Kujaku Clan

Mysterious Peacock Chakra


Description: Countless years ago, a mysterious meteorite fell in the middle of the Land of Bears. A small group of ninja tried to harness its power, and did so amazingly so through hours of countless meditation around the meteorite. Eventually the power of the mysterious chakra proved too much for the small group of ninja and all who attempted prolonged practice with it died. The meteorite was still kept in a temple, locked away to keep everyone safe. Eventually, one brave ninja broke into the sacred building to prove she could survive the training. She did, never suffering any of the past symptoms of previous users. She realized that in her blood must have been a unique strand of DNA that made her immune to whatever had killed all the other ninja. Unknown as to where this special blood came from, she left the Land of Bears to find other long-lost family members that shared her blood, taking the meteorite with her. Over time, she amassed many immune ninja and together they formed the Kujaku clan.
While the original meteorite has stayed with the clan elders, on her trip, the kunoichi found several other smaller meteorites that maintained the properties of the original. Now, whenever another special ninja is found, he or she is given one of these smaller stars to the ninja's village. The star is automatically placed in the village training grounds (no post needed saying it was put there), though at chuunin rank the special ninja is allowed to take the meteorite and move it to another place in the village (so the ninja can train somewhere besides the village). To learn the kujaku jutsu/techniques, the first half of the posts (round down if it's an odd number) need to be at the star, but the 2nd half can be elsewhere.
Note: the smaller meteorite, while usable for training, can't be used for Implantation. If that is attempted, nothing will happen. Except pain, because you just rammed a decently-sized rock into you chest.


Requirements:

~When using Ninka Art: Kujaku, the user’s eyes glow pink

~Kujaku Chakra’ counts as an element

Strengths:

~The star greatly enhances one's chakra the more he learns from it (genin: +2 chakra points/10 max chakra points, chuunin: +2 chakra points/10 max chakra points, special jounin: +1 cp/10 mcp, jounin: +1 cp/10 mc, kage/sannin: +2 cp/10 mcp)(stacking).

~can more easily break themselves out of genjutsu

~all jutsus use the same one hand seal, so jutsu are performed more quickly
Weaknesses:

~Only two other elements can be used, with up to A-rank for both

~Taijutsu used against the user are treated as 1 rank higher



Ninja Art: Kujaku: The user’s chakra, a purplish-pink color, flares up behind them in a feather-like array that can be easily. For the Feather Array, Kujaku Jutsu can only be used when it is activated, and only Kujaku Jutsu can be used when it is activated. In addition it cannot be deactivated in the same post it was activated, nor can it be activated in the same post it was deactivated. Activating/deactivating Feather Array will be a free action though, meaning that it doesn't count against your use of jutsus in a post manipulated for a variety of techniques.


Jutsu:


Ninja Art Kujaku: Chakra Rope

rank: E-A

The user can either extend ropes made of kujaku chakra from their hand or from their feather array. These ropes can be short to long range and vary in strength depending on the strength of the user. Genin users will find their rope strong, but easily broken by ninja of a higher level, whereas jounin+ ninja’s rope will be practically unbreakable except against special ninjutsu that cut off or negate the flow of chakra. The number of strands of rope can vary, but in most cases would not be more than 5. The justu rank is automatic (i.e. genin rope will usually always be E or D, where chuunin will be C, special jounin B, etc) unless otherwise specified so the user can save chakra. Note:Fuuton jutsus that have slicing effects or jutsus that dramatically increase the sharpness of a blade that are of equal rank to the chakra rope can slice off the rope(s).
E: This rope can can stop a genin ninja dead in his tracks, even at a full run. Chuunin will be delayed, but can break free. Jounin can snap it without thinking.
D: Same as E, but now the kujaku user can use up to two ropes.
C: Genin and chuunin can't break free, and special jounin can but only after some effort. Higher rank ninja will be slowed, but with not have a problem breaking these ropes. Four ropes can be made at once.
B: Equal rank ninja and lower can't break free, higher rank ninja will can escape these bonds but only with considerable force. Getting out of these ropes are not something that can be done quickly, if at all. 5 ropes possible.
A: Only ninja with insurmountable strength can break free of these ropes if they are snared. Regular ninja cannot break free simply by struggling. Unless they are incredibly strong or have special jutsu, they are stuck.

Ninja Art Kujaku: Awakening

rank: D

Focusing kujaku chakra in the user’s palm or finger(s) and touches an unconscious victim. The special revitalizing chakra acts to reboot the victim’s chakra network and awakens them. This technique only works on victims that have passed out, fainted, or are sleeping. This does not heal anyone of any kind of jutsu or ailment.

Ninja Art Kujaku: Beast

rank: D-A

The user uses part or all (depending on his proficiency) of his feather array to form the top half of a beast, which is connected to the array, and therefore the user as well. The beast has two arms with sharp claws and a mouth full of sharp teeth. This is a short-to-midrange technique. The beast is of average speed but strong, and is not damaged by traditional weaponry (kunai, throwing stars) or taijutsu. The jutsu rank is automatic (see “chakra rope”), with lower rank beasts being smaller, slower, weaker, and more vulnerable to ninjutsu. Once a ninja becomes jounin rank, he is able to use two beasts of equal power at once, though he will need to pay for the jutsu twice to do this.

Ninja Art Kujaku: Destroy

rank: D-A

The user uses feathers from their array to attack their opponent. This attack is pretty straightforward, though it can curve to get to an opponent. The higher level the ninja, the stronger the attack.

Ninja Art Kujaku: Protection

rank: D-S

The user brings the feathers over his head and in front of him, shrouding his body from attacks. The technique can block attacks of equal rank, but are less and less effective the greater level-difference. After it blocks a jutsu, it requires a 3-post cooldown. If an S-Rank Protection is used to block another S-Rank jutsu of any kind, then Feather Array will be deactivated and there will be a 3 post cool-down on the Feather Array, and a 5 post cool-down on Protection.

Ninja Art Kujaku: Choke

rank: C

This technique is only useable after a ninja has learned the Chakra Rope jutsu. Similar to chakra rope, the user uses thick tendrils to quickly wrap around a ninja’s neck and suffocate him. These tendrils are strong enough to lift the opponent a few feet off the ground. The technique may also be used against parts of the body (such as the torso, arms and legs) to break bones.Note: Fuuton jutsus that have slicing effects or jutsus that dramatically increase the sharpness of a blade that are of equal rank to Choke can slice off the rope(s).

Ninja Art Kujaku: Join

rank: C

When the user is controlling two beasts, he can use this technique to join them together into a larger, stronger beast.

Ninja Art Kujaku: Revival

rank: C-A

This is an advanced form of Awakening. The user can break other ninjas, but not himself, out of equal level genjutsu (it scales with the clan member, it can break people out of genjutsu of their rank or lower for the same chakra cost as the genjutsu being dispelled, but it can't break S-rank genjutsu) by touching them. If the user is a medical ninja, he can use this technique to temporarily wake up a ninja that is a deep sleep due to illness, poisoning, etc. Genjutsu two ranks or lower than the Kujaku clan member can be dispelled for free.

Ninja Art Kujaku: Wings

rank: C

The user’s feather array transforms into a set wings (two large ones facing up, two smaller ones facing down). He can fly short distances quickly and high enough to soar over most buildings. The user gets flying for three posts.

Ninja Art Kujaku: Bird

rank: B

This jutsu is an extension of Ninja Art Kujaku: Wings. The body of the user is covered in kujaku chakra forming a shell, or the "torso" of the bird, so to speak. This also covers the users hands, so he is unable to attack offensively, but the technique is good for escaping, or for finding cover or higher ground from which to mount an offensive. The chakra shell is extremely resistant to projectile weapons, and moderately effective at blocking jutsu. Ninjutsu 2 ranks or lower don't damage the user, 1 rank lower ninjustu do half damage, and jutsu of equal or higher rank completely penetrate the shell and do regular damage.


Ninja Art Kujaku: Predation

rank: B

The user forms the head of a kujaku beast with his chakra and eats the visible chakra of an opponent (the opponent loses B-rank chakra). When used against a fellow kujaku user, the chakra lost is A-rank and greatly damages the kujaku opponent. There is a 3-post cool down after using this technique.

Ninja Art Kujaku: Apparition

rank: A

The kujaku user draws a kanji on a flat surface and kujaku chakra is infused in it. After the user either puts himself to sleep or passes out, a ghost-form of the ninja comes from the kanji. The user creates a link from his mind to the jutsu when he draws the kanji, and when he falls asleep, his mind is transferred into the created Apparition, leaving his body an empty shell. The user does not feel anything from his former body and will not know if it is moved or damaged or the like, so this can be a very dangerous technique if the body is left somewhere that is not safe. It can be used to relay messages to other ninja (by touching another ninja, the ghost transfers recent memories from the user to the ninja) or to temporarily protect other ninja (the Apparition can use 75% of the user's chakra). The Apparition can travel up to a mile away from the user's body before it dissipates. If the Apparition is used to defend an ally, it can do so for 3 posts before it dissipates. The Apparition is not a clone. It can only use kujaku jutsu and in-and-of-itself is indestructible except to techniques that disrupt or absorb chakra. The user can return to his body at any time by forming the appropriate handsign.

Implantation

After a ninja has dedicated endless time to perfecting Ninja Art: Kujaku, the head of the clan gift him with a small piece of the meteorite, an honor reserved for only the best of the kujaku clan (if the clan head is not of the same village, or is a lower rank than the first ninja, an NPC clan elder will subsitute). In order to be deemed worthy of a piece of the star, a ninja must have learned at least 10/12 kujaku jutsu and be jounin or higher rank and fought in a minimum of 3 battles using the kujaku jutsu (with links provided, of course).
Stages/Effects:
In times of great need, the user can implant their star piece into themselves to greatly enhance their chakra and strength and allows for new jutsu to be used. When Implantation is used, the Feather array is automatically activated (if not already active), and cannot be deactivated until the shard is removed. The ‘implantation stage’ should last for 5 posts. The user with get +3 chakra points/10 max chakra points and his strength will increase by 50%.
1-5 posts (active)
If the shinobi removes the star piece on the 6th post, his chakra will return to normal, suffering no adverse side effects (that is, subtract however much chakra you gained from what you have, and that is your regular chakra). The ninja's speed and strength will fall to 75% of his normal level, but returns after 5 posts. The feather array will be deactivated, however, and will have a 3-post cooldown.

If the ninja keeps the piece in for a 6th post, when he removes it he will be half as strong and fast as he normally is, and can only use half of his regular chakra. If it is removed on the 7th post, along with the weakened strength, chakra, and speed, the feather array will be deactivated and require a 5-post cooldown.

When the implantation stage has gone through 7 posts, the body of the shinobi will have become dependent on the star chakra and when the piece crumbles on the 8th post (for it will have been drained by the body and no longer be stable) his speed, strength, and available chakra will only be at 10%. the utter abuse of the meteorite will make the chances of the elders deciding to give you another piece very unlikely, but not impossible (it will be up to the opinion of the can head to decide when, if ever, to give another piece of the meteorite. If the offender is the clan head, the choice will be decided by the kage of the village. If the person is a rouge ninja, it is the kage of their original village). In addition, if the user does not remove the star on the 6th post, but retains it for an additional 1 or 2 posts, when the user is seperated from the star, he will need to seek immediate medical attention. There is a small chance (die roll of 1-5 out of 100) that the user will faint once the star crumbles (assuming he used it for 7 posts). After the star crumbles, the user will be so weakened that he will be unable to even active his feather array for one week (real time).

Ninja Art Kujaku: Dragon

rank: S

The user’s feather array transforms into a giant dragon that wraps itself around the user. The body of the dragon is still rooted to the user, so the user is still free to move with the dragon body protecting his chest and back. The dragon can fire kujaku blasts from its mouth, as strong as an A-rank Kujaku Art: Destroy. The dragon can also grow a large pair of wings that can send waves out of kujaku chakra (as an attack of C-rank strength). The user can also fly, but because the dragon’s wings are more for offense attack, the user only gets ‘flying’ for one post. The justu costs S-rank chakra the first post, and C-rank chakra to maintain every post after that. The Dragon can be maintained as long as the piece of meteorite is implanted in the kujaku shinobi.

I just want to apologize again for the wait on this man, so let's get down to it, just a few little tweaks I wan to make to it, and then it should be good to go.

1.) For the Feather Array, Kujaku Jutsu can only be used when it is activated, and only Kujaku Jutsu can be used when it is activated. In addition it cannot be deactivated in the same post it was activated, nor can it be activated in the same post it was deactivated. Activating/deactivating Feather Array will be a free action though, meaning that it doesn't count against your use of jutsus in a post.

For the bonus to max chakra points, i'm alright with it stacking, but just make it Genin start at +2, then chuunin +2, then special jounin +1, then jounin +1, then Sannin/Kage +2 for a total of +8 cp/ 10 mcp, putting them above all but the Konaga, Hachibi, and the Kyuubi. The way you have it would be higher than the Hachibi which I think might be a bit imbalanced with the rest of the clans abilities.

3.) Alright and for the Chakra ropes add that Fuuton jutsus that have slicing effects or jutsus that dramatically increase the sharpness of a blade that are of equal rank to the chakra rope can slice off the rope(s), otherwise there is essentially nothing you can do to free yourself from your bonds unless you were some kind of taijutsu user or something like that. It's still a pretty specific weakness so it will still be a very viable technique in combat.

4.) For Protection, it should require that the clan member have their Feather Array activated, and after Protection blocks a jutsu it will have a three post cool-down. If an S-Rank Protection is used to block another S-Rank jutsu of any kind, then Feather Array will be deactivated and there will be a 3 post cool-down on the Feather Array, and a 5 post cool-down on Protection. Ok, I hate to further delay my clan, but i just want to make sure we're clear on something. Techniques can be used without needing to take away from your chakra, because of how little chakra it would actually take to use the techniques. If you want me to change that, that's fine, i just want to maker sure its okay. (ill add a note so future users will know not to use chakra). and also, once i make the changes, can i edit my profile or should i wait till its officially on the 'clans' page? Finally...how do i learn my jutsu? do i ask an npc?

Alright, hmmmm, well no cost at all would be a little unfair, but we can edit a few so that some of them don't cost as much. Awakening you can make D-rank, just make sure that it doesn't actually cure wounds or anything. Predation definitely needs to stay at least B-rank, and while I'm talking about Predation, it should also have a three post cool-down, otherwise Kujaku could just nom-nom on people's chakra till they're out. Join can be lowered to C-rank. For Revival you can say that it scales with the clan member, they can break people out of genjutsu of their rank or lower for the same chakra cost as the genjutsu being dispelled, and genjutsu two ranks or lower than the Kujaku clan member can be dispelled for free. And you can make the changes as soon as it is officially approved in this forum.

You can ask for an NPC to play as your Clan member to help teach your Clan techniques. Preferably a crew member, who can best validate the training, and not abuse the powers of an NPC. ^^

EDIT: Also, Lance, it seems you know how to figure up my chakra costs and all...so can you show me please, either here or in a PM? I asked it in the Q&A, and while Hinote I'm sure explained it well to others, it got me confused, because he said you substitute the medium chakra reserves with a clan bonus, but it may not be because my clan said that the bonus stacked, and i had no idea that you substituted it or anything so.. please help >.<

If you show me how to get my genin-rank chakra for a medium chakra bonus (i'm good at math, so feel free to add in the numbers or whatnot if you please) and go through the steps, I should be able to figure out how to do the chuunin-rank chakra with my high-chakra reserves (because I'll be clan head).

Description:
This entire bloodline arose from a single being. The man was a demon amoung man. Literally born to a demonic father, his mother later committed suicide when she learned that he took after his father. This man was able to hide his appearance from most of the world, however when he bacame angry, or when he needed his full power his body morphed into that of it's true form. His body had many many different forms it took over the years, each resembling a different demon. however he sired many, many children from a village he had coup'ed and each one was born human, but when angered, they obtained the ability to rapidly mutate their bodies to obtain some of the features of a single demon that resided within his body. Naturally these demons weren't the chakra demons most of the shinobi world fears, but the demons of the villagers, of the priests, and of the shamans. trifles alone, but with the power of chakra at their hands, they became a heavy force to be feared.
Rules:
all must have the Katon chakra type.
Path of the Black Cat:
Members can not have the suiton chakra type.
Path of the Ram:
Members must have the Doton chakra type.
Path of the Krakken:
Members must have the suiton chakra type.
members can not have the raiton chakra type.
They are weak to Raiton by increasing raiton effectivness by two ranks.
Path of the Greenman:
Members must have Doton and Suiton as their secondary and tietary chakra types.
They are weak to Katon, as are their jutsu techniques.
Strengths:
Capable of transmuting a part of their body into that of a demon ( none of which will ever resemble tht of the chakra demons )
Capable of temporarily gaining a second shinobi type without loss of bonus from the first.
Capable of temporarily gaining other class features for a short time
Through the devouring of other bloodline members, one can obtain the ability to use their path.
Weaknesses:
Can only take one shinobi type at creation
They are weak to holy water
They are weak to silver
They can only choose one path, and are unable to change that path should they want.
One cannot obtain powers of the path of a bloodline member that they have eaten. ( basically if you eat an S rank you have to create D through S rank techniques that in no way resemble any of the others in that path. )
Members of the Black Cat can not eat members of the Krakken without losing all motor skills for a week in RP ( Cat's can't eat raw squid and then stand )
Ability:
They have the ability to obtain the powers of a demon in battle, or outside of battle. The power grows as their rank does, eventually allowing them to turn completely into a demon while still retaining their sanity.

Azure Flare
Description:
Blue flame coats the user's body, allowing the user to singe hair and clothing on contact with their taijutsu punches. this is mainly a coating to increase their body's natural rate of mutation, as well as giving an increased healing factor when not in battle. This ability is self targeting only, and has no real out of battle use that a medical ninja couldn't do. This ability has no post limit, although it does require that an E rank amount be given every turn it is active.

D:

Path of the Black Cat: Fur Sprouting
Description:
The user becomes covered in a thin black fur that is resilient to water. The fur is pitch black, and covers all clothing, making them almost impossible to spot in dark areas. They effectivly gain the hiding ability of an assassin when using this ability. This ability has no post limit, but it requires that the user pay an E rank amount for every turn it is active. This removes the blue flame that covered their body.

Path of the Ram: Ram's Horns
Description:
The user Places their hands on the sides of their heads and twist them and pull out, leaving behind horns like what a Ram would have. They gain the ability to charge faster than normal, as well as break bones with their forehead which also thickes with horn material, protecting their head. The user gains the use of the warrior's rush ability twice per post, which stacks with if they already had this ability. This jutsu has no post limit, but requires that the user pays a E ranked amount every time they use the Warrior's rush ability, and an E ranked amount to keep the horns upon their head. This ability removes the blue flames from their body.

Path of the Krakken: Ink Creation
Description:
The user inhales slightly and exhales quickly, and with every breath ink flows from their mouth. through training the Path members learned that they could change the consistency, and were able to make the ink form into orbs and shoot them with great accuracy. The consistency of the ink is sticky, and unwashable except with scalding hot water, or by purging it with chakra. This ability let's the user blind an enemy, making them unable to see effectivly ending a doujutsu. ( as when the ink makes contact with the eye, it causes the user to blink, thusly making it as if the user was fighting eyes closed ) This Jutsu is constant and only requires that for each ink ball the user pays an E rank amount of chakra as well as an E rank to keep the ability going.

Path of the Greenman: Flower Sprout
Description:
This ability has no practical battle usage, but it does cover the user with a thick moss mixed with clover like growth, like a forest ground. it also sprouts flowers over the eyes, for great camoflouge. The thing about this ability aside from it's only battle usage is that it allows the user to sprout immense seemingly endless amounts of medicinal herbs of small size. This ability dispells the flames, and requires an E rank chakra cost for each flower, and an E rank chakra cost once every two turns it is in effect.

C:
Name of Jutsu:
Path of the Black Cat: Clawed Paws
Description:
The user's hands become padded like that of an actual cat's, and their nails go more vertical and lengthen, and retract, becoming claws that hide inside of their fingers. These claws are as strong as Chakra steel, and can be used to not only block most weapons, but can leave gash marks in metal, although not in custom weapons. The user is capable of running without creating noise through this effect. This ability requires the user pay one D ranks worth of chakra, and have used the Fur sprouting technique atleast once in a battle situation.

Path of the Ram: Cloved Fist
Description:
The user's fist become's immobile and solidifies to that of chakra steel. This allows them a single use of a bone shattering hit once per post. This technique requires a D rank's amount of chakra per post it is active, and to learn this technique the user must have used Ram's Horns atleast once in a battle situation.

Path of the Krakken: Suction Grasp
Description:
Through mutation of the palm, the users of this technique are capable of drawing a pint of blood to anywhere on the opponent's body that they have a grip, and popping a sphere of it off of their body, leaving a clean circle the size of their palm on the grasped area. This technique is usable only twice without using it again, and requires no upkeep cost for the amount of posts they leave their palm open. The user must have used ink creation in a battle situation before they can learn this technique.

Path of the Greenman: Branching
Description:
Users of this technique are capable of creating an entire feild of the Mossy clover that surrounds their skin while using the Flower Sprout technique. This effectivly increases the amount of medicinal herbs they can create. it also gives them the ability to create more than one type, and to produce a garden in any environment as long as they tend it once per day. This technique requires one D rank of chakra per day to keep the feild alive, and one E rank per flower type sprouted in the garden. the user must have Flower Sprout active to use this technique.

B:
Name of Jutsu:
Path of the Black Cat: Cat's Eyes
Description:
This skill is extremely hard to preform as the user must focus their chakra in their eyes, specifically their retinas. The users create a chakra that reflects any and all incomming light and uses it to see even in extremely dark areas. This ability allows the user to see in all varieties of darkness except pitch black. This technique does not require an upkeep and has no limit of posts, it goes until it is canceled. The user must rest their eyes for 24 hours in Rp after the jutsu is canceled. The user can learn this technique whenever they could learn any other B rank technique.

Name of Jutsu:
Path of the Ram: Ram's Body
Description:
Unlike the name describes, the user does not turn into a ram. It merely means the attributes of the Ram's body. They become more tough, effectivly giving them a bonus to takable damage. They also gain the strength of a Ram, effectivly giving them power over other ninja of the same rank. The user grows in size, their skin also becomes taunt as their muscles grwo to near body ripping capacity. Their skin hardens to the point it feels like you are punching hard unworked leather. The hair on their body also lengthens and feels like a Ram's fur. The user of this technique get the Tough Bodied bonus ( Stacks with any other bonuses ) and gains a rank in strength.

Path of the Krakken: Slithe Skin
Description:
The user's skin pales and becomes slick, always chilled, and slightly clammy. This allows the user to slip easily from grasps, and allows them to swim through water without resistance, effectivly making them more dangerous than a Hoshigaki in the water. It also gives the user the ability to filter the oxygen out of water, and makes them unable to drown as long as they have water in their lungs. This technique requires no upkeep, and is active for only 10 posts.

Path of the Greenman: Rapid Root Expulsion
Description:
The first fighting technique learned by the greenman path members, It allows them to expulse a wall like protusion of tree roots, which are fexible, and tough. These roots form a wall, either pushing a target, as well as forcing them into a small dome area to pin them, or to protect the user from harm. This ability is only usable in close ranges. The roots are capable of withstanding half a ton of immediate pressure for each rank over C that the user is.

A:
Name of Jutsu:
Path of the Black Cat: Incomplete Finesse
Description:
The user's bone structure transforms with loud snapping noises, their jaw realigns, their legs bend and snap, their hands reshape until their body resembles that of a large cat. They are still capable of standing on their back legs, but lack the necessary balance to move quickly through obstacles in this form. It is an incomplete transformation into their full demonic form. The user gets the benefits of the Speed shinobi type, and has all of the benefits of every Path of the Black Cat except the Fur Sprouting technique.

Path of the Ram: Incomplete Rush
Description:
The user's body bends and breaks, and heals rapidly, in an immense burs of the Azure Flare, and with the passing of it, they have the shape and stance of a gigantic Ram, complete with horns, hooves for feet, and completely mobile chakra hardened hands. Their hair however remains the same. They recieve all of the benefits of every Path of the Ram technique except Tough body.

Description:
The user gains all the effects of he other Krakken techniques, as well as a black stripe across their eyes, enabling them to see in even the murkiest water, and acting as a screen against anything what would block their vision.

Path of the Greenman: Imcomplete Germination
Description:
The user sprouts the mossy clover aura all over their body and roots shoot from their body to the ground. suddenly they are encased in a shell of roots which then grow bark over themselves and hide the user from veiw. the area where the user is standing fills with a green liquid, and flowers bloom all over the bark outside of the dome. the bark falls away and the roots move to reveal the Greenman member with open eyes in a sphere of green liquid. Roots shoot from the sphere into the ground holding it up, and ten spears of bark shoot from the ground in a ten meter area around the sphere when anyone who isn't a greenman approaches. While in the shpere the user is immobillized and is capable of healing a fatal wound.

S:
Name of Jutsu:
Path of the Black Cat: Feline Finesse
Description:
This technique is the pinnacle of the Path of the Black cat. along with obtaining everything from the incomplete finesse technique, they also obtain whiskers that allow them to remain balanced no matter the circumstances, even on a toothpick floating on water. They also along with receiving all the bonuses of every Path of the Black Cat technique, they recieve increased speed of up to one rank higher, and a growth of five times their original size. this is their trump card. Along with everything else, they grow twin tails which can de used to bash in buildings as they are the equivalent of a freight train in smashing power, and are as hard as chakra tempered titanium. This makes it so that they are unable to be cut through, and will dent any metal they come into contact with.

Path of the Ram: Ram's Rush
Description:
This is the pinnacle of the Path of the Ram. They obtain all the bonuses from the incomplte Rush technique, as well as increased toughness, and a size increase of up to five times their increased size. They also are given the ability to stand on their hind feet, and their canines grow to match their new size.

Path of the Krakken: Squid's Screech
Description:
The user gains all of the bonuses of the incomplete screech technique, as well as their arms lengthen, and their hands increase in size, allowing for two suction cups to be placed on their hands, and they sprout two more arms and two more legs, they then increase in size and their fingers and toes fuse together, creating tentacles. their limbs become stretchy, able to reach up to twice their regular distance. they also gain the ability to let out a sonic wail that allows them to locate anything in a watery area, even in mist.

Path of the Greenman: Greenman's Germination
Description:
Through the use of this technique, the Greenman user is instantly covered with his moss clover like aura, and roots shoot from his arms to the ground, the mosslike clover flying from the roots all around him. All around him roots come from the ground and twist into pillar like formations, and roots form from the pillars and slowly they begin to take on a human shape. then bark quickly surrounds the roots, and reveals that they are exact plant clones of the user. the amount is the same as the Shadow clone technique, but the chakra ins't split between each body, allowing for hundreds to be made at once. The clones aren't particularly strong, they are treated as c rank in strength, speed, and are unable to swim, or survive warm temperatures due to sun or fire. once their bark shell is cracked, they fall apart, and are unable to battle further. Their bark only takes d ranked strength to crack. This technique completely immobilizes the user for a total of three posts. while immobilized, the user heals their damage, and does not need air, only sunlight and carbon dioxide.

Sorry for making you wait again, with those edits I'm gonna say APPROVED!!! Gratz, I'll add it to the bloodline list in a bit, but you can go ahead and make the edits to your profile, and change your chakra levels to +2/10 chakra points. Now as for your question, are you just asking how to get the total number of chakra points you should have for each rank?

the way it works is for every ten base chakra points you would have for your rank (found in the chakra system), you add X from +X/10, so if it's +2/10 and you have 30 chakra points then you add 6 chakra points, for a total of 36, make sense?

A relatively new bloodline, the Ysaru are in fact a mutation derived from the Kaguya clan's unique Kekkai Genkai. While the Kaguya clan was known to have a unique control over their body's bone structure, the Ysaru were born with the ability to manipulate the very blood which courses through their veins. While in appearance this blood looks no different than the blood of any other person, it provides the Ysaru with incredible regenerative properties and heightened physical abilities. Known as Vitae, this substance is in fact the purified essence of life itself.

The Vitae is created in the heart of every Ysaru, where their chakra and blood are combined in a unique biological process. However, because all of their chakra is used in the creation of the Vitae, Ysaru are unable to mold their chakra to properly use any but the most basic of jutsu.


Description:
The Ysaru appear to be no different from any other human, save for their unique facial tattoos, and brighter than usual eyes. Though each tattoo is unique, they all are the same blood red color, and they all cover at least the left eye. Other than that anything goes.

Traits:

  • They may only learn universal ninjutsu of B-rank or lower, and may not learn any Genjutsu. (Because almost all of their chakra is infused into their normal circulatory system, their is very little chakra left in their Tenketsu, making it difficult to mold chakra to perform even the most basic ninjutsu, and nigh impossible to learn genjutsu.)
  • Have heightened senses due to the Vitae flooding their system. (colors are more clear, can see roughly twice as far; can smell better than a human, but not better than a dog; can hear easily through most doors and walls, etc...)
  • Have increased Strength and Speed (receive a .5 increase to their speed and strength, meaning that they will be stronger and faster than most other shinobi of their rank, though not as strong or fast as shinobi of higher rank.)
  • May not be of the Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, or Medical profession.


Weaknesses:

  • Cannot use any Genjutsu or elemental Ninjutsu
  • Acids and Fire are much harder to heal than normal (decreases the potency of their natural healing)
  • Over-reliance on their Vitae can cause them to enter a blood frenzy.


Strengths:

  • Ysaru posses amazing regenerative abilities, making them an incredibly tough opponent. (see below)
  • Can use their vitae as an incredibly deadly and variable weapon.
  • Receives +25 chakra points per rank. (While much of their chakra is infused in the Vitae coursing through their veins, the nature of the Vitae makes their chakra producing organs work much more effectively.)



Passive Attributes:

  • Natural Regeneration/ Improved Regeneration
    Rank: D-S/ +1
    Description: Much like the regenerative properties of the Kaguya, Ysaru are very quick healers. Genin can only deal with cuts, at Chuunin deep gashes. Special Jounin rank you won't be bothered with a broken bone, and Jounin can deal with an entire sword going through a non vital organ. By Sannin you can even heal a direct blow to the heart. Whenever an Ysaru is hit, they must spend chakra equal to the rank of the damage done (If a minor cut, then D-rank chakra must be spent, if a broken bone then B-rank chakra must be spent). If hit with a fire or acid attack then the wound will take two posts to heal, the chakra cost must be paid on both posts. If the Ysaru suffers from multiple wounds, then all wounds must be healed, totaling up the chakra cost for each wound. Healing takes place at the beginning of every post, meaning that you cannot use a technique and then heal.



Ysaru Attributes:

  • Vitae
    Rank: E
    Description: The blood which flows through the veins of every Ysaru, is in fact the purified essence of life itself, pure life-giving energy. And because of their inherent connection with the vitae, the Ysaru are able to create and manipulate their vitae as a tool or weapon. As Ysaru grow stronger their ability to manipulate their Vitae improves.

    Genin: Can create Vitae and manipulate its shape. Can create and manipulate up to 20 gallons of Vitae.
    Chuunin: Can change the density of the Vitae, making it as viscous as water, or as hard as steel. Can control up to 35 gallons of Vitae.
    Special Jounin: Can control up to 60 gallons of Vitae.
    Jounin: The Vitae can move roughly as fast as the average Adept. Can control up to 80 gallons of Vitae.
    Sannin: At this point the Ysaru has gained mastery over his Vitae, able to perform amazing feats with it. Can control up to 100 gallons of Vitae


  • Blood Frenzy
    Rank: N/A
    Description: In this state, the Ysaru loses themselves to the flow of the Vitae, becoming little more than a rampaging monster. In this state, the Ysaru's left eye will become blood-red, and their speed and strength are increased by two ranks. In this state, the Ysaru cannot determine the difference between friend and foe, striking out at the nearest possible target. Blood Frenzy lasts until the Ysaru is killed, or runs out of energy. In this state, the user loses 10 chakra points every post.

    Once the chakra reserves of the Ysaru drop below 25%, the Ysaru must roll a 10 sided die, if a 1, 3, or 7 is rolled, then the Ysaru enters Blood Frenzy. Once the chakra reserves of the Ysaru drop to 10% or lower, then they must roll a 10 sided die every post, if the result is five or higher the Ysaru enters Blood Frenzy.



Techniques:

  • Blades of Blood
    Rank: D
    Type: Offensive
    Description: Flinging a hand full of vitae at the enemy, the Ysaru turns the vitae into sharp, scythe like projectiles, meant to slice and rend flesh.


  • Surge
    Rank: C
    Type: Supplementary
    Description: By forcing Vitae to pool to a certain area, the Ysaru can empower their bodies using the life giving power of Vitae to increase their strength and speed temporarily. However the sudden rush of Vitae to the area drains the user of energy, and if used too many times can cause Blood Frenzy. (The user picks a limb to empower, legs increase speed, arms increase strength. Each limb empowered increases their related stat by 1 rank, so if two legs and one arm is empowered, then the user's speed is increased by 2 ranks, and their strength is increased by 1.)

    Genin: Can use Surge up to two times per limb
    Chuunin: Can use Surge up to three times per limb
    Jounin: 4 times
    Konin: 5 times

    (If two or more limbs have used their full number of charges, then the Ysaru will fall into blood frenzy in the next post)


  • Blood Spear
    Rank: C
    Type: Offensive
    Description Pointing their hand at their target, the Ysaru gathers Vitae into his palm and then shoots one end towards their target at incredibly high speeds, aiming to impale them. The range is roughly twenty feet.


  • Blood Trap
    Rank:C
    Type: Supplementary
    Description: A very useful technique for catching an opponent off guard, the Ysaru simply allows some of his blood to be shed, whether by himself or another, and by storing energy within the blood, the Ysaru can set the blood to wrap around an opponents leg, and hold them in place.


  • Blood Wings
    Rank: B
    Description: Using their Vitae, the Ysaru can create a pair of massive wings which it can use to transport itself.(In battle the wings will last up to 3 posts before dissipating)


  • Track
    Rank: B
    Type: Supplementary
    Description: Focusing Vitae towards their nose, the Ysaru greatly increases their olfactory senses, giving them the ability to track by scent. (lasts for four posts)


  • Heat Vision/ Hawk Eye
    Rank: B
    Description: By focusing Vitae around their left eye, the Ysaru can temporarily increase their visual sense, either making their sight sharper, or giving them the ability to see in the heat spectrum. Just as with the Surge ability, over-use of this ability can result in Blood Frenzy. (The sight only applies to the left eye, and in order to see clearly, the user may only have one eye open, either his right to see normally, or his left to utilize his new vision; lasts for three posts)

    Chuunin: 2 times
    Jounin: 3 times
    Konin: 4 times


  • Harden
    Rank: A
    Type: Defensive
    Description: Focusing Vitae towards the surface of the skin, the Ysaru can protect their bodies from incoming attacks, making their bodies tougher than the strongest armor. Can protect the Ysaru from attacks of A rank or lower. Over utilization of this technique can lead to Blood Frenzy, but the Vitae can be focused to specific areas rather than the whole body if defending against more focused attacks.

    (uses up Surge charges if focused into a specific limb.)


  • Blood Spheres
    Rank: A
    Type: Offensive
    Description: Pooling Vitae into their hand, the Ysaru create ten small orbs of blood in his hand, each no bigger than a ping-pong ball, and then scatters them into the air. The orbs will stay there and essentially act as proximity mines, waiting until a foreign presence approaches, and then bursting into viciously sharp tendrils of blood, twisting and turning nearly five feet from the center of the sphere.


  • Blood Beast
    Rank: S
    Type: Offensive
    Description: The Ysaru gathers Vitae and shapes it into a monstrous creature which will serve and protect the Ysaru for 5 posts. The appearance of the Blood Beast depends on the the creator, but it can be no larger than an elephant.


Additional Comments
Because Vitae has such unique regenerative properties, it can be diluted into a special "healing potion" of sorts by experienced Medical Shinobi (Jounin+). Though the potion is useless to Ysaru, it can be used by other shinobi to heal deep gashes and other ailments.

Restrictions:

  • No more than one Ysaru per village, to a maximum of 5. The Ysaru simply do not produce offspring as often as most, and their natural tendency to wander make them very spread out and rare.

History :

Abilities :

1. Weapon Coat: All Ranton users have the innet ability to placing their elements; water, lightning and ranton, on their weapons. This allows them to be devastating sword users, and close ranged beasts.
Note: This costs no chakra, and has the power one rank under the user. Requires 3 posts to unlock [ 3 paragraphs each ] per element.




Rules For Kekkei Genkai/Clan :


1. All Ranton Users must have Suiton [ water ] and Raiton [ lightning ] to form ranton [ storm ] release.

2. All Ranton Users must be either a Ninjutsu Specialist, or a Weapon Master.



Weaknesses :

1. Fuuton: Ranton user's are incredibly weak to Fuuton, said element being able to inflict two [ 2 ] extra ranks in damage to the user's jutsu.

2. Chakra Consumption: The members of the Ranton bloodline have a increased chakra consumption for all non-ranton/raiton techniques, this being a 1.5 extra chakra cost. [ This is rounded up to the highest whole number ]

Strengths :

1. Black Lightning: Due to their chakra composition, the wielders of the Ranton Bloodline's lightning counts as one rank higher than normal, and has a deep black coloration to it, making them exceptionally hard to battle in dark areas.

2. Water: Since over 70% of the Ranton user's body is filled with their storm-like chakra, when they come in contact with water they become some-what rejuvenated. All Suiton jutsu heal the user [ This being C rank and lower, D rank for Genin ] the healing process happens over a period of three posts in which they have to be in contact with the water.

Laser Circus

Description:
The user will begin by making a single seal, and holding said seal down, as they focus and gather their suiton and raiton chakra on to their hands. Once these two chakra natures mix the user creates a plasma-like chakra aura on their hands which they can then launch into different areas around them. The chakra takes the form of a large beam that can extend up to fifteen meters away from the user. The user can also make smaller beams come out of the main beam, these ones can extend for five meters each, and both the main beam, and the smaller ones, can bend for a defined chakra cost. The jutsu ends when the seal is broken.

► Chakra cost for per bend: 5 Cp Main beam, 2 Cp smaller beams.

Description:
The user will focus chakra on to their hands and then he/she will slap an object [ wood, kunai, someone else ect...] and release the chakra they had focused. With this release of chakra, the sound of a large thunder bolt will crash on the battlefield, startling anyone that hears the technique, save for the user.

Description:
With this technique, the user begins by doing a series of handseals and then he'll move the hands forward, making a triangle with them. Chakra will be formed at the center of the triangle and then it will expand around the user, in the form of a pyramid around the user. This pyramid is made out of ranton, and it can stop projectiles and swords alike, it can also stop most jutsu C rank and bellow, and if someone comes in contact with the shield they will recieve a nasty shock. The down side to this jutsu is that does not stop Doton jutsu of D rank, and fuuton jutsu gain 2 ranks of power when it comes into contact with this shield.

Stretching both hands outward, the user releases a continual mass of nearly pitch black clouds which almost utterly demolish visibility. This string of black clouds will continue for as long as the user's hands are outstretched, expanding at roughly 5 meters per post. The user is not affected by this jutsu, he just sees right through the clouds.

Description:

Similar to [ Kumoritte, ] the user will release a string of black clouds from their hands at roughly 5 meters per post. However, unlike Kumoritte which is merely used to disable visibility, these black clouds hold a creeping secret. Within the darkness lurks hundreds of tiny "thunder legs;" chakra created creatures which give off a small amount of light and emit an electric charge from each of their eight legs. In small amounts, the feeling of their legs on one's body is almost therapeutic, but in leagues these critters are capable of delivering an intense shock.

Description:
Aiming their hand at their target, the user releases a capturing projectile in the fashion of a black cloud lump which expands and engulfs on impact. Description:
The user performs a single handsign and tucks it close to their body, from here a substantial amount of black lightning will surge about their torso. By aiming the still held handsign, the user releases a mass of black lightning in the shape of a panther-like creature to electrocute their target. Because of its size and overall power, the panther is capable of causing severe damage if full contact is made.

Raiun • Honba [ Storm Cloud • Home ]

Description:
The user releases black clouds from one hand while performing handsigns with the other. The spray of clouds will coil around and encompass on the user, forming a mass of electrically charged darkness. If anyone else ventures within the mass of clouds, they will almost instantaneously be assaulted by various electric surges, which will continue to barrage the body until said person leaves. Because of their nearly nonexistent weight, the user is free to move around at a lessened pace with this cover of electric pillows so long as they hold the single handsign. Lasts for [3] posts or until released. After the third post, the user must pay 10 CP to maintain the jutsu every post.

Raiun • Douki [ Storm Cloud • Pulsation ]

Description:
Extending the electric composition of [ Raiun • Honba, ] the user will use their free hand to deliver a solid palm thrust from within the clouds to send out a bulb of pure electricity at a rather high velocity. Unfortunately, because the clouds are so difficult to see through, the user typically has to have developed some method to get passed this, lest they literally be shooting in the dark.

Rather than simply letting [ Raiun • Honba ] end, the user will supply additional chakra to the clouds before casting them off. Now, rather than simply fading away, the black clouds will cause an electric burst.

Ranton: Plasma Vice
Rank: A+ [ A rank chakra, + 5 cp ]

Range: up to 25 feet from the user; 10 feet in diameter.

Description:
This is an extremely tricky move to pull off. One mistake; and the user may never be able to handle the Ranton ever again. The users will put two hands together, pulling them apart as a stream of energy that's colored the same as the users will form into a ball. Next the user will then focus it over one of their hands, much like Chidori. Following this, thunder clouds will wrap across the users arm and up to the shoulder, thunder circulating through them as the user must then balance the chakra into power while releasing enough to keep the clouds firm. For the final part, the cloud will act as a massive propelling unit; shooting the user forward in a giant black twister of lightning and clouds before the fist comes into contact with the enemy, which would then almost instantly kill the enemy and severely damage the arm of the user. This justsu has a horrible recoil effect; as you will keep going until you hit something, and you wont be able to use the arm for the rest of the battle.

Description:
The user takes aim with both hands, builds up chakra, and then releases a twisting torrent of black clouds at the target at an impressive speed. While twisting, the black clouds will separate and converge multiple times, as if dragons clashing during a fight. This odd display can be rather confusing for first time opponents... or, victims, rather. When the attack finally makes impact, the clouds will cluster, swirl, and electrocute a rather well sized area. Then, just as the technique seems to be coming to an end, the user will perform one last handsign, and the clouds will coil and spin into a miniature storm tornado. Although it only gives a few rotations, the second half of this technique is just as, if not more so lethal as the first.

Background Info
Senbonzakura is one of the most unique and specialized kekkai genkai to ever present itself. The bloodline itself only occurred within a very specific royal family in Japan, and even then, only few members of each generation could wield the power in it's truest form. The royal family bred these adepts as warriors and it was quickly regarded as one of the most power kekkai genkai of the Rice Country, which is where the bloodline was born (where the cherry blossoms grow in the greatest quantities). At birth, members of this clan are presented with a weapon that is marked with the insignia of the royal household. Once the wielders of this bloodline the weapon itself begin to bind itself to the user's soul, allowing them to unlock and utilize it's powers as their abilities grow. True adepts of the clan can even forge their own personal clan insignias which they can use their own chakra to temporarily etch into weapons, allowing them to change the cold steel into thousands of small blades which take the shape and form of cherry blossoms. The clan user can then control these blades, which are sharp enough to rip through skin and clothing, with the will of his mind, directing their movement for both offensive and defensive maneuvers.

Rules
Do not godmod and block every attack thrown at you or you will lose the bloodline
Do not over use the stage three since it does drain your life force as well as your chakra
Stage One is Genin, Stage Two is Chunnin and Stage Three is Jounin and higher.
Must be a Bukijutsu user
All skills slowly drain your chakra away.
You must be Bukijutsu to use this bloodline.
Each skill costs 10 Charka Points to cast it, and 5 Chakra points per post of being active to keep the spell running.


Jutsu List
Stage 1 – Senbonzakura (Thousand Cherry Blossoms)

This is the initial stage of the bloodline, where the user has just begun to understand his Insignia Sword and commune with it. At this stage, the sword is normally given a name by the user, and will respond to an activation command to "scatter" into the cherry blossom blades. the user is not yet able to maintain the blade's scattered form for long, but with practice, they will be able to keep it out for much longer. the user is also able to use the 'Etch' ability to augment kunai and shuriken to act as scattered blades when their chakra reserves have begun to run low. [The user must spend 5 posts communing with his blade to awaken it.]

Stage One : Abilities granted

Upon speaking the activation word and forming a single, unique hand seal, the user's Insignia blade 'scatters' and forms into the cherry blossoms. For every post the blossoms are out, it drains 2 chakra points from the user on top of everything else they do in the round, and can only be held for a maximum of 3 posts per activation before the blade reforms.

Will Power: The user’s mind is used to direct where the Senbonzakura will move and attack from. The speed of the movement is that of an average Genin's speed.

Shield: Senbonzakura has the power to form around you and create a shield which can block and deflect taijutsu attacks up to a C-rank and neutralize most D-rank jutsu, and some C-rank jutsu of the (energy type).

Etch: The clan member is able to etch their personal clan insignia into shuriken and kunai. These are temporary brands, which when activated with a series of one handed hand seals, will "scatter' into cherry blossoms as the user's insignia weapon does for 2 posts. (though on a much smaller scale) Once the 2 posts have passed, the cherry blossoms fade and the kunai/shuriken is destroyed. (Activation requires very minimal chakra)

[Etching the insignia requires an hour of work (2 posts) and a C-rank amount of chakra - It requires an incredible amount of detail and concentration, so if the user is interrupted, the etching fails. (Note: It must be specifically posted that you have etched a weapon... you cannot simply say that you have done it previously. You may only have a store of 5 etched shuriken/kunai total.)]


Stage 2 – Senbonzakura Kageyoshi (Vibrant Display of a Thousand Cherry Blossoms)

This is the second stage of the bloodline, where the user has grown more familiar with his blade and has even developed the ability to commune with a second blade. Well acquainted with etching, the user may make one special etching on a secondary blade, allowing them to effectively double the amount of cherry blossom petals they can create and control. Also, with this new mastery comes a greater ability to control the speed and movement of the petals, as the use of a user's hands will accelerate the petals by nearly two fold their previous speed.[The user must spend 7 posts communing with his blades to awaken this stage.]

Stage Two : Abilities granted

Upon speaking the activation word and forming a single, unique hand seal, the user's Insignia blade 'scatters' and forms into the cherry blossoms. Directed Attack: Through the user’s will and the direction of the petals by way of the hand, the user is able to direct where the Senbonzakura will move and attack from. The speed of the movement is about 2 times that of an average Chuunin.

Stage 3 – Senbonzakura Kageyoshi (Vibrant Display of a Thousand Cherry Blossoms)


If the user of the Senbonzakura art is about to die the true and final form of the kekki genkai finally shows itself in the form of a pair of giant wings on the back of the user who can use to fly around. When the user has the final stage activated they can still use the abilities of stage one and increase their power by double.

Stage Three : Abilities granted


Reformation – The user can use the Senbonzakura to form their original weapon, the weapon looks like a bunch of the original Senbonzakura’s combined together to create the weapon allowing the user to shape and change it at there will but this costs chakra to change the shape.

Flight – due to the wings on the back of the user, they are able to fly around and move at faster speeds.

Protection – the wings can be used to block jutsu’s but every time you block your wings get smaller and smaller.
