Any search engine is good if you know the exact attributes you want. Image boards could be better as you can search by tag. Photobook is also pretty commonly used, and there are a good number of people who have massive collections of pictures on it.
Or you could be awesome and do a written description.

I am so confused, to train to be a Genin (in the sand atleast) you have to learn 3 jutsu's (gen or nin) However, there are almost no jutsu's posted. Do you have to pick a jutsu in the Jutsu list? Or do you just lean anything you want? Im confused. Looking in the Jutsu's thread there is almost nothing an academy student can learn accept the "Universal Jutsu's" non?

little mintchan you have a teacher teach you the justus of your element[3 justu] 1: So then you only learn elemental jutsu's? 2: Another question. Tactical nin does "-4post to learn a jutsu, -1 rank off jutsu when learning them only your rank and below." Does that mean all the way up to chunin rank, rank C, jutsu's C rank and lower only takes 1 post to learn? Because C rank usually takes 8 posts. But because of tac nin skill, it becomes D rank wich takes 5 posts, but then the -4 posts comes into effect taking it from 5 posts to learn to 1 post to learn. Am i right or am i mistaken?

You can only learn up to 3 jutsus of the rank above your rank. (goes for everyone)
-4 for Tactical means that it costs -less posts then normal to learn a jutsu. 1 rank off when learning jutsu means that it costs 1 rank lower when learning it. (chakra wise)
though u still have to have at least 1 post.

I understood that as the rank being lowered only for jutsu your own rank and below, meaning a genin would not be able to use that on a chuunin jutsu. Me, I've been completely ignoring the rank lowering aspect, as I don't fully understand it anyways. Isn't -4 good enough for anyone? But yeah, I've seen people assume it worked that way and learn chuunin jutsu in one post despite being genin.

You could only learn Chunin if you ARE a chunin. But the point is, You could still learn any C rank jutsu, as long as you're already a chunin or higher, in 1 post. But yeah, correct it if you want, i think its crazy to learn it in only one post, thats what i was asking cuz i didnt think it was right. Haha.

I thought that people can only learn genjutsu and taijutsu of their own rank... how come there are genins running around with Kai in their profiles? and some who have learned c or b rank taijutsu moves?

In Suna, for the jutsu, they taught me the three basic starting jutsu. That way we don't get any super good jutsu from the start, and we know how to learn jutsu. It might of changed.
