Kyuo followed the two girl into the art room with Avery. He had a group of friends in school? This was a strange and new experience to him, but that was only because he never went to school too much. After all Kyou really did attract people to him. They seemed to like his gruminess, sometimes it annoyed him but there was nothing he could do about it.

Aqua smiled brightly as they left the cafeteria, heading through the hallway into the art room. She skipped a little bit as she went through the door, waving to the art teacher. "Heylo!" She said brightly.
((Anyone wanna parrot the teacher?))

(( sure! and sorry... event threads sucked me in the last two nights. ))
Avery grinned at Kyou. It was good that the other boy still remembered him. Even if all he did was stand there while everyone got beat up around him. It still irked Avery that when it had mattered he'd not done anything, mostly from pure shock.
He went along with the others as they went down the hall, pulled slightly by Aqua's hand. "Heya, teach!" he exclaimed, adding his wave to Aqua's.
The teacher smiled back, shaking her head slightly at them. They were always so ethusiastic. She nodded at the other children as they entered, and said, "Hello, kids. Are you ready to get messy?" she asked. She had quite the project ready for them today. Alongside her desk was a big container of plaster of paris, ready for mixing, and a stack of newspaper.
Avery laughed. "Always, right, guys?" he asked, as he tugged Aqua towards an empty table, looking at Kyou and Sammy and inclining his head at said table.

Sammy nodded enthusiaticaly. She smiled at Kyou and said, "Let's grab a seat!" Then she skipped over to where Avery and Aqua were and kicked her bag under the table. Out of sight, out of mind!
((New day starts the 13th? Got it!))

(( I think this is a new day, too. So we have to start over again, and then again in a week. But it can be tomorrow's art class. >.> So we already put the paper mache on the balloons, and today we get to paint our faces on it. Or we can have a new project... I remember making dream catchers in elementary... ))
Avery plopped down at the table, looking around for the others after waving at Sammy. "Heya, Sammy!" he said with a grin.
He saw all the paper mache baloons from yesterday lined up in the window, with their names written on them in messy scrawls. He picked his out by the sheer size of the letters, and couldn't wait until he could go get it.
If you were going to make a statement, even if it was written, make it big.

Aqua walked into the classroom with a broad smile, her black backpack slung over her shoulders and over her hair, which she had left loose, despite it's growing length. "Heyla, Avery, Sammy!" She said, smiling brightly as she dropped her bag on the ground near the door, trotting over to the balloons to peer at her green one, poking it with a finger. "It's not mushy anymore!"

Were they allowed to go get the balloons now? Avery had been squirming in his seat, but when Aqua went over and poked at her's, he bounced up and practically flew over to the window himself.
"Hey, Aqua. And mine, neither. It's all stiff." he demonstrated by knocking on it gently.
"Come on kids, since you're over there, you can bring yours back to the table. Everyone else, go collect yours!" the teacher urged.

Sammy waved as her friends came in, but was to engrossed in folding a piece of paper she found at the bottom of her backpack into tiny triangles to properly say hello. When the teacher told them to go and get their paper mache baloons, she smiled and stuffed the folded paper into her pack.
"Mine warped," she said with a giggle when she picked up her purple baloon. There was on odd hole to one side where the mache had tried to 'run away.' Taking it back to her seat, she waited to be given free reign to decorate it as she pleased.

Aqua grinned brightly as Avery zipped over, and she carefully picked up her balloon, which was probably at least half her size, since she was at least a hand shorter then most of her friends, the ones her age at least. "Awww, it's so awkward!" She complained, but nonetheless, she headed to the table Sammy was sitting at, sliding onto the bench after carefully pushing her balloon onto the table.

Kyou ran into the classroom, panting slightly. "I'msorryimlate!" he spewed out trying to catch his breath. He sat down, seeing that the teacher wasn't there anyway and relaxed. He looked over and saw Aqua and the others, his "friends" if he could call them that. he gave them a forced smile before walking over to the ballons. "Oh they're dry now are they?" he asked with interest. He went over to the one with his name neatly scrawled on it. "What should we do with them now?"

Avery grinned at Kyou. "Heya, pal!" he exclaimed, waving with the hand that wasn't holding the paper mache balloon.
At the other's question, he shrugged. "I guess we paint 'em, or something. There's glue and stuff on the table, too, so we're probably going to make 'em into somthing."
He really didn't care. Any excuse to make a mess was a good time in his book.

"Whatever we get to do," replied Sammy as she pushed her bag father under the table with her feet so her friends would have more room. "I'm gonna give it to my Mommy when she gets home from her vacation."
Nodding firmly as she glanced about the room, and grinned broadly. "But I hope we get to paint! Ooh! Finger painting would be the best!!!"

Kyou gave Avery a quick smile before picking up his ballon and sitting down beside Sammy. He felt like he actually belonged for once. I mean before this he would sit on his own at the back of the class but now he actually had friends to sit with. He was still quite a bit uneasy about sitting so close to a girl but as long as she didn't hug him it would all be okay. He looked down at his own ballon and grinned a little evily "I'm going to make mine into a big scary moster!" he said gleefully.
