearly they hadn't appeared so he had started to worry. "Hm? Oh, uh...no. Not since maybe five or six hours ago." "I see...maybe we should try to contact them again."

"Grants? Lucas? This is Wyndom...things haven't gone too well. I think I'm going to head back to heaven."
Suddenly, Wyndom's voice would call out to the group in Heaven. It was impeccable timing that Wyn had tried to contact Heaven now. Although Lucas had only guessed how much time had passed between both realms, time was flowing irregularly. If only he had seen what had happened on Earth
"Wyndom! How about we get you back here and you can update us." Grants stood and spoke now. He was grateful to hear from Wyndom again as he placed the Orb on the ground. Apparently fire was needed to open a portal between the Orbs he and Wyndom held.
"As long as one is lit that should be fine, yea? I guess I'm up..." Lucas would stand and walk over to Grants, cracking his neck with a loud pop. The ground here wasn't the best for laying on but Lucas' energy was unhindered. "Here."
With a small, potent burst of fire, Lucas would ignite the Orb and activate its powers. A patch of space would ripple and distort as the image of Wyndom faded into view like a hologram. Lucas would smile and step back, ready to greet his friend once he stepped through.
A shimmering glow of his leader manifested itself before Wyndom as Lucas connected the realms together for a brief span of time. Wyndom allowed himself a small smile that at least one thing had finally gone right, and then he stepped through and vanished.
Once he emerged from the portal Wyndom would look around at this small group of companions. "Thanks." he'd gesture over at Grants and Lucas who had worked it out to bring him back to Heaven before continuing, "Let's have everyone gather around, I'll make this as brief as possible." After waiting for everyone to make the necessary adjustments, Wyndom would finally launch into a quick recap of the events.
"I'm going to assume you know everything up to when David, Inferno, and I left Heaven to search for you on Earth. Upon arrival Inferno took off, leaving David and I alone to search for you. He said something about following up on a lead and blasted off, but anyway. David and I continued into town and were asking around when we met a young swordsman I know, some angels found us and we exited out the back, racing towards some mountains and into the old mine shafts where we avoided them and continued on to another town. Once there we found some information that a weird fight had taken place at Rosewood which was only a few miles north of us, so we spent the night at an inn and headed out the next day. Upon arrival we discovered that several squads of angels had gotten there first only to be butchered by a man known as Samurai. More angels showed up and we split up, David running back to draw the angels off us. Inferno and Takehitsu showed up by David and some others who I didn't recognize, and they fought Samurai who was one of the key leaders of an organization called the Illuminati, supposedly a group that ties in with Cruxis somehow. My friend and I infiltrated Aldrich's Mansion because that is where the incident took place and we discovered a young servant carrying his ashes away, and she told us she had remembered you. Upon leaving we were confronted by a member of the Illuminati but he only tried to convince my friend to join them since he is human. Then Oni showed up with some other people and black pillars were coming out of the sky to destroy the town, courtesy of Samurai, so we had to evacuate the town. I tried contacting David through Inferno, but while I was still connected to him a violent explosion happened and I no longer felt Inferno or anyone else in the area of the blast that he was in. Afterwards I searched for them but couldn't find anything that lead to if they had survived or not. That was perhaps an hour ago."
Wyndom wasn't sure if they had made it out or not, but he clung to a hope that they did. After a few moments pause, if no one had questions, he would continue. "So now that we have Lucas back, what is our next step? I don't have a way to contact Oni."
Wyndom was rather angry over the events that had transpired. He had some time to cool off on Earth, but talking about it made his temper rise again, even though he remained calm in his outward appearance. Everything that had happened in Rosewood was so wrong, and unless they fixed the problems in Heaven and Hell, they wouldn't be strong enough to defeat the Illuminati. They needed to marshal their forces before they were spread too thin.
"Great hope has no real footing unless one is willing to face into the doom that may also be on the way."

Between the portal opening and a new energy signature popping up it was becoming more and more difficult to stay asleep. The ambient holy energy of the area didn't help any either. Slowly Arc would sit up looking a bit worse for wear than before. All of the fights he had been in since he escaped from that jail cell had caught up to him after resting in Heaven. The energy just hadn't agreed with him in the slightest, but that wasn't much of a surprise since he was a demon after all. Looking over at Wyndom he didn't immediately recognize him, but it was clear he and Lucas knew one another. Standing up the bed he had been sleeping on would rush over him once more so that all of his Gokin was once more covering him. It seemed that Wyndom had something to tell everyone so he would slowly make his way over.
