She was surprized. Now her tears turned into happy tears and she hugged him back and whispered
I'm going to do my best then.
She wanted time to stop right there so she wouldn't have to see anymore pain, but she knew it wouldn't and she vowed to herself she was going to be the best person for him because she had nothing else.

Mat takes half the bags from her and wraps his arm around her shoulder
To home and to the shower
He smiled and laughed

She smiled and put her free arm around his back. She thought about her cold wet hair and how great a shower would be. She glanced at Matt and giggled a little bit

They finally get back to the apartment but before they can go up the stairs she jumps in his way and smiles at him with mission.

She kept him in suspense for about 30 seconds and then gave him a simple wink then giggled as she ran up the stairs and back to the apartment where she put the bags on the counter and started sorting through them

Matt still a litle confused walks up to the room and take the boards of wood and uses his telepathy to shape and morph them into wooden dressers. Matt turns to Spotty
Now what is causing you to be all giggly?

Spotty was standing over the sink rinsing her hair out and watching in amazement.
Ohhhh i don't know, i guess i'm just extra happy today.
