"Geez, Chara. This place is just a giant maz--!!"
She suddenly cut herself off, lunging out of the way as something whooshed right past her. Eva could have sworn that the blade sliced off a couple strands of her hair as she nearly managed to avoid it.
Close one! Good thing she had managed to avoid--oh god there were more.

A light series of taps was the only interlude to Sandy's presence as she bust into the glyph room, clutching her heavily bleeding left arm. She gasped, gritting her teeth for a second as she pulled the arrow out, removing her scarf to wrap it around the wound before looking around.
The Hunter was extremely relieved to see so many trainees there already. "Let's- lets give the others a little minute longer, I'm sure they can make it. I'll try and figure this out in the meanwhile, please remain quiet so we can hear anything that comes up."
Because, essentially, if the creature found this room, they were for all intents and purposes, trapped.
Taking a deep breath to calm her nerves, Sandy moved the flashlight, scanning the runes just as her division leader had, trying to locate the correct one. Was it that rune or the one to the left of it? Maybe it wasn't this one at all, and she had gotten the order wrong oh god-
Her weapon was silent. He didn't know either.
Tentatively, she tried pressing one of the runes, lowering the weight of her foot against it. It didn't budge or move. Desperately, she tried another one, and then the one to the left: it wasn't until a few moments later that one of them finally sank into the floor with a soft click. The Death Hunter immediately began to look for the second, but at this point everything was swimming and she could barely make out left from right. She chose a random tile, and cursed as nothing happened other than a click from the direction prior as the tiles reset themselves.
This was going to take much longer than she thought.

Dillon came to a dead stop. He was panting. Bleeding. Exhausted and running solely on the adrenaline.

Blades. Why did it have to be blades. Robert was going to seriously need some band-aids for all the slices across his skin, Fear shield or not. Those bitches hurt no matter what.

Was this it? Dillon blinked at the hallway, rubbing the sweat off his brow and chin. There was the glyph. Right, he just had to head down that way.
The arrows.

Exhaling and leveraging everything on blind faith and luck, Dillon dashed through the hallway of arrows.
Mercifully, he was only grazed by an arrow in the slightest, and soon he was joined up with the small group of hunter trainees that have made it to the exit.

OH SWEET JESUS WAS THAT THE EXIT? Robert couldn't believe his eyes - and the fact that he was going to have to run through the arrows again didn't even upset him. After all those blades? He'd take another arrow to the knee anyday.

Oookay, she could do this! Granted that she didn't really have a choice, but...!
Taking a few steps back (while being particularly careful not to back herself up into the range of the swinging blade behind her), she broke into a dash, ducking and rolling her way past the other blades. Unfortunately, she didn't get through completely unscathed--there was a nick on her arm where the blade had just grazed her--but she was in one piece.
Time to move on.

Rep glanced up as Sandy staggered into the room, still completely exhausted, sprawled on the floor.
He felt just a little of his hope ebb away as she proved herself to be as adept with historical technology as women were with modern technology.
Someone get a man over there.

Bursting through the arrows, as they poked and prodded at him, Robert felt exhilarated. He saw the elevator, but more importantly, he saw a shitload of people. They weren't going to die here, in this dank, dark, disgusting cave. They were going to get out of here. Every single one of them. Every single-
"Boss? Maddie? You in here?"
