Aneyana Shiori Miko OK THEN! biggrin So what else can kill but leave nothing but "horrible marks" on her neck? Vampires, obviously. Blunt force trauma to the neck. My personal favorite, she tripped! Any more idea guys!? biggrin A rope. An injection of poison (if the needle is small enough you might manage to not bleed at all...) I think this is highly unlikely though. Octopus hickeys. Kuroyanagika Draining blood does not make sense. They would need time to do that, and it has to be done after she's killed. We need to figure out how much time passed between the two times Mule saw her. twisted

Kuroyanagika One possibility is that LMF was killed inbetween the two times the mule passed by her office. At first there was papers on the floor, then LMF walked into her office, was killed. The murderer left. The mule walked by again and saw her lying there. That could explain the discrepancy of her testimony. Excellent point. So we can guess it's something quick. Considering it's the neck we're dealing with, that doesn't narrow it down much. sweatdrop Though the papers on the floor might suggest a struggle...or Fortune's messiness.

Remember what Mule said on her first post on This thread? LMF was really pale. Maybe it was a vamp but they assumed we'd think it was too obvious, therefore not blame a vamp, so they did it. Reverse Reverse psychology....... Or something. lol

You tend to lose color after you die. Blood flow has stopped, and gravity starts taking effect. The pale color may have been the fact that the blood had stopped flowing, or that there was no blood at all.
If we could get some INFORMATION *dropping an enormous hint to the mods* about what the marks are, like we logically should have, then we'd have some place to start.

What could LMF have done to deserve this? On another point, was someone trying to get revenge? Did she have any enemys? All good questions, but no good answers! >.<"

Strangulation
Poisoning
Blunt force to the neck
Suffocation
internal bleeding

*tries to remember what happened to the Pope in Angels and Demons...some sort of poisoning I think, been a while since I watched it*
Didn't the evidence of what actually kill him not become visible until a considerable amount of his time after his death? Could Fortune have also died by a method that wouldn't make the real cause of death evident until later?

Poisoning, especially cyanide poisoning, takes approx. 4-5 seconds until death. Strangulation/suffocation is approx. a minute or so, I believe, depending on the victim. Blunt force to the neck, if in the right place, is instant death. Internal bleeding, takes too much time, so we can rule that out.
