Megs is the laid back easy going conductor to the composer's game. He understands chain of command, but has his own way of handling it. Nothing ever seems to phase him much, even his own imminent destruction. He cares more for people then he ever seems to admit, and has in the past, gone to great lengths to try to save the lives of the people in Shibuya.

The Iron Maiden. Konishi is cold, calculating and serves the composer, with aims to be director. Mind, she does not much care WHO the composer is, so long as she is right hand woman to the man in power. Kitaniji's job will be hers.

Yeah, Pi face has a way with numerical words. Life is fairly simple for Minamimoto. Things fall into easy categories:
Things he loves - Math, art, ambition
Things that aid his ambition
Things that need to be erased. "Crunch. Add it to the heap."
Minamimoto is ambitious, though it might be hard to tell it as he blows off meetings because they subtract from his arts and crafts time, and he spends the week he is game master making garbage art, dubbing him "the grim heaper". Sho seems very laid back, but like with math, everything is very calculated. This, of course, includes his side trip into the RG to try and subtract Yoshua from the picture. He even wins over "Iron Maiden" Konishi to his side, and she seemed to be the harshest of his critics. After being "Erased" himself, Sho broke all the rules and went "Taboo" and raced against former player, turned reaper, turned player again, Beat, to become the next composer of Shibuya. No, anyone who says that Minamimoto lacks drive or ambition is simply seeing the outer structure. He wants power. While he is getting it however, "CRUNCH", he'll work on some trash heap art.
