This weapon is quite overpowered. It has the ability to extend to nearly any range, cut through any sort of barrier or weapon (something that is not allowed in the first place), cannot be stopped by another blade (due to it being intangible/able to cut through another blade), able to pull enemies toward you, and can send out waves of chakra that are just as powerful as the sword itself. I'm sorry, but this is far too OP to be allowed.

Barriers cannot move to avoid a wind slash that would chop them to bits. Besides, we clearly state that weapons that can cut through anything are not allowed. So something that came directly from the weapon falls under that category. An intangible blade of wind that could not be blocked? Yes, it would. Scenario: A bunch of people are fleeing, you use the vacuum suction on the sword to get everyone closer, and one slash of this seemingly unstoppable 40 meter blade would chop everyone in half. I wont see that happen. If that is not what was being described, please explain, as I have obviously misunderstood.

In the extension I meant to say that it is only nodachi length when extended. My mistake. Really I only wanted it to be able to go through the defense and chop it in half, but to be fair we could I make the slash only slice through it and then not do anything mroe, because this jutsu could (in theory unles i'm incorrect) do it and my attack cost's more chakra at the rank that it can cut through anything per input. Daikamaitachi no Jutsu (Grand Slashing Wind Skill) Description: A much stronger form of Kamaitachi No Jutsu that creates a much larger gust of wind. This jutsu, because of its severity, has the power to be both an offensive and defensive move all at once. A much larger tornado is shot forth horizontally and instead of cutting mere branches down it has the capability of ripping the greatest of trees to shreds. As seen by Temari using this technique, the Daikamaitachi has the ability to blow chakra waves away. I wrote that it would clash it it hit a kunai or weapon, so when it's JUST in blade mode it doesn't have any effects besides being a blade. The scenario makes since with what was said, but Really the suction can be edited to only be able to pull a single target with the wind, and only for chakra cost equal to the targets rank. Would these things make it less OP?

FINISHED! Name of weapon: Nagato (Long-lasting Gate) or Ame-no-Tsurugi (天沼矛, "heavenly swamp sword") Who owns the weapon: Tensaijin Ushio Where it was found/Who made it: The Range of the weapon: Nagato has a 24 inch blade but it quickly extends to 31 inches when a particular panel is pressed on the tsuba. The hilt is 14 inches long and can be held with one or two hands. Weakness: Nagato feels very heavy and unbalanced if the user isn't trained in its use [Ten posts], seeming to weigh about 25lbs and very cumbersome and unwieldly. In addition the detachable tsuba-shuriken covers a weak point at the blade along with exposing the fingers to any enemies blade until it is re-attached. Using Nagato's abilities cost chakra and the fact its blade is Chakra Retardent makes it hard to incorporate into most Kenjutsu styles or even enhance its cutting power. However while the blade does not tolerate chakra near it, all of its abilities cost chakra. This is only possible because the user must internally direct chakra into the hilt. Without the Chakra Control Starter Type, no other shinobi is able to utilize Nagato's abilities. In addition to use Nagato has the same requirements as a jutsu, requiring handseals and vocal commands unless a shinobi has the ability to override this requirement. Description: Nagato no Tsurugi is a dark grey ninjato crafted from non-magnetic/conductive substances and minerals harvested from meteorites that was left within chakra saturated pot for decades. The blade is moderately thin and alarmingly dense, folded multiple times until the ultra-keen edge seems to fade into the surroundings. Nagato is 7mm wide and is unusually doubled edged, comig to a sharp point. At it's base length the ninjato is 24 inches long with a 14 inch handle, but when the blade is extended to katana length the blade becomes 31 inches long. The scabbard was designed for a katana because of this. The make of the blade allows Nagato to be extremely durable and tough to bend or break, allowing it survive high levels of stress without being damaged. The blade is moderate in thickness and somewhat wide compared to many designs. The sword has a shallow bo-hi (full sized groove) and a soe-bi (fine groove) running below the shinogi (ridge line). This allows the sword to remain robust and durable with a good cross-sectional thickness all while helping keep the overall weight of the sword down(5lbs). The sword moves easily in the trained hands, is extremely sharp, and is still of a robust design for cutting practice. The blackened ridged iron tsuba is actually a concealed shuriken that can be removed, though this exposes Nagato's single weakpoint, a patch of the blade near the hilt suspectible to sudden changes in temperature. A single bleached skull on a serene plain is depicted on the tsuba and just above it are the lines from a once famous poem that read: Natsukusa ya tsuwamamono-domo ga yume no ato". Or loosely translated "Summer grass: where the warriors used to dream". The ridged shape of the tsuba was chosen as many practitioners like the fact that the sword doesn't tend to "roll around" when placing the sword down on the mat when preparing or finishing practice. Higo style, Imperial Purple silk was chosen for the wrap of the darkened handle. A series of golden whirlpools adorn the handle down to the pommel, which is an extremely heavy brass weight with a deep groove running through the middle. Finally the black gloss saya (scabbard) shows the summer grasses starting to grow. They are hand brushed in gold paint and gradually increase in frequency towards the iron tsuba but never overpower the simple black gloss saya. The custom made sageo (cord on the saya) is black and gold with gold grasses woven into the sageo, carrying the theme. The scabbard has a long cut at the lip in order to allow Nagato to be freed faster and due to the deceptively long nature of the sheath, it makes it impossible for enemies to properly determine the speed of Nagato's draw. The lower compartment of the scabbard is sealed off but can be used to contain small pouches of equipment or supplies. Trait: Chakra Retardent Blade Description Legend has is that the blade was forge from pieces of the moon, while this isn't true the blade itself has developed a unique property after years of being kept in a chakra saturated pot. Nagato's blade is able to instantly exstinguishe concentrations or traces of chakra once they come within three inches of the blade making most Chakra Flow techniques and ninjutsu ineffective against it. The technique costs three chakra points to activate/deactivate, but is only able to disrupt chakra concentrations one rank above the users current rank. Anything more simply suffers a reduction in potency. Limit(s): Unfortunately this has little effect on Earth and Water Ninjutsu though it does halt any additional traits the technique posseses besides being a solid construct of that element. When struck by Nagato the shape these elements were designed to take quickly fall apart as the Chakra Retardent Aura spreads through the construct. Ability: Yomi Description N Limit(s): Rp Sample:
The instant a worn sandle came down on the stone floor, two large boulders flew from opposite ends of the room, crushing the unfortunate Chuunin as soon as she entered the large cavern. Heavy blocks of stone streaked in crimson crashed to the floor, revealing the startle face of the Chuunin's two comrades splattered in her blood. Tensai stepped from the shadows at this point with his arms at his side, only his radiant amber eyes visible through the slim holes within his porcelain mask.
"You can still run," he offered but he could see the younger ninja had prepared themselves for the battle. One of them shrugged off his coat, revealing bare muscled arms that instantly increased in size as chakra circulated through his body. The other skipped backwards and unravelled a large scroll while her comrade charged forward, his fist pulled back for what would undoubtfully be a rather explosive punch. Tensai's hand dropped to his waist, wrapping around the silk handle of his ninjatou before dashing to meet his opponent. As the young Chuunin swung at his face, Tensai dropped to his knees and drew his ninjato in a single movement. The dark grey blade flashed in a wide arc and bit into the exposed flesh of the Chuunin shins and countinued through. Nagato's blade had been impregnated with a potent acid a few years ago and with this trait active, the blade could cut through organic substances alot easier which was why his attacker had such deep, steaming gashes on his legs.
Tensai didn't turn to examine his handy work however and countinued running towards the female Jounin whose fingers were now skillfully manipulating two humanoid puppets through the air. "Tch, Puppet Specialist?" muttered Tensai before he channeled his chakra into his legs for an extra boost in speed. Though the puppets would quickly converge on his position, he still countinued to run until they were both merely five feet away from his body. Tensai had to admit they struck with admirable coordination but he was used to escaping tight situations and smiled as the two puppets crashed into another. Tensai materialized above their heads in the middle of a sumersault before he brought Nagato piercing through thei metal hull. The grey blade, now infused with virulent flames, had no trouble carving through the wooden puppets and quickly lit up the constructs within seconds.
The puppeteer was already manipulating the arms of her puppets to grab Tensai but he managed pried Nagato from her toys at the sound of thundering footsteps. The boy seemed to have recovered from his wounds, though blood soaked his bare legs as he charged towards the puppets. Tensai leapt towards the Chuunin and extended Nagato to its full length, a soft hiss escaping the dark grey blade as it extended to the length of a normal katana. The Chuunin arms were covered in large gauntlets made of earth but as Nagato struck the improvised armor large chunks of earth began to chip off the Chuunin arms. Within seconds the gauntlet of armor was now a pile of rocks on the ground and the Chuunin arms were covered in deep gashes as Nagato's acid blade ate at his enemies skin. He quickly switched the weapons nature and ducked under a right hook, thrust the sharp point of his weapon into the Chuunin before skipping back. As the blade pulled free of the Chuunin body, shards of ice blossomed from the wound, covering his torso in frost as the large crystals grew to the size of kunai. As his enemy stood gaping at his wound Tensai leapt forward and used Nagato's acid nature to cut through the Chuunins head.
When he turned back to see the Jounin hastily searching for a new scroll to summon, Tensai swung Nagato in a wide arc and launched the A-ranked fire jutsu he absorbed several months ago. The wall of fire crashed into the Jounins body and shoved her to the ground, crawling over her body as she screamed in pain. Tensai waited for her writhing to cease before sheathing Nagato
Nagato was brought in a wide arc, the series of seals pre-inscribed onto its blade emitting a plume of smoke that was quickly torn apart by a hail of projectiles. The number of weapons accumulated over the years within Nagato fell like rain onto the puppeteer and as they rained down to the floor, explosive tags fluttered in their wake. Her body was a pulpy mess before the explosive tags even activated, blasting away her remains and a large portion of the floor. The storage seals faded from Nagato's blade

@inutori: Approved (The minimum is usual 10 sentences. But with such a simple concept and a detailed rp sample I let it slide this time)
@Six: Yeah dont have it go though barriers...or defenses as you said. Because you can't just have a blanketed going though defenses technique. I mean obviously the wind attacks would go though lightning defenses easily, but couldn't go though fire defenses...but still going though defenses with a ranged wind attack is a bit much. And as much as I believe you should be able to cut though ordinary basic weapons with chakra infused weapons or cutting attacks, especially wind chakra, greg would block me from approving it so you can't do that....at least not cut though with a single move. I also think if you change the pulling needs to be used with a slash, like you slash and it literally cuts the wind and causes a vacuum. So like if you slash vertically the wind would be focused and powerful to one target. But if you swing horizontally you can grab a lot of targets but it be less powerful on each one.
Martin Spiralwave: No...just no...Weapons are not to be used to use god like powers with what ever imagination you can think of. Silent Vibrating Blade is on par with like an S rank Sound jutsu because your using vibrating energy to break down molecues. Chakra Retardent Blade can negate chakra flow with in 3 inches of it. Which negates the jutsu of Wind, Lightning, Fire, Sound, and then makes water and earth simpley that water and earth. Its a chakra negator, not to mention if you fight in close combat with it your opponent would be unable to use chakra which it is a sword so you would be in close...and made from pieces of the moon...really. Nature Impregnation....dont eve get me started, ABSORBING, one of the main rules of this is none of that. Not to mention you can absorb stuff you don't even have the element for and use it, combined with the fact your previous jutsu said it can negate jutsu, and your example in Nature Impregnation is absorbing an S RANK JUTSU. No just no. I could never approve a single technique used in this sword, especially not all 3 in one.

In regards to the chakra retardent blade it can't stop an enemy from using jutsu unless they are within three inches of the blade. So unless their hugging it they would be fine. Even if that were true, I wouldn't be able to use jutsu either.
For Nature Impregnation I could easily change it so it doesn't replicate jutsu and simply substances it encounters.
If theres anything I would reallt argue for though, it would be the chakra retardent blade.

That doesn't change it your still negating jutsu. You sword takes 3 chakra points to use and with it you could negate an S rank jutsu that cost like 20. Even so the only thing I can see working would be you would have to release chakra equal to the jutsu to negate it. Even so I wouldn't accept it unless you had a legitimate reason on why you can negate these jutsu. Cause I will not open a can of worms where anyone can put their weapon can negate jutsu just cause. Unless you have a vaild reason for having it negate jutsu I will not accept it, period.

Name of weapon: Red Chakra Bokken
Who owns the weapon: Kenji Hajime-Nara
Where it was found/Who made it: The Red Chakra Bokken was crafted by Tares Damascus, Kenji's 'uncle', as a gift for becoming a full fledged shinobi of the Mist.
The Range of the weapon: Hilt is 10 inches (25.4 cm), while the range of the weapon is 28 inches (71.12 cm), the bokken from hilt to tip is 38 inches (96.52 cm).
Weakness: The bokken is made of wood. If it comes in direct contact with fire not of the user's making it will catch on fire.
Description: The Red Chakra Bokken was a wooden sword crafted by the Mist's most talented weapon maker Tares Damascus. During his travels in Fire Country, Tares came across the Red Chakra Forest. The area was saturated with chakra particles, and it seeped into the very barks of the trees. Deciding that these trees would make for fine wood, Tares cut one of them down and crafted a wooden bokken from one of them. The bokken has a dark reddish tinge to it and aquired special abilities due to the high concentration of chakra that it contained within. It seems that those who wield the bokken find themselves using less chakra to perform weapon oriented jutsus and techniques.
Special Power: Using this bokken for weapon oriented jutsus and techniques require less chakra from the user without taking away from its power. (By one rank)
Rp Sample:
"Kenji, in order to fully perfect the Yaiba Terekineshisu, you have to mark the sword with your own chakra. This way even when you are 100 yards away, you can still control your weapon," his teacher explained to him. Kenji was still trying to learn the techniques of the eigth stage of the Infinite One Swordstyle but was not having much luck. Attempting the technique one more time, Kenji took hold of his bokken which was his weapon of choice. Taking a deep breath, Kenji molded his chakra and let it run through the hilt of the sword. Marking the bokken with his chakra, Kenji stabbed it unto the ground and walked away. Kenji then proceeded to extend his hand out in order to attempt the skill once more. The bokken quivered in the ground as it suddenly tore upwards and hovered several feet above the ground. Maintaining the technique, he realized that it wasn't taking away as much chakra as he thought it would compared to his teacher, only taking away chuunin ranked chakra as opposed to that of a jounin ranked jutsu.
Yaiba Terekineshisu(Blade Telekinesis) Jounin Rank:
Description: As the blades are summoned into the battle ground, as long as the swordsman so much as touches one of them, it is instantly infused with a chakra mark. This mark, allows the swordsman to literally extend his hands and "call" a blade to each one, from 100 yards away.

Name of weapon: Idenjouhou Saishuu Who owns the weapon: Kamoku Shiin (Ushio) Where it was found/Who made it: A Lab tech made it so that Kamoku could subdue and take samples of enemies so that they could get scientific information on other village's ninja, and their chakra abilities, maybe one day unlocking a way to be able to mimic, or even replicate their techniques. The Range of the weapon: 44 3/4" , 27 1/2" Weakness: If the genetic material container is attacked, then the weapon becomes just a regular weapon. Jintachi isn't very effective at extremely close range, and isn't very good at blocking blades and holding them. Description: Reverse Jintachi blade with hidden tanto looksThe Jintachi blade is elogently curved, to the point one would think it is unable to be used effectivly in combat. this however is untrue. Due to the way it is curved, the air is cut in an area where there is more force, so the tip of the blade slides easily through this cut, allowing for faster swings. It has tiny rivets in the blood line that absorb small amounts of blood and store them in the hilt of the blade where the user's hand rests. It also has rivets that preform a slightly different task. These rivets absorb chakra from any jutsu the blade cuts through, or comes into contact with. This doesn't weaken the jutsu, but it takes enough of the chakra to examine at a later date. Like the blood rivets, it stores the chakra in the Jintachi's hilt in a vial where the user's hand guards it from being attacked. (The vials are separate) The Tanto blade is hidden neatly in the Jintachi's hilt at the botom. It is curved as well, and funtions much in the same way as the Jintachi itself. however this blade is used for extremely close range combat, when the agressor is within the Jintachi's unusable range. The hilt of this weapon is extremely special. Where it attaches to one's belt, it has a set of chakra infused wires which are resistant to most blades. They stop any bludeoning weapon dead in their tracks(bludeoning weapons can not break these wires), are only knicked slightly by Katana ( ten-fifteen hits to break through these wires depending on the opponent's strength), and are damaged severely by bladed custom weapons (Two or three hits depending on the user's strength). The hilt also has a built in switch blade that comes out of the top where the Jintachi is sheathed at. (Only usable when the Jintachi is drawn) Rp Sample:Kamoku stood above his opponent's dead bodies, four in all. Each of them were lower ranks than he was, but they had all caused his client much grief. So Kamoku had delivered swift and merciless judgement, as his paycheck ordinated. Each of these small fries were odd to say the least. One had six arms, which Kamoku had encountered, but not before he obtained his weapon to take samples. One had a Dojutsu that Kamoku had never encountered before, which it didn't really matter since before he died he targeted his eyes with a katon jutsu, so there was only charred eye sockets. Another had a very unique ability to turn into smoke in a way that allowed him to dodge easily. Another had a similar ability, but formed into mist. In level of difficulty to defeat, it would have been the smoke/mist duo, the Spider one, and then the red eyed one. He looked at his blade sighing. " Only one more slot for Chakra, or for blood... I do hope that I'll be able to avoid using it, I might encounter someone of greater intrigue on the way home. " Kamoku said, sighing. He had doubled up on his samples, taking one with his Jintachi, and one with his Tanto. Suddenly a rabid wolf man came crashing through the forest directly at Kamoku. The wolf man stopped and seemed to finish whatever process he had started. The wolf man had turned fully into a human and stood there smiling at Kamoku. " Do you have any idea who you are dealing with? " He said smiling, his golden eyes glinting at Kamoku. " No, But I'm sure I'll be able to cross examine your biological data with current records. " Kamoku said smiling, looking at the wolf man. He had off colored eyes, but it wasn't a dojutsu. Kamoku ran through his bloodline types list, trying to see if he had files on this man's type of bloodline already. It wasn't a Dojutsu, and it wasn't a elemental combination jutsu, not an augmentation jutsu, nor a natural mutation jutsu. Which left only one option, Tranformation. He opened a mental list of all his known transformation bloodlines, and found that he only knew two or three. " Hm... I've checked mysources, and you have a unique genetic quirk that I have yet to see... Come now, I must have a sample. " He said, shifting his body slightly and sheathing his Tanto in his Jintachi's handle butt, in a fashion that never showed the newcomer what it was. The Wolf man charged, baring his arm, which transformed into that of a bears. He swung it down, his claws hitting the Jintachi hard. He smiled, and transformed his other hand into a swordfish's sword, and attempted to pierce Kamoku's stomache. Kamoku responded quickly, unsheathing his Tanto and stabbing it directly into theman's bear forearm. As the man recoiled, Kamoku flipped the Jintachi around and sliced his sword fish horn hand completely off. Kamoku had not adjusted a single step backwards, and had gotten two chakra signatures from this man's transformation jutsu, instead of an elemental jutsu the man used. This guaranteed the chakra signature would show if the person had a bloodline, or if it was a hidden technique. Kamoku stepped forward, and shifted the Jintachi again, shoving it into the man's shoulder and continuing upwards and backwards so that the man couldn't swing his arm down, nor step backward for atleast as long as it took Kamoku to do this next maneuver. Kamoku withdrew his Tanto from the man's forearm and slashed open the man's stomache. Kamoku frowned, he hadn't slashed deep enough, while the wound was severe, it wasn't fatal in the effect that the man's intestines were going to be a major factor in the rest of the battle. The man stumbled backward as Kamoku stopped his feral attack. The man coughed blood, an ample amount. His vision went blurry for a second and he hit the ground on his knees. The man was beginning to pass out, about a quart of blood had already been lost. He looked up at Kamoku and tried to vocalize something getting cut short. Kamoku had sheathed his Tanto as soon as the man had began to fall, and grabbed the bottom of his Jintachi's sheath, pressing a button on it's top as his hand slid down. A switchblade shot out, and Kamoku quickly pulled the sheath from the hook it rested on and swung it, not intending to grab it on it's actual hand hold and sacrifice aim for length. He wasn't needing a precise hit, just a relative hit. Kamoku's aim was good enough even without holding the proper part, He had cleanly sliced into the man's throat. The man's jugular was cut, and so now half of his blood was shooting out. Before the blood even had the time to reach him, Kamoku had pressed the button again, causing the switchblade to retract, sheathed the jintachi, and jumped back, well out of the blood's range. " I can't have anything giving off a scent. Inuzukas are hard to lose when they can smell you. " Kamoku said, stepping back into the shadows and disappearing completely as a squad of four ninjas entered the clearing, one of which had a wolf with them.
