Aotearoa - New Zealand - Land of the Long White Cloud "Sophomore and ready to learn!" William looked over toward the dance hall to were the monstrous sounds were coming from. 'What's goin' on?' Thunder pounded down onto the ground and everything was breaking apart. William had remembered leaving his pocketknife back in his dorm. He looked around for an exit, yet they were too far away. Fighting without would out a weapon would be a death wish. He looked around for a safe spot to stay unharmed for a brief moment. Emil was snapped out of his daze as he heard Lukas yell. Thunder came roaring down around him he was destroying everything in sight. He quickly rolled over as a thunder bolt almost hit the Icelander. 'What the hell is Lukas doing?!' Emil stayed about a yard away from Lukas, generating his small magic supply to keep anyone from harm. His eyes lit a shining violet flame over them as he was getting closer to preparing his spell. It hurt each part of skin and bone, but he endured the pain for the safety of others.

xxx﹙And If I had one wish come true ﹚  Leilani stopped for a moment as she looked from Ludwig to Kiku and then to the girl who seemed to be going crazy throughout this entire ordeal. She held up the gord for a moment before she gulped quickly, trying to ignore everything that was going on at the moment and instead just focus on what was going on in front of her. "Kiku, would you," She began as she took a deep breath, trying to calm herself enough so she would be able to think and talk more clearly. "Would you like me to use some of my healing magic to you won't feel that dizziness and exhaustion? I could help you get back to full strength, so you could continue to help the others." She told him as she stared up at him with her large blue eyes, that looked like the sea crashing upon her shores. She just kept thinking about snorkeling in those crystal clear waters that seemed almost untouched, although now many tourists pollute it with their trash and filth. Americans, hmph. I can't forget the flavor
of that wurst I had before Ludwig Ludwig looked to the girl that came over and began to fuss over Japan. He didn't remember ever having met her. Was she one of the Asian countries? But he thought he had met most of them at least once. If she was a country, she probably would have been at the world meetings... So was she a state, territory, province, or micro-nation? He decided to worry about it later. The point was that now she was offering to help Kiku. Well that was one less worry off of his mind.
Speaking of worries on his mind, he looked around, trying to find Feliciano. Oh, where had he gone?! "Italy! Where are you?"
Out. Of. Chocolate. Cake. ::   "One night, I couldn't sleep well and opened my eyes...to find some strange guy staring at me." "The hell are you doing, Italy!"

xxx﹙And If I had one wish come true ﹚ Although Leilani wasn't a rude person, not in the least, she was so focused on helping her friend that she didn't even see the other woman he was with at the moment. Glancing over at her quickly, the young freshmen saw the slight twinge of jealousy gracing the upper classman's features, which caused her to become immediately uncomfortable again. And it didn't help at all that this girl immediately began to heal him, without even a word of acknowledgement to her. Well, that wasn't entirely true. She did manage to hear that Mei said that she "didn't matter" at the moment, which immediately made her a bit saddened. Looking over to the girl, she bit back tears before looking up to Kiku. The entire time she kept thinking, Just go to my happy place, just go to my happy place. Think of home, think of the beach, think of climbing a coconut tree, think of the sweet milk, think of ANYTHING else! She then just sighed as she put away the gord into her Sitch backpack before clipping it closed and strapping it back to her back once more. "Well, it seems that you've been properly healed, I'm glad to see that." She said with a slightly hollow smile before she looked at Mei once more before she began to walk away, still mindful though, that there was still some danger and that she should still watch her surroundings at the moment. （HawaiianRollarcoasterRide - . . .）

 Tennessee couldn't help a faint smirk at Gerogia's words. "You'd better worry more 'bout watchin' your own back," he said almost playfully. One of the places Andrew was most at home was on the battlefield. Although he rarely if ever cared much for proper military training, he'd always had a natural talent for battle which at times had outclassed even some of their regular troops. He wasn't called the Volunteer State for nothing and had earned that title time and time again when called upon to defend his nation. Tennessee noticed out of the corner of his eyes a shockingly familiar woman walk through the door. He almost dropped his guard in shock. What was Hawaii doing here? "Hey, it's dangerous!" he shouted to them. "If you don't have a weapon on you or know that voodoo stuff, then you should get out!"

xxx﹙And If I had one wish come true ﹚ Right when Leilani had made it to the door way, the petite young girl was then called from behind. Bit was only upon turning around and seeing who it was, was she truly surprised. Seeing Tennessee actually showing some sort of concern for her being there, made her feel a bit uncomfortable. First of all, she didn't know him that well. The most she knew of him was that the obnoxious tourists that came in usually played obnoxious country music out of their obnoxious cars, or if they came from Georgia, they blasted obnoxious rap music out of their obnoxious cars. Both sounded like nails on a chalkboard compared the the classical, and yet still very beautiful, Hawaiian folk songs that she grew up on.
"Onipa'a!" She then called back to him, her voice almost cracking because she usually never allowed her voice to be raised to such a degree. But as she looked from him to the door, she swallowed som semblance of courage that she had and took off her Stitch backpack once more. As she undid the strap, she quickly took out a koa club before she closed her backpack and strapped it to her back once more. Taking a deep breath, she than ran over to her fellow states, she almost wanted to close her eyes at one point, but logically that wouldn't be a good thing to do especially with all of the commotion that was going on. Once she reached her fellow state, she panted lightly before regaining her strength quickly. Hell, she had participated in the Iron Man race for many years now and could handle it just fine, so this was a pinch for her. "A'ohe hana nui ka alu'ia." She then said to him with a light smile before she realized that he probably had no idea what she was talking about. "We can do this." She then told him in a serious tone, continuing her quiet disposition, still a bit uneasy partnering up with states whom she didn't talk to enough to have a mutual bond with them. （HawaiianRollarcoasterRide - . . . Tennessee was more than a little startled to see Leilani come to him. Normally it seemed like she would rather avoid him and a lot of the other "main lander" states. He tensed when he saw her running through the chaos of the ball room and nearly ran to meet her for fear a stray attack might get to his fellow state before she got to him. Luckily she was a lot faster than he expected. "What are you..." he began until she finally spoke in a language he could understand. Andrew was a bit uncertain since he'd never really seen Hawaii in combat before, but she seemed determined. If Leilani was anything like their other sisters then arguing was a waste of time. "Stay close," he said, making sure he was between her, Lukas and Luz Maria. "Right now Massachusetts just wants us to get people to safety." If Leilani could heal that would actually make his job a lot easier since some people probably hadn't been quite so lucky about dodging during the initial attack.

xxx﹙And If I had one wish come true ﹚ Leilani sucked in a small amount of air before she let it out in a soft sigh, trying to quell her nerves as best as she could. All she thought of was her happy place, laying in a hammock on the beach, looking up at the sun through the leaves of the palm tree overhead. That always allowed her to keep her cool under preassure. Looking up to Tennessee though, she could tell that he was worried, but also very bewildered about her sudden change in personality. Well to her, it wasn't that sudden. She was just tired of being stranded alone in the middle of the Pacific ocean, with no one but Japan to talk to, and that came every once in awhile, so still for the rest of the majority of the year, she was alone. Not to say that was always a horrible thing, no, she loved her people more than anything, it's just, all of the other nations and states and micronations had their own friends and family members, but for her, she was all alone and that was the reason she was so shy and distant to her Eastern states, she didn't know them that well, other than the stupid tourists they kept sending her way.
Wanting to prove herself, Hawaii brandished her koa club, looking over all of the embedded shark teeth, just to make sure none was missing and that she could really throw down if it came down to that. Although she was a fairly passive nation, the only time she really went up in arms was the attacking of Pearl Harbor, and even though it was done by Japanese Kamikaze's, Leilani still somehow managed to salvage that horrible situation into a mutual understanding as opposed to her almost loating ot America in general. But that thought was quickly shaken from her mind when Andrew stood in front of her, blocking her from any and all incoming attacks, the young girl just blinked upwards at him, almost admiring his chivalry at the moment. "O-Okay," She began before she looked around, seeing a few people that was in need of healing at the moment. "Do you want me to get people to a safe place so I can heal them? I will be quick and efficient, I promise." She said as she stepped forward so that she was beside him, placing her free hand on his forearm as she looked up at him, a look of determination in her eyes instead of the shy, embarrassed or scared expression that usually was there. （HawaiianRollarcoasterRide - . . . ）

"So dose that mean she can not kill people she knows?"He smiled. "Well that is good."He knew that was probably not what the beast ment. "I would much apreseat it if you would leave her body tho, and the boy's as well. You are casing an awful lot of work for me. I do not like work, ok that is a lie. But why not leave the kids alone."He walked a bit more so there was no one behind him, in case the beast grew tiered of his talking. "I can even offer you a stronger host."He pointed his thumb to himself with a smile, yes it was stupid but he didn't want to see the children suffer more. And he was sure he could handle it. Not to mention he didn't have any magic for it to draw off of.

Andrew would be lying if he said he wasn't impressed by how strong the Hawaiian girl was acting. She always appeared so frail and delicate from a distance that he thought she might shatter if he even spoke to her. Perhaps he'd misjudged her all this time. Tennessee didn't honestly like the thought of letting her stray from his side during the battle even if it would only be a few feet away. Despite his concerns, he couldn't ignore her bravery and determination to help others. Leilani might have some more surprises up her sleeve. "Yeah, that'd help a lot," Andrew agreed after a moment of deliberation. "I'll watch your back and keep anything dangerous away so you can focus on your... whatever it is you do..." He struggled for some kind of technical term for healing magic, but that sort of thing was so beyond his realm of understanding. Either way, he'd back Leilani up to the best of his abilities. "I'll be right here with you so don't be scared, ok?" he said more than asked knowing that despite her bravery she really wasn't used to combat and it was scary the first few times no matter who you were.

The reason why I am able to control her and the boy is because my blood flows in their veins. I was able to take them because they were nearby while my body was dying." she headed to the center of the dance hall "Now if you'll excuse me, me and my partner have some blood to spill.
