bb3000ae Another Question from me. So the Endurance Perk states that it gives the user Endurance equal to the next rank. So what happens to someone with Endurance when they hit Sannin? Alrighty XD

Deil and I already ran into this in dealing with Konaga, since their Stamina values = that of a shinobi 2 ranks higher then their current rank. Essentially, the progression simply continues as shown, and it is the same for Chakra and Stamina... (I'm including all rank progressions just for clarity and so people can see the method behind the decision) :
Genin (25) --> (+15 stamina/chakra) --> Chuunin (40)
Chuunin (40) --> (+20 stamina/chakra) --> Sp. Jounin (60)
Sp. Jounin (60) --> (+25 stamina/chakra) --> Jounin (85)
Jounin (85) --> (+35 stamina/chakra) --> Kage/Sannin (120)
Kage/Sannin (120) --> (+45 stamina/chakra) --> SS-rank (165)
SS-rank (165) --> (+60 stamina/chakra) --> SSS-rank (225)
...so to answer your question succinctly, A Sannin who has Endurance in a Primary or Secondary attribute slot, will have 165 stamina.

I want to start by apologizing if this question has been asked and if its already written in the rules, but to be honest, I have completely missed where it is written:
What are the rules on jutsu learning stacking?
Like, say you have intelligence and your medical profession and you're trying to learn a medical jutsu of A Rank?
Is it only 6 posts? Or is it 5 posts to learn the jutsu?

I have a question... can I edit one of my characters a bit? Namely Manami. I want to change his second specialty, and his Secondary/Tertiary attributes. I haven't really used him much, probably only about 10-15 posts in total.

TvIaMsOqTuHeYz Could someone use a tweak to get rid of a rank they can learn in a taijutsu/element, and gain a third custom weapon? ( I've never had much experience with battle, so I don't know if a custom weapon is worth more or less than a rank in a style or element. ) Don't think anyone noticed this. xD

Tweaking only affects ninjutsu, genjutsu, kenjutsu, and taijutsu. And you can't lose a part of a style or a part of your ninjutsu/genjutsu abilities for an element. It's all or nothing for that style/element (genjutsu or ninjutsu, whichever is the case). That's also explained in that first post.

Hey, after you answer Unrelinquished's question, Could you answer this real fast? What rank would a technique be that incorporated the drawing of one blade to parry an opponent's blade strike, while simultaniously drawing another to remove the arm that is holding the sword on your opponent? Granted, one way to dodge would be to have a rank higher speed, AND evasion, or to simply let go of your weapon, although you'll still run a chance of getting cut without the speed nor the evasion atribute. Because I want to create a style based off of weilding two blades, but i don't know if this technique will work, and it is a staple of my kenjutsu style for my second RPC who will be arriving the moment Dogou hits chunnin.

Can any character perform a flash step? I know in the show and manga it was sort of a universal technique, but in this guild is it a jutsu? Or is it just a known technique?

Is an Alchemy bloodline capable of being created?
Or would it be too OP due to the ability to basically use everything around you as a weapon, and through alchemist specific reqs and training, you could effectivly give someone complete body second degree burns by boiling the top layer of skin? ( Granted that is a B or A rank technique, but still. )

If you want to make a Hiden clan of crazy scientists, or something wacky like that give it a shot, but this is not a Full Metal Guild, and there combat was much different from Naruto's.
@Sk Loda:What exactly do you consider a "Flash step"?

Martin Spiralwave Your thinking of the Shunshin no jutsu. Anyone is capable of using it but it must be learned. Which, as explained in each jutsu, cannot be used in combat and its mechanics are being ironed out. Preliminarily it will allow you to go to any point within a village instantly, and allow you to shave posts off of your total travel posts needed to travel from village to village. Now, if you mean traveling IN COMBAT so fast that you can't be tracked or tracking is extremely difficult and without using a jutsu, then that would depend on how fast your character's speed modifiers make him. No speed modifier value will literally allow teleportation, but at a certain point it pretty much is (but still isn't).
