Later the world will intrude...  Patrick blushed brightly. "I'm sorry!! I didn't mean - I just - nevermind..." he mumbled, embarrssed, slightly ashamed and now worried instead about what the Faery's family would think of Taran's marrying a human.
A human that could lie, cheat or anything else dishonorable.
The human became absorbed in himself, still leaning on Taranieth and walking, yet seeing & hearing nothing. Can't invite my family... what if his hate me? Or worse try and catch me out somehow? If I'm not worthy enough, they could help ruin the wedding and marriage...
... but for now let's just hold one another and smile.

Taranieth kissed him. "It's perfectly all right. There is nothing to forgive." he said, running a hand through Patrick's hair. "Now, smile. It's a whole new life you're starting."
And gleefully off he ran again, scooping Patrick into his arms bridal-style and carrying him through the door of what was now their home.

Later the world will intrude... The boy couldn't help laughuing as he was scooped off of his feet. "Tarraaann~!" he squealed, clinging to the Faery before kissing his love soundly on the lips once they had reached their new home.
The kittens immediately engulfed Taranieth's feet, mewling happily and demanding attention. Patrick giggled and raised his head.
"I think we have an audience..." he whispered.
... but for now let's just hold one another and smile.

Taranieth laughed, a carefree sound reminiscent of the tinkling of bells. A lock of hair fell forward, obscuring his eyes, and he picked up Snowy, his favourite. He was just... so soft... He gave him a kiss on the nose.

Later the world will intrude... Patrick gently stroked Snowy's head, smiling as the kitten basked in the attention. Briar mewled before trying to climb up to Patrick: she loved a challenge!
"Taranieth, please could you put me down before Briar hurts herself?" he murmured, smiling in apology.

Later the world will intrude... Thorn growled and pounced onto Patrick's head, then playfully bit at his hand as the human picked the kitten up to hold him in his arms.
"Such silly babies..." he murmured, clearly content and happy to be in such a homely situation as he stroked behind Thorn's ears. Then he gave Taranieth the happiest, sweetest smile before watching the kittens as Briar picked at his shirt sleeve.

Later the world will intrude... The human took the intitative once he realised that Taran had been thinking of kissing him. "We'll have to make sure they know the boundaries, won't we?" he murmured as he gently lifted everyone out of the way and pressed his lips to the Faery's.... but for now let's just hold one another and smile.

Taranieth was cut off mid-chuckle by those sweet lips, and he was very happy. He could never get enough of them, plump and wet and absolutely heavenly. He tangled his hands in Patrick`s hair, knocking his glasses slightly askew.
As the pain sweeps through, Makes no sense for you, Every thrill he's caused, doesn't seem much fun at all. But I'll be there for you As the world falls down.

Later the world will intrude... Patrick made a small noise that intrigued Briar, the female kitten snuggling under their chins and trying to get her nose in between them. She wondered why a human would make that sound.
Patrick giggled as Briar's fur tickled him and he made another, more contented sound.

The pesky kitten was soon moved off by an elegant, long-fingered hand.
Those glasses were still in the way. Without thinking, the fae swept them off... and caught sight of the most beautiful pair of eyes in existence. Without the lenses in front of them, he could see they were large, and a clear, bright color.

Later the world will intrude... Patrick blinked and stared back, blinking slowly. The lack of glasses made everything a little blurry, a little...surreal.
Then the boy beamed: everything about this situation was wonderfully surreal. So he plucked Fudge out of Taran's hair, placed the puppy on the ground, then resumed his gentle kissing of the Faery's lips. His smile never faded.

If there had ever been any doubt who was the most beautiful creature on earth, this resolves it. Taranieth thought, but could not say, because said beautiful creature had taken his lips again, and it was suddenly a challenge to keep breathing normally, let alone speak.
