You guys are silly, curvy lasers are easy. Full screen rotating giant lasers are the real nightmare.

Yakyumo Ran Full screen rotating giant lasers are the real nightmare. Like Non-Directional Laser? Now that's a Nonspell/Spellcard that bugs me. You thought Marisa's spellcard version of it was crazy? Try Patchy's Non-Spell version on the harder levels, you'll be weeping like you just ate a jalapeno pepper. I know I was.... The kicker here? She leads off with two versions of it.

Shou's rotational laser is the kind where you have to evade by doing 360's around the screen (Shou in the middle) and slowing to focus movement = death. I found it much worse than non-directional laser but not as bad as Ran's Ultimate Buddhist *shivers*

...I agree, I've seen vids of that'n on youtube.....I don't think that even a full year of practice on nothing but Lunatic Mode will prepare me for it....

Maybe, but although I have an odd talent for dense bullet formations, it's the odd ones like Ultimate Bhuddist that get me.
You have no idea how many times I've ran smack into a bullet while doding a big attack like a large laser.
Yeah, first meeting with Ichirin: WTFPWN'd by a stray laser that caught me off guard.
First meeting with Kogasa: WTFPWN'd by a stray Umbrella.
First meeting with Satori: WTFPWN'd by Terrible Souvenir. (I later discovered the trick to it.)
Yeah.....and don't get me started on Orin's Spleen Eater spellcard.......

....let's not talk about SA. I have never ever gotten past stage 5 on it. My hatred of Orin is quite deep. I won't stand for anything less than 1CC even though I'm not interested in Koishi.
