Blackrose_Knight Had a dream where my former high school sweetheart offered to date me again, he kissed me and said he loved me again. The kiss pulled all sorts of heart strings, how many million times had I wished for one more chance to kiss him, one more go at the relationship but in the end I placed my hand on his chest and pulled away. I said no.

Worried for friends, family, and job. My home town (and place of work) is threatened by a large and growing wildfire.

Best of luck with the smoke, and avoiding fires! Leo's state had a ******** of fires this summer, so she hopes y'all can put yours out before it gets that crazy. o.o

Fire is 70% contained as of tonight. No homes, or outbuildings have been damaged. I have discovered wildfire smoke gives me migraines and nose bleeds. That made work all sorts of fun. gonk

Blackrose_Knight Fire is 70% contained as of tonight. No homes, or outbuildings have been damaged. I have discovered wildfire smoke gives me migraines and nose bleeds. That made work all sorts of fun. gonk I hope it passes soon. One of the things I like about having moved to the city, I don't have to deal with the fields being burned off nearly as much.

One of the things I like about having moved to the city, I don't have to deal with the fields being burned off nearly as much. 85% as of tonight and fire crews are starting mop up work. So thankful that no structures were burnt. I think the powerlines are okay. The power company needs to get folk out to look. They are the big a** lines... not normal ones.

I had a bit of a revelation last night/early this morning. The reason I like M. is because of his masculinity. Just like I have been described as "oozing sex and femininity" he oozes sex and masculinity. It is a good compliment; a flavor I like sometimes. None of my partners are that... masculine, which is fine by me. That and he is big enough to be able to throw me around a bit, I like being "man handled".
We had a discussion on topping styles, his is more the "conqueror" (not that I mind or anything, it feels great to be conquered) while mine is more the "seductive mistress". I am also running into an interesting phenomena. I have working on boosting my Top persona, and she is bleeding through into other parts of me. Sometimes when i don't want her to. Must work on that.
Swamped with homework. I wish Riri was a night person. I could see more of them then. And I just plain miss Annette, we being on opposite schedules and I only get to see them in passing or in brief moments. Make my heart ache.
Chryos and I have been going through some problems. We are slowly working them out. I feel like I have grown up, and he hasn't and that is causing a lot of friction in our marriage. Him being unemployed makes it even harder on us. With school I can make up my own schedule so I have put a firm foot down and I will not be doing anything school-wise on Thursdays unless I have to. I hope this helps, I don't want to lose this marriage to stupid, petty things.

500 pages worth of reading due at midnight, ya Rosie you need to pay attention to your reading load. Annnnnnd got that helluva chunk done. My eyes are now crossed... time for a shower then bed.

OMG I so have a crush on two people in my small group. K, who is a happily monogamous, engaged and has a great partner, and N, who is poly, has a current partner and maybe kinda sorda likes me? Idk. GAH sexual tension when trying to discuss making a webcomic about the four forces of psych is hard.
And Freud is now a banana. emotion_awesome

I have lost a week to a feverish haze. This flu will. not. let. me. go. GAH. Finals week is well, 2 days from now, I have nothing to show for my projects, and about eh 20 hours worth of sleep for 6 days worth of wretched life.
