Roxanna shook her head, "There is already word out that I'm still alive. I showed up at my condominium, remember? But I don't think he'll flip, or so I hope. We'll just have to see."

"Yeah there is, Rook, a big difference. And I have a feeling a highly connected, highly powerful black in that position would be more than just a threat to the Keepers. He'll be lucky to last till tomorrow, and that's only because Lincoln is a lazy son of a b***h." Kat smiled as she noted Jarred grabbing a slice of her special-ized Pizza. She slid the cranberry juice back over towards him. "So I say it's settled then. Tomorrow we send Rox over, and perhaps have Rook or Maya hang back to act as backup if she needs it. I'll head to the coach's and check in on him and Sam, and Jarred plays baby-sitter with our own little blind boy."

He looked to Kat, raising an eyebrow.
"I think you should either take me or Maya, and the other goes with Roxy. Jarred's an unknown... You should probally have some more firepower than just you, Kat..."

Adam was too busy stuffing his face with pizza to really pay attention to the conversation, taking bits and giving them to Zipper as well. Neither of them had eaten since before they went to the school with Mr Crane.

Kat chuckled, "I've told you before, and I'll tell you again. You worry about me too much, Rook. I'll be fine on my own, and Jeffery will be there to back me up if needed. He wouldn't let me get hurt, after all the trouble he took to keep me alive last time." Kat finished the last bit of her juice, setting it to the side. "Besides, the real unknown is the Marcus guy, and Roxy will need as much backup as we have available. You're the best we've got in those situations, Rook."

"I won't be on my own, Jeffery and Sam will be there, and neither of them seem the type to let anything bad happen." Kat let out a slightly irked noise, brushing her hand through her hair. "Whatever the case, I'm sleeping on it for now. I've got a headache coming on."

Arch the Angel "Unknown? I know how to shoot, I can take care of myself." Jarred shrugged, pouring himself a glass of the juice. "Might need to get more cars if you're all going to go out running." "An extra car would be helpful, I don't think I can keep stealing them and getting away clean for that matter." Kat grabbed one of the blankets, checking it out before she moved towards a corner of the apartment that looked a little more comfy than the others. She started setting up a place to sleep, clearing the floor of anything and laying out her blanket.

Rex eyed Kat, glancing up at Jarred, who shrugged. Rex shrugged his shoulders as well, walking over to her.

"I just have a hard time believing people can actually be so generous, Jarred, doesn't come around very often." She smiled laying down, and pulling part of the blanket over her so she was kind of sandwiched between it. She looked at Rex, "I figure since you don't have claim to a couch here, you're welcome to bunk with me," She said, tapping her side, "I for one would appreciate the warmth."
