Rhys wanted to say that's not true, that there was SOMETHING left for her when she returned... but what? It WAS a bit too late for her to redeem herself in the eyes of all Eyris. All she could do now was redeem herself.
"...Let's go," he said, and began to head for the cave entrance. There they would wait until everyone was finished.

Octavio struggled to try to gain some room to move away from the chinchilla, or at least dodge some sugar cubes. Truthfully that thing terrified him... It grabbed him by his hair and pointed at him. Shaking, he shut his eyes and kind of tried to pretend it wasn't real... It wasn't enough that Loki showed him he could kill him easily... It wasn't enough that the first and only spell Loki cast had caused Octavio mind numbing pain and weakness.. He had to humiliate him even worse by having a chinchilla beat him up... And he was tied up in some kind of... strings...
It was all he could do to keep from begging for rest from this torture...

She listened intently to what he said. He wasn't a bad guy. He was just being manipulated. It was if he knew he wouldn't last long, himself, so he decided to have a blast, while he could. She could respect that. She was also a little surprised. She hadn't taken him for the type that could be deep. Seeing him like this... it almost made her feel..."You're ******** LUCKY! If I HAD FOUND A HAIR CUTTIN' TOOL, Yo' hair might be redickalus right now." A vein popped out, on Deborah's forehead. "DA ONLY TING LUCKY HERE IS DAT I DECIDED NOT TO KILL YA SORRY BLACK a** WHEN I COULD, BLACKIE! If ya had even touched mah dreads, ya'd soon have no hair at all, maan!" She smirked. She wasn't in a situation to smile or laugh, but for some reason, she felt safe. Truly, it was plain weird.

Melethia gripped onto the light seal and Donarco tightly as she saw the vision. "Shento." She said. There were tears in her eyes. She saw the woman that he called Katalis. She DID look alot like her. There was still tears in her eyes. "I love you too. Shento." She looked over at Isadora.
"Take this." She handed her the light seal. "Use this wisely. And give this." She gave Isadora Shento's bow, "To the male nomad. But I want it back, intact, after this is done. I want something to remember him by. More than just the visions. I want to touch something of his. Ok?" She turned away not expecting an answer really.

Renault stood quietly, looking up at Isadora. "I... will go to her," he said softly. "But I'll ask you to move Amelia for me... she isn't safe here." He moved up, gently resting Amelia over Isadora's horse. "And... the dark god is here, Isadora." He looked at up at her, gaze imperative. "I will have to fight him. And the battle... even with assistance, may not go well..." His eyes looked far off; perhaps he was thinking of something else. "If I do not come back, Isadora... please take care of Amelia for me. She still has Rhys... but she needs someone else to protect her..."
That being said, Renault moved away silently, heading towards Melethia. His dear friend was hurting. He needed to make her feel better. He moved nearer to her, then paused, waiting for a moment. She was mourning over Shento... He didn't want to interrupt that. If she needed him, then he would wait until she asked directly...

Isadora nodded in silence to Melethia. She pocketed the Light Rune in her pouch, that was hidden underneath her armor. She would make sure to give it to Rath and inform him what she had told her. With the bow in her hand, she looked up to Father Renault to see whether he would comfort her or not.
It startled her when the Archbishop had asked her to watch over Amelia. It was an odd request since Amelia was old enough to take care of herself. However, she figure it must be the fatherly love that he had for her. Isadora nodded her head and replied. "Will do, Father Renault. However, you must remember your promise not to die in the battle. After all, you don't want to make Amelia and us upset."
She then went to her horse and got on it. Arranging the sitting and the position Amelia was in, Isadora moved Tuomas and looked for Rath. As she rode, she used her spear to slash the morphs who came to her path. She had another delivery to make. The question was would she be able to find him?

"YOU STARTED IT, JUST BE GLAD I'M NOT RIPPIN' IT OUT OF YO' SKULL." He released her by rolled to the side and grabbing Graver and her lance. He inspected it, and still didn't know what it was. "What in the hell is this?" He tossed it aside, and commented "You really expected to gun me down wit' that toothpick of a weapon?"
"Tell ya what." he stood away a good distance. "You attack me, an' I'll attack back. 'Blackie's' treat."

"I'D RIP YA'S OUT FIRST, AND YA KNOW IT, YA EBONY FOOL! I'D EVEN-" Ledreak suddenly rolled off of her, and jumped to her feet. "Damn it." She shouted, as he got to the weapons, and took them both.
She chuckled a little, as he tossed her lance aside. She then responded, after Ledreak was finished talking to her. "Dats mighty nice of ya. Let's hope ya don't regret it, now. Aftah all... ya might not get a chance tah attack back."
She suddenly darted off, without warning, and grabbed her lance. She kept going, and suddenly her speed increased. "Dere's sometin' ya should know about my lance, maan!" She darted left and right. She was fast, when she was moving normally, but now her movement was hard to keep up with, almost impossible. "It's a special lance made from mah homeland! It's got a special trait. Most people I met refer to the lance with one name." She paused, and then appeared to the left of Ledreak, staring wildly at him. "A killah lance!" Deborah launched her lance directly toward Ledreak's side. Her force was triple what it normally was, as was the power. Ledreak was right... she was lucky.

Oh, I will. 'Why isn't the tree growing?' What tha ******** is up wit dese sound bites? He trailed her movements, and then lost them. She seemed to be able to teleport, moving at a great momentum. "Special trait?" He thought it over for a second. His had a special trait, too. Then he realized he was distracted by her speech, and tried to dodge her blow. There was just one problem, he was hit before he could complete his movement, which was going to end up with him falling on the ground, the lance impaling him right through his lung. Oh, it's going to be hard to breathe with a lance in his lung.
Blood surfaced in his throat. He spit it out, took a deep breath, and spit out more blood, and hacked a bit, then subsided. "I guess it's time," he spoke hoarsely, "Ta wake up dead." He yanked her lance out of her hands, since it was an unexpected action, and then out of himself. He got about enough time to stick it in the ground on the way there himself, before the amount of breath from one lung wasn't helping the blood enough. The heart was already stressed from the battle and movements, and the lungs didn't help much by having a pole go through one, so his second time around seemed to stop short. Ledreak Bonqueesha, the man of loaded, inappropriate and unholy words had been through death before, and this was no different, no reverses.
His mind echoed some words, none of real importance, and girly moans. Then a girl screaming. His heart stopped.
He awoke in a restaurant. It was similar to the one in Eyris, but all the maids were topless and enjoyed his company. The icing on the cake? There was barbecue sauce next to his menu. The cherry? The girls were also on the menu.
Ledreak wondered what was so bad about dying the first time.

Deborah went over to her lance and picked it up again. She looked down at Ledreak, as he hit the ground. "I hope I was enough for ya. I also hope yer bettah off now. Free from the dark god." Deborah lowered her head, in respect of the man. "Ya was a good one. But now ya can rest. I'm happy ya turned out not to be a disgrace, Blackie. Farewell." She picked up the lance, Graver, and set off.
If only it were different circumstances. That's what they say, at least. Funny thing is, they never know for sure. Deborah had taken a few steps away, but stopped and looked back. He had fallen in the same spot his chunk of missing fro had landed, and it was now laying right into the spot where it was missing. Deborah smiled and couldn't help but laugh. She turned back and made her way up the mountain, back to where the nomad was.
She wanted her fifty coin.

Amelia was still bleeding, arms too weak to move around her stomach. She was bleeding, it hurt, why did it hurt so much...? She could feel someone wrap an arm around her protectively, and it was cold, metal armor pressing against what exposed skin she had, but she felt protected here, and her eyes were still closed. She could hear Leon shout. He said something about her being injured. Yes, she was, wasn't she... his voice was growing farther away, that was bad...
Amelia wondered how much blood she had lost. Couldn't be that much... could it? She hadn't been injured that long, it wasn't coming out in huge gushing spurts, but this pain was debilitating, she could hardly see through it. Then she heard a quiet voice, a familiar one that made her heart leap. "D-Dad," she managed out, her voice thready. "D...Dad..."
His arms were warm, and she held herself close to him as he supported her body. There was that familiar warmth from before, energy and life suddenly flowing into her body that ushered away all that pain. She was still weak, she had lost blood, but her breathing was even and relaxed now, color coming back to her face. Her eyelids flickered, green eyes glazed, but clearing quickly. "Dad..."
Barely any time seemed to pass before she was rested upon Isadora's horse. She held herself up, back straight, but her eyes were already growing heavy. "Just a... just a few minute's rest. That's all I need... that's all..." Amelia leaned gratefully against Isadora as the woman's horse set off at a gallop. Amelia held on tightly to the horse. "I'll be fine... you don't have to watch me, Isadora..."

John woke up dazed and confused. He groaned a little bit and pushed himself upward and stretched his hands to the sky. "Nnnnnh thata was a good rest-Ow!" John said to himself as he touched his stomach and remembered the arrow was still in his gut. "Where is Shento!? Where is he!?" John asked in his head as he looked around for the man who spared his life. John didnt wanna see but he did. He saw Shento lying on the ground. Wound in his chest. Melethia who stood over him crying. "No...He was a noble Sniper." john said as he walked over and grabbed his gear and walked towards the Entrance of the Cavern. John stood there and yelled, "Everyone who wants to help Octavio come with me and Hurry!"

Melethia picked up Shento's body and hugged it. She didn't care that she was getting blood all over her. She started crying more. She was brought back the painful memories for Kunzite. It was his death that caused her to run away from the castle and end up in Learania in the first place.
"Renault." She said while crying. "Please let me be. They need all the power they can get to face...the dark god. I used up all my power. I'm struggling to keep myself awake. Please go and help them. I'll be fine."

Sue was surely in... the biggest trouble with more morphs surrounding her until... -SHING!
Spikes, high as the sky, earth spikes ripped up from the ground, impaling every cavalry member of the morphs in sight, the General through its helmet, and even the ballistae themselves! I... I don't understand! The Dread Reaver's the one with that power! Is he... killing the morphs on purpose... just to destroy the ballistae before I get to them?
No.
There was Kyros's body... he was dead, and Dullahan was missing from his grip.
It wasn't until she saw a storm of even more earth spikes, shooting high, high into the sky that she realized whom it was had the axe. Leon, the axe knight from before! He was now in some kind of frenzy, cutting down morphs at a rapid pace. But the way he rushed in like that... she knew he had no regards AT ALL for his own safety, where as before, he'd at least know when to pull back.
This could be bad for him. She decided. The nomad trooper and her steed rushed down the pathway, with morphs and ballistae destroyed up there.
She'd come across Amelia and Renault, Isadora... other familiar faces too. They were safe, thank Father sky. "Someone..." she addressed the group. "Tell me how the tides of battle turn for us... who is left of our enemies?"
All the while, Leon wasn't only enjoying the battle as he cut through morphs like a thief's knife through a person's pocket, he was smiling sadistically, even laughing as he continued dicing away morphs with the axe itself and its powers of Earth. "Def'nseless fools! It be yer fault for steppin' in m' path!" he declared out loud. He didn't care if the other Watchmen saw him this way even, getting further injured as he continued his Dullahan-induced battlefield rampage. They were his allies, they were supposed to help him fight, so in return, he'd show them his power!
It was one thing, and one thing only that stopped him. He'd axed a morph priest, right in half...
And when the white robes spattered red, he didn't see the morph. He'd seen a familiar head of dirty blonde hair, the blue sash.. and upon seeing them, he dropped Dullahan. "M.. Ma..Magnet...?" he stared down at the cut-down morph priest, the illusion his own mind created out of the instinct of fear... to stop his own rampage stayed for just a second before fading into what it really was. Dark black hair.. open golden eyes. Red sash...
This was the enemy.
And yet, with that axe's power... maybe... just maybe... that could have been Magnet.
"I... I... gotta be careful wi' this thin'..." Leon muttered fearfully, now begging the other members of the Watch weren't afraid of him. And now that he'd finally let go, he could feel his own exhaustion as a result of Dullahan's constant use. That probably made the illusion appear in the first place...
The knight dismounted Anri, kneeling, only hanging onto the horse's stirrup. So tired... so very tired... And he hadn't realized it... until he'd snapped out of Dullahan's trance. The worst part was... he remembered it all.

While Isadora was galloping, slicing off the enemies, she felt Amelia stirred behind her. She asked for some rest to get her energy and strength. Isadora didn't need to tell her.
"No need to rush to get your strength back," Isadora replied as she slitted the throat of the archer morph. "Rest as much as you need. However, we will be battling against the Dark God soon. It seemed all the Heroes are dead."
When she spotted Rath slaying the morphs with Nino, Isadora rushed toward them. She then heard Amelia telling her that she didn't need to be watch. Isadora let out a small frown. "As much as I know that you are a grown woman, I'm afraid I have to. I promise Father Renault that I will look after you, both alive.... Or dead."
Before Amelia would be asking her about the last part, the paladin pulled over to be sided next to Rath. Isadora greeted. "It's nice to see you back, Rath."
She then pulled out the Donarco and handed to Rath. "Melethia wants you to take care of this bow and use it wisely. However, after this battle with the Dark God, you have to give it back to her in one piece. This bow was belonged to.... her dead loved one."
It was weird to say it, coming out of her mouth. Isadora admitted that she had no idea what had happened between Melethia and Shento. However, she understood how she felt. After all, it was not easy to get over the loss of the loved one.
"I'll shall see you in the battle with Loki, Rath. You too, Nino. Good luck." Isadora spoke before she turned her horse around and rode off to the cave entrance with Amelia. Along the way, she continued to slay the morphs in her way.
