Another Bass Clarinet player here. smile And I have to agree with anyone else so far (or so it seems) its the best! AS much as I love my Bb clarinet there is just something about the low voice of the bass I just LOVE! heart

Hello I also play the contra bass clarinet and the Bari. love them both. I started though with clarinet, then bass, then contra and thenn........ nope no more thank goodness xp heart

Hi Everyone. I play Bass Clarinet, Contra Bass Clarinet and Tenor sax. Plus a few more that don't fit in the low woodwinds section. I like the Tenor Sax but I love my Bass clarinet more than all the instrments I play (and there are alot).

I play clarinet and I am proud. My band class has one other clarinet but we are losing her to the french horn. Two more months until she leaves me as the only clarinet player. crying She really good to.

I just recently started bassoon...
I have a question about the bassoon!!
ok, so, I've noticed that when I play it, I get small cuts on my bottom lip. Is that normal when you first start a double reed instrument, or if I should freak out and not play the bassoon?
