[1/12]Lalani was very happy she learned a new skill, but now they had to keep going and learn the next skill that will strengthen their bond even further. Raniza walked to Lalani and said, This scroll says there is another skill we both can learn before we can learn our own skills. Raniza handed Lalani the paper after lalani asked for it in her head, this skill seems much like the last we learned. This should be easy.
[2/12]Lalani walked a few feet behind Raniza and after giving him the go in her head Raniza quickly tugged on the bond between themselves and shot Lalani into the air a few feet. Lalani landed quite softly but noticed she had not moved at all. Raniza, I think you need more practice. Raniza only nodded and prepared to do the skill over again.
[3/12]Raniza made sure he was just a few feet in front of Lalani before he tugged on the bond between themselves and lifting Lalani up into the air a few feet and over his head to make her land a few feet in front of him. He almost lost control when she was just passing over him so he decided to do it again to get more practice Well, at least I got you air bourne. he said to Lalani in his head.
[4/12]Lalani heard what Raniza said and replied, I felt you slip a little bit when I was over you. I think you need more practice. Raniza agreed with Lalani and walked a few feet in front of her in a straight line. Raniza pulled on the bond between Lalani and him enough to make her jump over himself and land just a few feet in front of him.
[5/12]Raniza also noticed this time that he had lost control for a second and decided to practice more and get a better feel for their bond. Lalani walked a few feet behind Raniza and after a few seconds she told Raniza in her mind that she was ready. Raniza tugged the bond once more to send Lalani flying over him and landing a few feet in front of him once more.
[6/12]Raniza felt like he had complete control over the bond that time, I think I have mastered it, now it's your turn Lalani, I know you can do it better than me. Raniza said as he walked a few feet behind Lalani. Lalani replied with, I can only hope so, we still have a long ways to go to reach the spire so we better hurry this up.
[7/12]Lalani looked behind her to see Raniza a few meters behind and looking like he is ready to do some flying. Lalani attempted to tug on the bond between Raniza and herself but she could not move him and it seemed as thought he weighed ten times what she knew he really weighed. Lalani said in her mind, This is tougher than it looks, I don't know how you did it raniza.
[8/12]Raniza replied with, You just need more practice, I know once you develop the bond you will be able to do it without even thinking Lalani found that Raniza gave her hope, she wondered what she would do without him to help her. Lalani shrugged off the thoughts she was having and focused on the task at hand.
[9/12]Lalani half looked behind her to make sure Raniza was at least a few meters away before she tugged on the bond again. Lalani tried with all her might to pull Raniza off the ground and found it quite difficult but she managed to lift him over a foot into the air. Raniza fall back to the ground and said, see? you going at the same pace I was going.
[10/12]Lalani saw that she had lifted him but was dissipointed to see that that was the extent of her strength with the bond. Lalani decided to try again and see if she was really on the same pace that Raniza had been on. Lalani tugged on the bond and in an instant Raniza started to fly over Lalani but just as he was over Lalani, Lalani lost control and Raniza did a front flip to catch himself and land safely.
[11/12]Lalani seemed more determined since she actually got him off the ground and over her head this time. senseing this Ranize choose not to speak but quietly walk behind Lalani and give her the go to try again. Lalani once again pulled on the bond between her and Raniza and this time keeping hold of the bond and making Raniza fly over her and land safely a few meters in front of her.
[12/12]Lalani screamed out, I did it!!! and I did it faster than you, Raniza. Raniza, happy for Lalani agreed with her and said, I think we should keep going now, this break has been fun and learning new skills is always fun. Lalani agreed and Walked over to Raniza an tugged on his hand to tell him she was ready to go.
Raniza and Lalani walked to where a boat was and got inside, heading for the spire they heard of.

It seemed that no matter where he went, he just couldn't find his way to Sazrah's house to get back into Aramil. Then, flashes of his memory came fading back into his mind. Most were times of Cherry smiling, others were disturbing. One interested Jasper enough to keep playing in his mind. It was when Fenrir deliberately destroyed Uuma while he was still in it. Fenrir made no attempt to save him, he just vanished in a burst of light and left Jasper to drown...
Jasper then got to his knees. "What did I do to deserve this, god?...I served you with all of my might, I even kept on preforming my duties as a Palidan even after Judy died..."

Feather entered the familiar port. Well, at least, it was familiar to her. She wasn't sure about Haruki. "Right," the girl stopped for a bit and sat on a nearby stack of boxes that seemed unused, "so we need to get to the Turnabout Mountains, right?". Sora, meanwhile, took the short break to scamper of Tsubasa's shoulder and look around for a bit.

"Good, just checking to make sure you still remembered," Tsubasa answered with an energetic smile as she stuck out her tongue in a childish, teasing manner. She hopped down from the boxes she was sitting on and stretched a bit as she began walking, "Let's see, the Turnback Mountains are in the ocean if I remember correctly, so we'll need to get a boat." As she talked, the girl continued walking and after some time, she reached her destination: a section of the docks that were lined with empty boats with some sort of machine in them. Hopping into one, the girl went to the far end before turning around to see if Haruki, who she had assumed would follow her, had gotten into already. As for Sora, he scampered in alongside Feather and immediately began to peer down into the water.

Haruki sighed at the thought of getting near water, he knew he could swim but he was deathly afraid of water. He followed alongside Flower and looked out at the water, he couldn't imagine falling in to it. "The very bottom of the mountain is gonna be a rough climb, hopefully we'll make it to the top with few problems."

As soon as Haruki had securely seated himself, the boat would begin to move. "Right! I bet this'll be interesting!" Feather replied happily to her friend's comment. Her eyes shone with an excited glint just as they always did whenever she went to investigate something.
Sora, meanwhile, reverted to his cute act and began to splash water on Haruki from the side of the boat. If he stretched just enough, the guardian knew he could remain balanced inside the boat while being able to reach far enough to touch the water.
