They don't need to know anything about cooking. Just tasting the food and giving their opinion. Every character could bring somethign to it. Like, that alcoholic transsexual trap could just start judging every food as "Bland. Need more boose"

Tyler can cook and Liz could make drinks, but, that is the only thing they could do, nothing professional. I should have a scene where there oven explodes xD

I need one more judge for the cooking festival, but seems like no one want to have a judge sad
Like I said, your character don't even need to know anything about food.
