Omega: Front Porch
“Time is something I don’t really seem to have… I might age slower…But I need this over with now…”, she returned delicately, her British accent holding a tinge of a well placed whine. It was more frustration than anything else… She wanted to be herself. Be be the calm, self assured Omega leader that didn’t give an inch. But when she kept forgetting herself, literally and figuratively… It seemed to make matters worse. Though his words caught up with her and she cast him a sly, slow smirk… ”You think I’m appealing annnd vibrant.” That boosted her spirits some, that she hadn’t somehow…Lost ‘it’ in her captivity. Oddly enough though… Looking at Gideon, she felt as if she should be somehow…Attracted to him. As if it were her responsibility to be. He was handsome enough…But something about that line of thought seemed incorrect. She was enjoying his company, presence... But still, she was bothered by the fact that few things moved her anymore. She didn’t feel things as she used to—Not as profound, nor as clear…But she wanted to…How silly that sounded… She frowned abit to herself, not even able to make sense of her own thoughts and feelings in her head…What a train wreck she must sound like out loud. She closed her eyes for a moment, willing her anger to cool… It was harder than it usually was… And while she recognized that Gideon wasn’t the nightmare that haunted her… It didn’t stop the memory of what haunted her from tearing her down. After a few moments, her eyes were normal when she reopened them. She considered his words, her head tilting—Her hand still holding to his, despite the claws he’d let out. The sun goddess hadn’t flinched or shown any reaction to the sharpened adamantium. She had merely wiped the remaining blood droplets away with the handkerchief she wore about her wrist. “Sometimes it hurts.”, she spoke with a brief glance at his face—Her hand matching up to his—Keen eyes taking in the differences. His skin was darker than her own, hands tougher, more rough than her own…Nails kept short, neat. Her own were perfectly glossed, long. They looked like complete opposites. “Sometimes it’s just…intense. If I take in too much, and hold it…I start to feel like a battery that’s been overcharged. My head starts to pound… My skin feels raw, it crawls…It hurts then. If I let it go on too long…The energy will...Let itself out. That hurts… Like it’s…Pieces of myself being torn away. Like what happened in Honeycutt.”
“But when I’m not on overload… And the sun comes up…It’s like coming alive. Just those few seconds in the morning is worth my whole day… It’s Sometimes its awful...sometimes its not. At the moment, it’s just… Content, I guess you’d say…”, she continued on, her voice quiet… She lost interest in Jack and Kerrigan, mostly because she reminded herself that it was rude to stare…But still, she found it strange…Matter of fact, she found herself talking to Gideon like this rather strange. But aside from a strange howling she’d heard from inside, and some brat cursing himself out down the way abit, the morning was peaceful, with little to listen to but the waves and seagulls... It was a very surreal morning. "I would really like life to go back to normal...Well, our version of normal..."

Alpha's: Friendly Fire Alek watched the whole thing go down between Eli and Bella. Alek's cheerful smile, enhanced by Bella's powers, slowly stopped as he watched Eli leave the room. The serum over powered Bella's powers. No one talked to his Bella like that, no one except for Alek. But that wasn't even something she deserved. Alek was not going to just let him walk away after cursing out his savior.
Alek snuck away from that group that he assumed was breaking off into song. With Eli's ears plugged, and the choice of music he chose... it would probably take someone with Bella's powers to even hear him as he snuck after Eli. Alek caught the door as it was being shut, and quickly slipped through closing it.
There was pure evil in Alek's eyes. Vengeance even. He walked up behind Eli, his powers fully awake in his body. The crashing waves moistened the air. Humidity fueled his powers. He wasn't sure what Eli could do but Alek was sure it was nothing in comparison to what he could do.
Alek came up to Eli, who's eyes were closed. Alek cocked his head amuzed that even so close to Eli... Eli was so enveloped in his music that he wasn't going to see it coming. Summoning all the training he had in his mixed partial arts, fueling his fist with his power he swung. Fist met jaw hard... cold rushed into the others body.
"Who the hell do you think you are talking to My Isabella Stone like that you ungrateful p***k!" Alek held out his hand, rearing it back as though he was preparing to throw a baseball. The air around his hand was distorted and white, swirling... his power channeled into something tangible. It froze on contact, it could freeze and kill. There were only seconds for Eli to dodge, Alek was lost this crazed Serum, and death could become an option when serum meets Alek's personality.

Alpha - Sucker Punched... As Eli was sitting back and enjoying the song, it was abruptly ended as a cold fist contacted his jaw. Eli fell out of his seat and looked up, rubbing his jaw. A scowl forming on his face and the skin was cool, fortunately helping relieve the pain quicker, but he would most definitely feel it later.
"What the hell is-" Eli stopped, noticing the ball of ice forming in Alek's hand. He dove out of the way, reaching for his board, which was unfortunately near Alek's feet. Eli's hands moved, and motioned, as if he actually did pick up a board, Alek would note that Eli's board was raised off the ground, seemingly on it's own. As Eli swung, the board followed through, and if Alek didn't move, the board would slam into his ribs.
Standing quickly, Eli pulled his hand up as if it were a gun like little children would when they played cops and robbers, and aimed it at Alek. A metal BB placed on his finger.
As quickly as he stood up, Eli winced in pain, the headache he had before he was distracted by the punch returned. Eli hadn't been paying attention to how much of his power he'd been using. Coming back to reality for a moment, he lowered his hand, he remembered, if he over used his powers, he'd black out and convulse, releasing Electro Magnetic Pulses and ElectroMagnetic Radiation.
His grasp on reality slipped away as the serum kicked back in and his arm straightened up, aiming at Alek's chest. "Try and hit me again, see what happens! I didn't do anything to Bella, she butted in on mine and Wilbur's conversation."

ALPHA Uh...Uh oh. Wilbur's jaw dropped at Leion's statement. Beef jerky? Had this boy seriously been bawling his eyes out over jerky? Whatever. Wilbur felt an overwhelming need to comfort. He knew he liked Leion, that he was sure of. He didn't know he liked him like how he felt right now. Right now, there was a feeling of want inside. He scooted the chair closer so that he could smell the beach and liquor still on him.
"Yeah, man. That is real sad. I, uh," He paused to look at Leion. He wanted to cry himself just watching him. He sniffled. "I could probably find some later if you want." As he talked, he got closer to Leion's face, almost unable to control his hormones. "I'm sure there's some slim jims or something down there in the kitchen."The tears started streaming down Wilbur's own face; it was a mixture of empathy, confusion, and the impending regret that would stem from what he was about to do. "I already ate, but..." With tears still streaming down his face, he kissed Leion on the lips and stayed there for a few moments, almost falling out of his chair.
He pulled away, wiping away tears.
"I'm sorry. I didn't...I know you were drunk...That had nothing to do with beef jerky. That was stupid." Wilbur rocked back in the chair, trying to figure out what it was he just did. He liked it, he knew he dd, but a tiny thought in the back of his head was screaming at him. He couldn't hear it of course, he couldn't really hear anything in this altered state. He started to cry again.

Alpha: To the Kitchen! Wwaffles...
Sophie cleaned the room, as promised—And eventually staggered into the shower. Finding an outfit took time. She liked red today…Why, she had no idea. But her outfit had to be red. Red, and blue…Blue? Where had all her blue gone…She was an Alpha with not a scrap of blue to wear? Finding a bandanna, she tied it about her neck. It would do… Not perfect, but it would do. Once the room was clean though…She got bored…Quickly. She really wanted to find someone— Raine. She didn’t like to be alone. Not in this strange bedroom that didn’t belong to her. Tying on a pair of low leather ankle boots she stomped through the hall, feeling a bit like GI Jane, without the awful haircut. Or with the really strange surplus fatigues that didn’t look quite right… Also, without Viggo. Okay, so not like GI Jane at all…But merde, she felt light as air, without a care in the world. Except waffles, and Raine. She went down the hall, finger grazing the spider plant in the window…It wasn’t native to this area, maybe something the Professor brought in to make the condo seem more like home? It looked a little brown though…Not enough water, so much sun. Though with her gentle touch the leaves turned green and strengthened…It grew strong, growing fuller. A few little buds appeared where the babies would branch off of… “There, that’s better isn’t it cherie…” She nodded, as if the plant responded, and then continued on her way. Appearing in the living room, it looked abit like a war zone…Cracked ceiling, what looked like bebe pellets stuck in the walls…Fruit thrown everywhere… Especially around the television. Hum…Maybe it was hungry. Sophia smiled at everyone in the room, including her team leader, who was singing the best song—Ever. Her head bobbed with it as she felt herself mellow further, patting Bella on the head, and beaming to the others as she made her way to the kitchen. It was busy in there. She felt a little bit like she was home in the French quarter. No elbow room. Seeing Christian, she felt a small smile pass her face—She felt like she hadn’t seen him in years. And for the life of her, couldn’t remember why. “Bonswa, homme…”, she greeted sweetly, her hand resting on his shoulder for a moment so she could squeeze by him without jarring anyone else too much. She noted then, that his eyes were very green…The greenest she could remember. Les vert yeux…vert vert vert…She smiled at him. “Ah saw leaves that color once…The color your eyes are. It was from a blue willow…They aren’t really blue at all…But they seem sad..So they’re blue willows…”, she explained seriously, as if this was very important. Smiling again, she turned about and walked up to Raine, stealing a strawberry when she hoped she wasn’t looking, resting her head on her shoulder for a split second to let her know she was there. “So much for le petite breaky, cherie… This is l’enorme…It smells so wonderful...”"If only there were Swedish fish..."

Alpha: Hangover city
There really wasn't much time for pleasantries. The high again was burning off rapidly into another low. Evie excused herself as she felt, again, like she was being hit with a ten ton brick. She walked down the hallway and into the bathroom. She put the water on in the sink to let the water splash up to hit herself in the face. Hunched over she couldn't decide if she wanted to pass out or vomit again.
For the initial moments, she remembered (yet again) that something wasn't right with her system. Her body was fighting something. But the pain of it left her clarity in the wind. Looking like she might vomit, she saw her face in the mirror. She was paler than usual and looking like her body was at war.
When she was able to focus enough to touch her comm, the high set back in and all she got out of her mouth was, "Bella."
Suddenly, she didn't care. The world was right. Her mind was happy. The high was back. So she continued with her comm message in a totally different tone, "Where are you love? I miss you and really want pizza."
Her mind went completely ADD and she passed by her room. Peeking in she didn't see Carlos anymore. Not caring really about him (just the fact she really wanted to find cold pizza), she shrugged and skipped down the hallway. So many scents filled the air down below. But so many voices. Evie was in too much of a high to care about who was fighting over what. But man, beef jerky sounded good as well.
"I don't even know who half of you guys are," She muttered walking down through the halls and peeking around rooms to find what suited her whim. Besides she wanted to find Bella. It had been over a day since she had seen her best friend. Hugs were needed. Hugs were good. Why was she so happy? No matter. Walking past the living room, she saw Bella and wrapped her arms around her, "Hello, love. Keep singing your lovely song."
The whirlwind that was Evie, even drugged, got distracted by something she heard outside. Walking towards what she heard and floating through the song, she got slightly [more than slightly] agitated at the two boys fighting. Picking up a chair from the porch, she threw it with a pretty good force at Alek and Eli. It landed where she planned as she stomped over. She didn't know Eli from Adam but Alek she knew well.
"Stop behaving like little boys," She growled at them showing her bite. They were being ridiculous and it was uncalled for. She looked at Alek, "You especially know the rules. We don't use our powers to hurt each other. Bottom line, period. Save it for the battlefield."
She then turned to Eli and her tone took a drastic swing back to happy, "Hi cutie, I don't know you yet. I'm Evie."

Parlor: Trying to watch cartoons...or not...Molly sighed as she listened to people start to go crazy. She had Eli in freak out mode, the couple of people. Isabella, Wilbur and Jacen, making out on the couch. The people on the couch didn’t bother her as much as Eli was right now. Really now, was it really too much to ask that people just let a person sit, relax and enjoy a peanut butter sandwich while watching cartoons? Molly made a growling sound as she glared at Eli as he continued to grow more irrational and louder yelling at Isabella. Molly glared at the TV her temper starting to fray at the edges as she ‘hacked’ the TV to turn up the volume which wasn’t helping any. Isabella began to sing as she went into happy, cuddly, happy time. The song, while in a way soothing was not one that Molly happened to be fond of. Her mother, the lunatic in the mental institute, had sung that to her when she was little and well it just wasn’t the same since then. Eli wasn’t having any of it though and blew up on her before leaving and going outside. ”Thank God he’s gone...maybe now I can watch TV without that moron screaming at the top of his lungs.” She muttered irritably to herself as she returned her attention to the TV slouching in the chair and crossing her arms across her chest as she glowered at the TV turning the volume down. Finally it just had to stop. Molly simply couldn’t take the rubber ducky song anymore. ”Isabella.” She asked looking up from the TV at the group. They looked like they were having such a good time now that Eli was out of the picture and Molly had never really been a part of a group and she really wanted to fit in with these people. She liked them for the most part. ”Uuuuhhhh...” She let her voice trail off as she glanced at the couch at the TV and lost track of her thoughts. Song...oh yea...what songs did she know? Molly didn’t know many songs off the top of her head and Isabella had such a pretty singing voice she HAD to know a few other songs. ”Do you know any other songs?” She asked finally shaking her head. On impulse she got up and almost hesitantly perched on the free spot on the couch that had been vacated by Wilbur when he ran off. This was such a strange day indeed.

Alpha - Did I seriously just say that? Eli hadn't waited to give Alek an opportunity to actually do something. As he began to close his thumb down on the BB, a chair crashed and startled, his aim went off and the BB shot out as fast as Eli could possibly make it. It shot off roughly 400 m/s. That was just shy of 60 meters faster than the speed of sound.
The loud crack resonated through out the grounds and anyone in the immediate area would most likely look. Eli winced again as his headache pounded. Taking several strong blinks, to try and ignore the pain, he turned to Evie who had approached and began to speak to them.
His hand had readjusted aim and was still aimed at Alek. But as she finished her lecture to Alek and refocused her attention to him, he lowered his arm. Long black hair, tattoos, this girl was perfect. "Your eyes remind me of space crystals..." Was the first thing he meant to say.
"You idiot, did you seriously just say that? Introduce yourself, tell her your name, YOUR NAME!" He thought to himself, he tried fighting back a grin that was forming on his face, his cheeks began to get rosy. "I-I-I'm Elliot, I usually go by Eli." He said, a smile now more noticeable and his hand extended out awaiting a handshake.

Doing nailsMan things were starting to get strange if they weren’t already bizarre. Forellen crunched another carrot piece as she frowned at the scene in the parlor between Eli and Isabella. The singing was nice...it had a nice soothing overtone to it but alas judging by Eli’s reaction he was less then pleased with the choice of songs. Forellen wasn’t a huge fan of rubber ducky herself but at least she had a pretty voice. Tearing her gaze off the parlor door she snagged another carrot and nodded at Maddy. ”I’ll be right back. I have my stuff in my room. Do you have a color...oh I’ll bring down what I have and you can pick a color.” She said and quickly swept from the kitchen heading back into her room. After quickly reaching her room Forellen began to rummage around for her small bag with her nail supplies in it and then her small pack of nail polish and returned to the kitchen. She couldn’t for her life find it and finally she looked deep in her suitcase and pulled out a small case with her nail files and polish remover and then her small bag of nail polish. ”Sorry Maddy. I had to dig around for my nail polish. So what color would you like your nails?” She asked as she pulled a chair out at the kitchen table. She waved Maddy into a chair as well and pushed the bag full of nail polish over to her so she could look through it and pick a color. Forellen carried an assortment of colors from white to blacks; mostly she had reds, pinks, oranges and blue. While Maddy picked out her color Forellen opened a small bag of cotton balls and rummaged around for the polish remover and nail files she had on hand. Producing the needed items she took Maddy’s free hand and began to remove the old black nail polish. The stuff Forellen favored wasn’t as harshly scented as the average commercial stuff usually was but it worked just as well and within a minute she had most of the chipped and faded black paint removed from Maddy’s finger nails.

Alpha: Kiss Me When I'm Down
Eli's stammering of his introduction was rather sweet. She laughed, shook his hand, and leaned in too say, "I don't bite. Don't worry. Well... not on first introduction. Right, Alek?" She looked over her shoulder and winked. It seriously had been too long since she had been with the Alphas. Her own isolation lately wasn't helping. There was fun to be had. And well, most fun used to start with her.
"Space crystals, eh? Now what on earth do you know about space crystals? When you actually get to visit the Shi'Ar with us, then we'll talk about space crystals," She put an arm around his shoulders and then Alek's shoulders. Her arm tensed a bit as she felt the chill that Alek always seemed to have around him. Once her senses calmed, it was like nothing, "They're quite shiny. I can't imagine they'd taste good. Are you guys as hungry as I am? I can't seem to stop wanting to eat. I know we all have healthy appetites being mutants and all but it's odd don't you think?"
Breaking herself from her rambling she looked at Eli again, "But thank you for the compliment. Now whatever you guys were arguing about isn't worth it on a beautiful sunny day like today on a beach we're probably not going to see for awhile. So whattya say? Let's get a smoothie and go swim in the pool!"

Meal Time, and Entertainment
Jack had a small smirk, when she said she trust him. He couldn't respond to that without looking like an idiot. So he continued the the gentle touch treatment then managed to for an answer to her Masseuse statement, which either way was hard to do giving what he was doing, and tempted to do. " ahhh ya pick up things here and there. I mean School for wrestling didn have many people to handle injuries. Ya volunteer abit, an everyone's abit grateful to help ya learn.". The soft noises she made was enough to get his blood boiling, but he found control for himself in just doing what he was doing. He wasn't aware of anyone watching them until she mentioned it. Even then he planned continue what he was doing, until she used him to pull herself up. " Jus let em watch. Not like we're doing anything scandalous... yet. He only breathed that last word out. He was really fighting urges right now. She was too apparently.
Next thing he knew she was close real close. His mind still trying to process the fingers on his arm. Closer still. Barely there.Then... ~growl~ her stomach went. She pulled back and he was staring. Feeling abit lost, dazed really. She was still tracing lines on his chest. He almost thought her teasing him, but her eyes were lowered, which brought a few ideas to mind, " And all of them pure you gutter brained readers". When she said something along the lines of going inside and setting up to be alone he smirked. " so long as I finish what I start sure. Which brings me to this.", No prompting, no real warning both his hands reached out at her waist and the back of her head and pulled her straight to him. Before she could make a noise his lips covered hers and any protest even from stomachs wasn't going to shorten this.
It was like a drug, he didn't remember it like this on the beach. And if others were watching he didn't care. He was planning to be in a career that was almost all exhibition for cryin outloud. After what seemed like an eternity relative to about the two minutes he pulled back slowly and looked her in the eye. " Finish what ya start Scarlet. And yeah.... lets not fight this time. I'm hungry too.". Already on kneeling he stood up and placed his hands to help her up by the waist. " I brought some food with me. Nuthin really fancy but better then being in a crowded and probably raided kitchen. We'll stop by my room first.". What he brought was edible but not as tasty as it could be. Still though, he didn't want to be in a kitchen. if it was crowded he took up more then enough space. He waited for her to gather her foot wear then escorted her up into the condo and to his room which was bottom floor.
He opened the door and left it open as he went to his luggage and messily dug out a duffel bag. He ran back to the door and closed it behind himself smiling. " Good ol meals. Now about that entertainment missy?". Like most things, he spoke without concern of what people think. Since coming to the school he went from stiff to cowboy in weeks. Just a matter of how he was raised and grew up. He let her lead the way up to her room and waited to be led inside. Rooms were rooms, hers was no different from his aside the smaller bed. He set the duffel bag down on said bed, and unzipped it. He pulled out small shiny wrapped packages with military labels. Militant rations. And a variety from a few different nations, like France, Russia, Germany, and Iran. " I grew up in elementary school eaten these. Pops sure liked them. Unless ma cooked. Everybody liked to joke that this made me big and strong. The ones from France are really good though.
He hadn't spoken much to anybody about his family. That was just two out ten notches less then what his friend Christian got out of him. His family was complicated. His life was push and push until he made something out himself. Judging by all his packed meals, something about his family was obviously military. He looked up to her to see if could guess what she was thinking but found it hard to read.. the expression on her face seemed, abit... amused.

இ คჩεn இ ტრεჟคToo bad.. so sad.▀▀▀ ▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀▀ ▀ ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀▀ Aren had ineherently felt Shandra's distress from him pulling his body away so that he could face the angry hispanic that had attacked him in efforts of separating the pair. The entire idea was unnerving, and caused his displeasure from being interrupted to escalate into an anger that was uncharacteristic to his normally level headed demeanor. Something about this morning had jumbled all of that up, had mixed his prior feelings towards the redhead with something much more than he'd anticipated he'd ever feel for her. Not that he'd complain with the developments; he knew Shandra better than anyone else. And no one else here would ever understand where he came from, would understand the social differences he'd no doubt display.
When his little red head requested that they stop their bickering, Aren sank down next to her, his stance still defensive in case Antonio decided to attack again. Somehow, he knew that she'd not really meant to make the utterance alloud. He wrapped an arm around her shoulders and pulled her closer as he glared at Antonio, silently warning him not to interfere again. Their fight would have to be something that took place away from Shandra, where they might settle this dispute without upsetting her further. "It's okay Shandra. No harm done. I'll behave so long as the boar doesn't attack me again." He whispered, kissing her forehead and forgetting once again that they had an audience. A tear slipped from her eyes, and he almost panicked. Instead, he took the hand that hadn't been holding her and brushed the salty drops from her cheeks. "Don't cry, Moahk. It's over." Or at least he hoped.
Aren took a deep breath, catching her scent in his lungs, and the fire that had enveloped him just a few minutes prior took him again, urging him to put a trail of kisses from the junction of her ear and her jaw to her mouth, where he might distract her from the sudden onset of melancholy. He did so, slowly just laying small pecks upon her skin until he reached the corner of her mouth, where he planted something even lighter upon them, as though the gesture were some secret move.
Her eyes shifted between the pair of men that both knew her so well, and Aren couldn't help but feel guilty underneath her stare. No, he'd not started the fight, he'd not even thrown the punches to ruin the patched face further. All that he'd done was move her out of the way so that she'd not be caught in the crossfire.
She asked him, a bit hesitantly, what he wanted, and it was then that he learned the detestable cretin's name: Antonio. Yeah, other than ruining their moment, what had he wanted? And could they comply to his desires so that he'd go away, leaving them to what they'd started. Aren rather wanted an answer to his query about her being his, and he couldn't ask her again in such a sullied romantic moment. It just wouldn't seem right.
Still that mind in the back of his mind, that little voice told him to thank Antonio, because if he hadn't spoiled what they'd been leading to, Aren and Shandra would regret their actions for all their days to come. He'd give Antonio no such pleasure.
He sputtered though, when she asked why he was so furious with the hispanic. "Because, in his charge after me... he could have hit you." He mumbled the last, but that had been the primary reason for his ire. She'd not like the chivalrous act, but she, at the very least should expect it. His "Old World" views, as she'd called them so many times before.
Her next words, uttering about food in bed, caused the size shifter to chuckle, the sound deeper timbres once again. "That can be arranged in a little bit." He promised, not even bothering to give Antonio another glance to see if their closeness would cause his anger to rile again.

Alpha - Catalina - Foodgasm! o.o'' Raine was just finishing things up when she heard someone new enter the kitchen, a flash of red catching the corner of her eye. Turning her head to see who the new arrival was, Raine's smile returned when she saw it was none other than her Sophie. However, when she saw the brunette head over to Christian, laying a hand on his shoulder, her stomach tightened. Why was she suddenly so jealous that she was paying more attention to their mutual friend than she was to her? It took all of her will power to keep a scowl from settling on to her features, turning back to the last preparations on the waffles before she felt a body sidle up to her own. A hand reached out, stealing a strawberry from the bowl, Raine immediately recognizing who that petite wrist could belong to. She laughed at the sweet sound of french that wafted into her ears, tilting her head at her friend, bangs falling into her face. " Oh come on now, I didn't make that much! Besides, I don't know about you, but I am just starving! Though, I have to say, Swedish fish sound delicious." Her voice trailed off at the end, her thoughts turning to the little red fish that gave her so much joy as a child. She was always one to love candy, and candy for breakfast was just a great idea. Why had she never thought of that before? Sophia always had just great ideas. It must come naturally for such an intelligent, amazing person. " Well, should we go back upstairs or try to find some place to shovel these waffles down before they get cold? Looks like it's standing room only in here," she said, ripping the corner of a waffle off and popping it into her mouth. It was so good, all her cares seemed to melt away again. She knew she was hungry before, but once that sweet taste hit her tongue she realized just how famished she really was. Grabbing a strawberry from the bowl as well, she took a bite, letting out a loud "mmmmm." " I've outdone myself, seriously. These are pretty darn good - I don't think they even need any Swedish fish," she said after chewing a few times, grinning as she licked her fingers to get rid of any residual powdered sugar.

Alpha: Sign Language - Going Outside Bella pointedly ignored Eli’s words…But they actually hurt her feelings. Very much, did they hurt—So when Molly asked her if she knew other songs, the Siren just quieted and huddled down beside Jacen, her gaze not quite so vacant as she grew…Sad. “I don’t feel much like singing anymore…”
Infact, she didn’t much want to be in the living room anymore.
She didn’t mean for Wilbur to be hit with a pellet, she meant to try and stop them from hitting him. He left. She didn’t know what she’d done to Christian, but he left. Eli confused her the most… And he left. Alek was there, and he left too. So if everyone was going to leave because she was there… She would just save them the trouble.
The songstress leaned and kissed Jacen on the cheek again…”I’ll sing for you later, mi amigo…”
She was hard pressed to disentangle herself from the Snuggie…But with a little effort, she pulled herself off the couch, and left the room. Where to go, she suddenly wasn’t sure… She could hear so many voices in the kitchen. There was this strange humming in the house that was hard to ignore…But her scattered brain was stretched too thin to even begin thinking about looking into it. Hearing voices this way and that… She decided to go out. The kitchen was too crowded… Too loud. Since when had anything ever been too loud for her?
The people upstairs already sounded upset… So outside she would go.
Isabella went out the front door, auburn hair swirling about her waist—Though she paused abruptly when her eyes lay on Gideon—Sitting peacefully in the rocking chair. Her heart stopped, or slowed, at the sight of him—The familiar snow colored hair and blue eyes… She recalled instantly that it was him she heard so well from the house. Metal and flesh moving together…But—He was touching Narcissa, or she was touching him… Either way, her face visibly darkened, jealous… In a time honored classic, Bella flipped Narcissa off, and then, with her other hand, decided to give the blonde a double duce.
She walked backwards off the edge of the porch, making sure that the blond, whom she was ninety eight percent sure was pure unadulterated evil… Saw every bit of her extended middle fingers. For some reason, this just took the cake. Everyone was acting strange (She failed to notice herself included)—And she didn’t like it all.
Bella pouted hardcore as she stalked down the beach, away from Evelyn and Alek, because of Eli of course—Royally pissed until she saw something shiny in the sand. What was it?
....Oooo beach glass…

Omega - Why is Fruit So Good?
Christian stood near the doorframe of the kitchen, lazily munching away at his apple. For whatever reason, he was completely oblivious as to why it was he was so irritated earlier. He thought and thought and thought about it while holding the half-filled bowl of fruit in one hand and the half-consumed apple in the other.
For whatever reason, Christian was trying to come up with a decent game plan for himself and was hitting a wall. At fifty km/h. Head on. He didn’t say anything when Raine walked by him and the two exchanged a momentary glance. Yes, his mood was more alleviated that when he was in the living room, but that didn’t make him want to become a Chatty Cathy doll. He didn’t say a word to the lass as he watched her begin to make waffles.
If he wasn’t stuffing his face with fruit, Christian would have went over to steal one of the waffles… and risk being turned into a victim by the human bug zapper. As it was, he kept munching on his apple until he bit straight through the core. He had a disgusted look fall upon his face as tasted the tough innards of apple mix with the seeds… so much for him being relatively happy.
He felt like someone with a severe case of bi-polar disorder. One minute he was happy as a pig in slop, the next he honestly felt like ripping someone’s face off. Christian just could not explain it at all. After he had thrown the bits of apple core in the garbage, he felt himself getting slightly happier.
Just as he was about to take his leave from the kitchen, he felt a tiny hand resting on his shoulder. Christian turned around and saw Sophia walking by him quickly. Naturally, he smiled when he saw the tiny lass, but cocked his head to the side like a confused puppy when she spoke her native language. French was something he never did have an ear.. or a mind for.
Isn’t wasn’t what Sophia explained, but how she explained it that caught his attention. Blue willows? He had never seen one before. But these were blue. Blue from… depression?
“If the trees are sad… why doesn’t someone try and cheer them up?,” Christian half asked, half said as Sophie flashed him another smile before heading over to where Raine was still diligently making waffles.
He still didn’t know what to do with himself for the rest of the day. It seemed like things were just… wacky, which he had no problem with at all. Whilst pondering over what it was he was going to do next, Christian picked up a rather large orange from the bowl he held and took a bite, peel and all, his focus solely on what it was he was going to do now… aside from stuffing his face.
