Plop.
The young Kinder would be dropped into a more shallow end of the hot spring, but he scrambled to try and cling back to his mother with a very canine-like yelp. He'd whimper, clinging onto her leg...while she just kinda' sat on the edge. His ears pinned against platinum threads, while his now soaked tail limply floated near his legs...Nope, he did not like water. At all. He'd move back up onto his adoptive mother's lap, and curl up there, soon getting light pats to his bare back, and a smirk of amusement spread over his mother's lips..."Dont laugh at me.." He murmured in a growling tone, and huffed...
"I'm not." >>;; She'd smirk at him, and pat his shoulder, before lightly moving her hands to tie his hair back, so it would stay out of his face. He would seemingly paw at his face to remove the droplets of water that had splattered onto him.

((Yuki has a broken rib now.. but we'll have to ignor that til this is done XD;; wee time lapses.))
Yuki followed, practically clinging to the edge of the hotspring as he went along behind her. careful.. careful.. You slip and your dead.. he felt like wrenching his hand away.. but.. resisted. That might hurt her feelings if she took it the wrong way.
He slid down a bit away from her, the chilly breeze making him sink into the water up to his neck.. causing a few strands of hair to float at the surface of the water.
He glanced to the side from the sound of the splash.. looking from the klutz who had just been reminded of gravity to his elder cousin, Hatori. A wave of releif washed over him, Hatori being here was rather.. comforting. Then a equal ammount of worry washed over him again.. Hatori also meant.. if something went wrong, people would forget him..technically.
Colette was currently on a high sea adventure, sailing the seas in her little plastic boat. Avoiding horrid waves and sea monsters, and.. she paused, looking up to spiro and waving eagerly, using her whole arm for enthusiasm.

Alida sat down as well, now not sure what to do. It wasn't like they could hold a simple conversation... keeping a notebook dry would be a pain.
If only I had taken up sign language... but of course, Yuki would have to understand it. She sighed her frustration, sending a few small ripples away from her mouth.
She looked at Yuki helplessly, then shook her hands dry, and wrote in the notebook that was sitting on a dry patch on the edge, Well, we're away from the crowd. Now what? I'd be happy to just relax here. I've never been to a hot springs before.
Avery had swum over to Colette and with his eyes barely above water, started humming the JAWS theme. Before she could turn around he poked her in the back, then ducked under the water. But he was betrayed by the bubbles of air that escaped him when he couldn't keep his laughter contained.
