"Oh no, it's a building, that works much like the Midnight Channel. Shadows are in high concentration there during the midnight hour. Every few floors or so, on the full moon, there are powerful shadows like the shadows of people that you have fought. At the top? The remains of the shadow threat the blue haired boy and his friends defeated."
