Ah, I bet Xolo was just worried about me that he'd rush to get back to his master." she knelt down and pet her dog "I wouldn't be surprised if he's jealous of you, cuz you have hair." she laughed. Xolo lowered his ears and groaned.

Antonio looked at Mariana skeptically. Then he looked at Mint and back at Mariana with a heavy sigh. "I'm not leaving ya without any help...you're a good friend and I don't wanna see anything happen to you...ah! I know! You come help me and I can take you back home! I'm heading that direction so it shouldn't be any trouble!"

Marina shook her head furiously seeing as that they were going along and wanting to help her anyhow. Mint was saying her crew was in no condition to help. "The man might come back any moment and find out that I am missing. You two do not have to help me. If I leave this ship now then you two will not be involved at all." She said to Mint thinking that the man might come after both of them if he saw them together and thought they were friends. She looked over at Antonio who had sighed thinking that maybe he was on her sighed. Apparently not. Marina frowned once she heard him say that he would bring her along on his ship to home. "No!" Marina insisted. She was happy that Antonio suggested that she come along with him until she got home but if that man was persistant as she thought he was then he wouldn't want any prisoners of his to escape. Coming to look for her. Sooner or later he would find them and then there would be a fight with Antonio. Possibly Mint too, and he seemed to really care for her. "I mean...I am very happy that you would help me home but I am only going to trouble you right now. I do not want you to get hurt. The both of you. " Marina said stepping sideways to being getting off of this ship. 'I should not have even climbed aboard...' Marina thought trying to get past the crew.

Marina looked back at Antonio seeing that frown on his face. She frowned as well not happy to see him like that. He was only being a good friend and nothing more. Marina looked down at herself for a second thinking that maybe it was alright for her to come along. By the time they set sail the Russian might not even notice she was gone and into the ocean with someone else already. Someone she actually trusts. Though she wanted to make sure he wanted to help her to make him think it through. "Antonio...I would love to come with you." Coming over to him she faintly huffed a sigh. "If you take me along with you or just let me stay here you might be putting others in danger. Maybe even Captain Haven. I do not want that. I know you do not want that either. Do you really want to take me along all because we are close friends?" She should have left it without a question but maybe she wanted to know that as well.

"I...I trust you, Marina...if you say you can take care of yourself...then I trust you to be right... but so help me, if you get in trouble, I'll beat the living daylights out of whoever is causing you trouble. Antonio was right. Marina could take care of herself and she always told him way back then. Her uncertain smile turned into a small grin. She wanted to stay with him, she really did. But Marina wasn't sure if he wanted to do it because of, well the situation he would be putting himself in. The answer wasn't really direct. She couldn't understand if it was a yes or a no and was kind of assuming now too. Scratching her temple a tint of blush crawled on the cheeks when Antonio said he would beat up the living day lights out of whoever tried to harm her. "A-Ah...I understand you." She said in a soft tone before looking back up at him. "So what is your decision, Captain Carriedo? Should I stay or should I leave you for now?" Marina tried to lighten the mood, saying that they would be seeing each other again very soon. She didn't want a serious moment to happen, sad feelings to come up. Only happy thoughts. Giving him a friendly wink she waited for an 'order' from him. Marina didn't like decisions being placed down on her either but he was a Captain. Making this choice was a no brainer. Have Marina come along and risk everyones lives or let her go and possibly get captures again.

Marina pouted hearing Antonio say that it was her choice. Switching it around on her, he knows she didn't like decisions... "Well you know what I want to choose." Marina mumbled as she crossed her arms over her chest. Looking up at Antonio she was wondering if Captain Haven was coming along. By the sound of her name she had a ship of her own. "It is okay if I come with you then...?" Marina asked uncrossing her arms. Hoping for a yes. She would try her best to be a good crew mate for him if he agreed. Folding her arms behind her back she waited for an answer now.

Mint smiled up at Andonio.
"Well I'll leave ya to your own polotics."
She took a green and gold feather clip from her hair and gave it to the Spanish captain. With a little wink.
"So you don't forget me. You be safe."
She leaned up and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek before turning to go.
"You too Lass."
But she didn't look back at her.
"And you work on ur playin' unless ya be wantin' to lose to me again."
She giggled.

Antonio blushed lightly when Mint kissed his cheek and he smiled at the feather clip. "Heh, well, find yourself a bunk and lets go." He said with a grin. He climbed up the sail ropes and into the crow's nest as the ship set off. He blew a kiss to Mint as they left the dock. "I'll write to you every day! I promise!"

Luz Maria and Xolo made it back to the ship. She sees the Irish captain coming out of the Spanish ship "Do you think there's something going on between those two?" Xolo shrugged. She sighed "Oh well... I guess it's okay that he's happy..." she wondered if he'll at least say goodbye before he leaves.
