I don't know how many clutches are from Vetiver x Snailshell on down in total. But from Wallow's side, including his 3, there's like 24 clutches that wouldn't be in the line if not. One day I will map all of the Spetiver line. Possibly 25 or 26, I might have lost count twice while trying to count and talk to J at the same time. I think I've only added 2 clutches to the line, Sorrel x Swamp Song and Mugwort x Weak-Kneed. With a 3rd on the way, a bribe for Jagged Bones x Pure Morning just got picked up. I'm pretty sure this one is the first time I've bred grand babies from the line.
Hmm, I'll see how I feel when I post them, Re throwbacks? I am always up for more butch/bull. As for blessing I can go without if need be. I'm not sure if Fish Bones can bless himeself. I love Swamp Song and Dew Drop Sun, they'd make such pretty neutral babes, I always think of her when I see them, so I think they're just meant to be in my brain. xD; Beyond that, though, I really like him with Finding the Stream and Wishing Pool... he and Floating Leaf could be cute, colors and personalities... I'd be really interested in seeing what he and One by One could look like. I'd honestly say yes to any of these. From there it's just a matter of prioritizing. xD; I... have so many pairs, I shouldn't say yes to all, but I can prioritize a couple and you can have my permission for any of the others, 'cause he's just such a pretty boy and I love him and he looks so nice with a number of mine. ; w; fjkdlajfkls I am the worst.
I really like Lullaby of Gales with kind of any of those ladies, but we did mention Stone Sparrow with Gales last time -- since she wants babies and hasn't had any yet. Just a follow-up -- I found more of our talks of pairs, which happen two pages before the links I sent you. xD; We... we have way too many possibilities. So, I'll link here, but man I think we will need to narrow things eventually. xD; Yoink, the start of previous talks...
EDIT: Apparently even before this we have approved Gales and Stone Sparrow: here you posted a form, which I assume you submitted, or planned to. xD; We just somehow forgot that we did that, I guess... Though I would love to add some throwbacks, maybe.
Edit x 2: I went back further and we suggested Swamp Song with Finding the Stream at the same time as Gales and Stone Sparrow, and just went with Gales x Sparrow first. xD I'm not gonna go back further because I will probably keep finding repeats, and we already have enough. fjdakl <3

My top 3 favorite picks for Swamp Song are Dew Drop Sun (her goldey tones with his darker browns would be the best imo), Morning Mist (I forever adore green and brown) & Cotton Flower (I have a lack of purple and also her brown and honey would go well). Needless to say I'm up for whoever you want. Swamp Song doesn't even care he'll have babies with any doe who's sweet or can fake it long enough to get pregnant. He's pretty cowardly, not as bad as he used to be (once upon a time he was too chicken to leave his den for more than a quick nibble), he's cuddly, startles easily but will also get all protective if there's any real danger (won't stop him from being scared af but he'll just fall to pieces after).
Turtle-bird is a bit odd, in the style of idiot inventor. He doesn't invent so much as build, though. He lives in Sorr's garden, has picked up care of plants from her, and his gran tught him how to hunt and fiah.
Stone Sparrow for sure then. As long as he's not trying to knock them up at the same time I don't think they'd mind. Jumping Frog isn't one for romance, well romantic gestures are all well and good, but like she's not looking for more than a baby daddy. Stone Sparrow might be okay with a bit of romance, I just dunno how long or short term she'd want it. I don't think she's the type who'd fall fast for a dashing buck, but really all I know is she's shy more quiet listener than talker, probably likes to explore but not the risky danger of like going down rapids or crossing a gorge on a fallen tree exploring, more like the let's follow this path and see where it leads kind.
I'll look thru the links and get a short list together as well. And then we can decide who we want most.
Just a warning tho, I might be torn. I really want more Swamp Song babies, but also my other kin need babies so. I might ask if it's ok if I toss Swamp Song and whoever we decide into cc now and then if none of his pairs are on our priority list. Alternately, we can pick one ultimate favorite and bribe them. And just repeat this whenever I have gold to burn? Should be a good way to potentially work thru our pairs and not clog up cc spots. Especially with pairs we want edited and/or growing.
