As long as their is water in the air, i can make ice. As much of it as i want. So this 30 tons of ice just makes my life easier.

Considering you don't have to slow the particles to cause the water to freeze, and all you have to do is sculpt it, definitely. Although I could have just opened a portal at the bottom of the lake...

Umm. Its currently frozen too so that wouldnt work either. Its gonna be frozen for about 3 days or until i defrost it.

My powers are passive, I can redirect, but I can't use them to directly hurt someone, unless I drop them off a cliff, lol.

Every element is destructive in one way or another, even the air, if nothing destructive can exist there than nothing will exist there at all. And I'm getting really sick of you calling me idiot.

Do you not know what Ice can do.
A) Sure, when formed into weapons, it can be destructive, but its not naturally destructive.
B) When it snows, ice (which is what snow technically is) does not cause damage. Ice on the road only causes damage when idiots drive like maniacs on it. Anyways, you get my point.
C) The only time ice is naturally destructive is when it is an ice storm that freezes a bunch of crap and breaks tree branches off and sometimes glass, telephone poles, and other stuff.
*deep breath*
SO IN OTHER WORDS!!! ICE IS NOT NATURALLY DESTRUCTIVE!!!
I have to form it in order for it to be any kind of destructive force

If anyone tried to weaponize their power in your realm they would break the laws you yourself created.
That includes you using Darkness to attack someone.
And after winter, when the ICE and snow melt, the water it becomes feeds the plants, and washes away impurities.
