Vassili
Vassili had opened the shop up at eight AM. He had cleaned up the mess the new cook had made, maybe he should say old chef. A note said she was heading somewhere else for another week. He was just barely keeping up with the inflow of customers, hot coffee in the pot and scones kept coming from the ovens. He didn't care, those three needed more sleep than he did, and he was sure they would thank him later. Finally it slowed down at lunch, people not wanting the sugary goodness the cafe provided. It was obvious this would be the perfect early morning, late night hotspot. They just needed an evening crew, two three people to run the whole thing. At one Vassili flipped the sign to closed and finished the dishes. He padded upstairs, his muscles sore from the constant movement.

Vincent
Vincent stirred around eleven at the smell of cooking, but quickly slipped back into sleep. At one he woke with a start and checked his slowly dying phone. It was one oh one. Crap Naomi is going to be pissed the ******** off. We spent the whole day asleep, the Cafe didn't open and they were still out on the overlarge fire escape. It was slowly heating up in the European city and Vincent tossed his half of the comforter off and glanced over at Naomi. She was divine, sleeping quietly and her hair tousled perfectly to halo her head. With a slight reluctance and fear of the anger Vincent gently shook her, whispering.
"Hey sleepy head, wake up. It's past one."

Sal ♫ ♪ "A heart should learn music before it beats for another." ♪ ♫ ♪ Sal had been rolling since Vas left her side so to wake up on the floor was not that big of a surprise to her. What did shock her was the seven inch blade resting on the dresser. She sat there to the right of the mattress with her eyes trained on the foreign weapon on the left-side dresser top. It was not Naomi's, she could tell. The young woman stretched out her bare legs on the fairly cold floor and held her head. There had been noises outside in the Cafe but she had not been concerned enough to check it out. Now though, she was fully awake and it was silent to her ears. What had happened while she was sleeping? And why did no one wake her?
Slowly, she pushed herself up to a standing position, dusted off her PJs and headed for the bath. Half of her dreams from the previous night she could not recall but something told her that it was better that way. The bath was nothing special as she stepped in, did the necessities and walked out like a robot. She was off. Maybe it had been the overly long sleep or the fact that she had done it in public for the first time in years but whatever the reason, she had to get rid of it. Nami did not take well to her sister acting as if she was devoid of life. The older woman had called it the most worrisome and scary of sights. Sal shook her head and continued on her way to the upstairs, carrying the unknown knife with her. By the time that she was on the ledge, Vas was not in her line vision so she entered the Party Hall without a care and settled herself at the bar, twirling the blade, tip down on the counter.
"Vas, are you in here or not?" Her voice rang out like a siren in the supposedly empty open space and would express to almost anyone that she was pissed off. However, personally, she was not sure about this and had thought this bit of attitude change to be a by-product of oversleeping in someone else's bed. Jesus is my Lord ♥

Naomi "Sometimes the idea of love should just leave me alone." Naomi did not hear him the first time and opted to brush his attempts to wake her to the side where she thought that they belonged. Unlike her sister, she would be remembering her dreams for quite a while and did not appreciate someone trying to pull her away at that particular moment. Her hand flew out at her side, coming into contact with his right cheek in a less than friendly manner. However, when this bit of information made it to her brain that she might have injured a person just now, the manager grunted in her sleep and rolled away from him, feeling uncharacteristically lazy but happy.
Unfortunately, this changed when her gifted ears picked up on a call that sounded as though Sal had shouted out. Immediately, she flew up into a sitting position and nearly gauging out one of Vincent's eyes in the process. "Sal, there's something wrong with Sal." Her feet were already on the move to carry her to the origination of the female hollering but then, her eyes caught sight of the clock hanging on the wall and only principle made her return to the balcony where they had slept. "Why didn't you wake me, Vincent?" she shouted at him, sending a kick at his shin before collecting her knife from under her pillow for the previous night or that morning. Naomi huffed at him and folded her arms, walking out again to find her sister as well as damage severely whatever it was that had made the younger version of herself call out like that. Vincent took the indignation in stride, he knew most women were grumpy in the morning. When she pulled the knife he was surprised and let her foot connect with his hardened shin. Then he stood pulled the pistol Vassili had given him out and walked in, just as the door was being bashed in by the same man, but the speed and confusion made Vincent draw his pistol.
"What the ********>!" Then he dropped the pistol and then let the hammer back down. He was to sleep and needed coffee to try and figure out what was going on, so he sat down heavily on one of the bar stools and dropped the gun on the bar.

Naomi "Sometimes the idea of love should just leave me alone." Naomi stood there, watching the scene that played out in front of her with cautious precision. Her own blade was lowered but she could not peel her eyes away from her sister. She was acting "off" again and the very experience was sending chills up her spine. It was usually something of little danger that threw the younger woman into one of these episodes but for her, it deserved the full shell-shocked effect. When Sal offered the knife back to Vas, Naomi took the human interaction as a sign that it would be safe enough to approach her in a non-violent manner.
"Hey, sis," she said nervously, trying to keep her nerves from disrupting the flow of her speech, "How was your sleep?" During her forward motion to the girl, Naomi had managed to place her knife by Vincent's gun and pat his knee to assure him that this would not blow over into anything...disastrous. The manager hopped into the seat by Sal but did not touch her. "Hey, what happened last night, huh?" She gave her a comforting smile between sisters so that she would be more receptive and actually talk to them. Jesus is my Lord ♥

"So then what's the plan for the rest of the day? The Cafe is already closed for the afternoon." He fell back onto his back and put his hands behind his back.
"Should we just stay in tonight, recuperate from the night. Well at least let me recuperate." Vassili was chuckling darkly as he waited for any of them to respond. Vassili was acutely aware that he hadn't answered Sal's question.

Sal ♫ ♪ "A heart should learn music before it beats for another." ♪ ♫ ♪ Naomi's presence did not register with her immediately and neither did the invasive questioning. She sat there amongst them, feeling terribly lost. Her sleep had been terrible even with the comfort of someone beside her for a while and last night -that was a mystery to her. Nothing beyond her comprehension had occurred surely but something had shifted all the same. Vas' words went over her head in reality since at the moment, the idea of doing anything was beyond her. Her eyes were staring straight ahead with her mouth gaping slightly. Not even his minor reference to what they had done was enough to pull back a memory or two for the young woman. She blinked at him oddly again before returning to gaze at the floor.
The world had slowed down tremendously in her mind and nothing seemed to be itself. Her brow furrowed slightly at the noises that Vincent was making; his words taking the long way to her brain like those of the others. By the time that he was chuckling, Sal was now interpreting his opinion that he should go for a run. They had agreed to go for a run - on Sunday since it was the day off. She had to keep her shape. That is what they had shared over dinner before attending the show. What a show it had been. From the bands to the beverages, it had been...but there was her revenge to execute. Sal leaned back; her face taking on the look of a pondering soul. It had been exacted as planned but not completely to plan as she had let him -
With an understanding and purposeful blink of her eyes, she realized what had happened and decided in that split-second to keep it to herself. A sultry smile crept across her face and shined at Vas while her left hand crossed the gap between stools and grabbed the right of her sister. They were probably worried and she did not need that to continue. The best thing was to behave like normal. "Oh, I did enjoy my sleep, Nami. As for my earlier endeavors, I cannot release that information." She chuckled at the other female, slipped out of her grasp and settled herself by sitting next to a lying Vas. She poked him in the side of his torso. "Oh please, don't tell me that such a little thing tired you out." Sal bit down on her lower lip playfully. She did not like that she had let a man have control even if it had been for her own pleasurable purposes. However, that did not matter and it could always be dealt with at a later point in time. Naomi looked at her while she played around by Vas. She had heard Vincent but the pep from her sister's apparent return of normalcy had been overwhelming for a second or two. Now though, she figured that it would be an alright time to see what he wanted to do with the rest of the day.
"Hey, are you okay?" she asked, pulling him back into his seat and sitting down next to him. "If it's coffee that you want, I heard that there's this great place downstairs where the coffee is out of this world and really strong. What do you say?" Naomi looked at him with a front of genuine interest, trying not to let out a single chuckle on her part. "I can't doing anything about the run though. You would have to talk about that with the other couple." The other couple. It sounded weird in her head and even worse out loud.
