 Zayle saw the two girls walk away, but didn't really care. He turned his attention back on Zero, wow, he can sing really good he thought smiling. It's good when slaves have this kind of talent...sometimes it's the only friend you have and the only thing that can keep you alive, he knows this from experience...not the best thing to go through..he quickly shook his thoughts away trying to pay attention to the singing instead

Roo snickered and bumped into Desire playfully. "He can be when he isn't mad at you, or you're not mad at him... And when did you almost bite him? That's what I call fun. I ...uh... accidentally threw him across the room... along with the couch..." Roo snickered and rolled her eyes. "And then I ended up with one of his outfits. Isn't it nice? It's so much better than a dress..." She gently tugged on the silky tie and smiled.

"well he was spying on ryang and he fell asleep; and i was out hunting. he smelt like a human so i snuck up on him and got my teath on him. then he woke up and cut my throat; see?" desir e said as she pointed to the scar. "oh and i like dresses. but that suit really does look nice on you."

Roo nodded slowly as she listened carefully. "Oh... Well what was he doing that for? Spying..." She grunted and looked at Desire and her scar. "Oh Desire! I was trying to be good to him... But how am I if you are here and he can do what he wants? I'll be on his hind every second of the day... You realize I haven't eaten in forever, don't you? The last time I ate something was when Daddy dearest took away Bibi... I'm so weak now!"

Rii stopped outside, beneath a window and snuck a peak in. The room was dark, yet as she scanned it, no one was there. The house seemed oddly quiet, except from where light shined from another room. She needed to make it to the basement and judging by the floor plan she'd observed while surveying the area, she had a good idea where it would likely be.
Taking another look around, she slid open the window, slipping inside and shutting it just as silently. Years of being well used to hiding would be at her benifit. Traveling along, she listened carefully, making certain she was along and hidden each time she passed to another room.
The basement door was up ahead.

The butler was keeping track of the halls, making sure that no one got out, and no one got in. He wanted to get on James good side but didn't know how. He saw a girl crawling in the window and smirked. He followed her silently, seeing what and where she was going.

Hearing voices up ahead, Rii quickly and silently went to the door. It was locked. Removing the clip from beneath her collar, she quickened her pace and unlocked the door, slipping inside and hiding her clip again, locking the door. The draft from the basement was cold and she listened carefully as she made her way down. No one was there. Continuing down, she noticed a window to outside that had a bush in front of it.
Looking around, she came across what she was looking for... Ryang hat and cards, sitting in a corner on a shelf. Perfect. She had a bad feeling, but the most she could do was hurry.
Collecting the items, Rii headed to the window and pushed it open with a quiet pop. Flinching at the small noise, that was unlikely to be heard..., she pulled herself up and slipped around the bush as quietly as she could. Hopefully, anyone that could hear it thought it was the wind.. it was chilly out.
Taking a glance around, she darted down the side of the home and back to the trail she'd found leading to it. Coming out at a point in town, she stopped a boy who looked bored.
She'd seen him in town once or twice to know he ran errands for others. Giving him the coins she had, and the cards, she told him to bring it to Ryang immediatly. Keeping the hat with her, as she didn't have enough coin.
After that, she blended into the other wandering people and made her way for Ryangs. At least the cards would get to him, even if she was caught.

The butler had followed her around for a while and got nervous, she was going through a bad part of town and he was afraid. He grabbed her collar and yelled in her ear "Get your a** back over here!" He dragged her to a alley and glared "Thievery! How dare you steal from Master James?"

Rii gasped as her collar dug into her throat. Her eyes looked about, not so much worried about the man, but about the area. At least Vytt did not seem to be anywhere near... Looking to the man now, she raised an eyebrow, ignoring the concern she felt...
"I don't know what you're talking about. Who are you?" There had not been anyone there when she'd sent the boy with the item... he must have caught up to her shortly after that.
She debated attacking him, but hesitated. A pet attacking one not a slave themselves... could be disasterous. Especially considering the Master she'd be brought before...

"Oh yes, I'm definitely not in trouble now! Oh thank the gods for this filthy street rat!" He dragged her by the collar up the street and into the house. He had he in the dining hall, and slapped her and called for James.
James hugged Zero and walked away, walking towards the butler. He saw the butler holding Rii, his sons slave, and she was holding his son's hat. James raised his hand and smacked his butler "GO kill your self! Now Rii... Give me my hat!" he held out his hands and smiled softly

Her face still stinging..., Rii smiled as though she was going to try and play nice and do so for hopes of an easy punishment. The hat had been too big to send with the boy and she'd only had a few coins.
"Ah, i see we have a problem then," Rii said quietly as the man seemed to relax a little. Darting to the side, she ducked and spun around to avoid any arms that darted out. Quickly, she leapt to the side and made a bolt for a nearby window.

James whipped the window shut and glared "why is my son's hat in YOUR arms?" His face was calm and it was if he was talking over tea.

Rii darted to the other side of the room, trying to keep her distance. This wasn't going well... "I wanted a hat like his," she lied in the same tone, shrugging dismissively and looking at it, slowly inching herself closer to the door nearby. "What worry is it of yours? Its simply a hat," she said and waved it about a little as though it was just some rag.
Feeling she was close enough to the door, she made a bolt for it, getting the door open with a harsh movement...
