"I hope so. Hey I think his transformation is done,"Jasper said and nodded at Nicholai.
Nicholai opened his eyes. They were bright ruby red. "What are you staring at?"he asked with a raised eyebrow. His voice was musical and there was a burning in his throat. He coughed from both the burning and from when his breath had caught when he opened his eyes.

Alice looked at Nicholai "Amazing" she said softly "Nicholai how do you feel?" she said softly.

"Apart from the slight tightness in my chest and burning in my throat, I've never felt better,"Nicholai said with a smile. His teeth gleamed in the light and he tried to clear his throat with a cough.

Alices' eyes were wide "Theres no pain what so ever?" she aske trying to unerstand this new weird transformation. Sure enough he had no heart beat.

"Nope, no pain,"Nicholai said with a smile. He rubbed his slightly sore chest before looking around. "Can we go feed?"he asked with a raised eyebrow. Smiling he took a slightly wheezy breath and glanced around.

Alice sighed smiling "It's up to Jasper" she said looking up at him her eyes were still gold but she didn't mind helping out Nicholai with hunting.

"Yeah, sure let's tell Esme where we're going. Are you sure there's no pain? Does your chest hurt at all?"Jasper asked skeptically while smiling at Alice.
"My chest only hurts a little,"Nicholai said while trying to convince them he was fine. "Let's go, let's go, let's go,"Nicholai said while bouncing up and down from thirst.

Alice smiled "Ok I'll tell Esme" she went to Esme "We are going hunting" she said softly she Rsme nodd and went to Jasper "She said ok" She whispered in Jaspers ear.

"Take him outside, I'm gonna go get something,"Jasper said and ran into Carlisle's office. He grabbed an inhaler and filled the canister with some blood from the steak and shook it up. "I'm ready,"he said and mouthed the word 'inhaler' to Alice.
"What are we gonna hunt?"Nicholai asked as he bounced up and down. It was still cloudy outside because Nicholai was hungry.

Renesmee, Renesmee stood up and went into the kitchen. She started to search through the cupboards. Everything in there was a prop, although since Renesmee was born, they became usefull. She didn't really like human food, but she didn't mind human beverages. "Where's the hot chocolate?" She called out in her high soprano voice, still searching through the cupboards. Leah looked down at Claire. "Claire, do you want to go to the park?" She asked, trying to get the missing pack out of her head. Leah started to walk back to La Push, still looking down into Claire's eyes. She ran a hand through the little girl's soft hair.the vampire with a beating heart

Alice nodded and took Nicholai by the hand. "We can hunt in the forest I don't see you hurting any human so we should be fine.
Esme came inside and showed Nessie the hot chocolate. "Here you go hun" she said softly.

Nicholai smelt a grizzly and tore his hand away from Alice. He was a blur as he ran. He tackled the bear with brute strength and pierced the fur with his teeth. Biting into the jugular vein, he drank deeply. He wiped his mouth and sighed in content before coughing.
Jasper laughed as he watched Nicholai run. "He's really hungry,"Jasper said and followed him while holding Alice's hand. His eyes turned to concern when he saw Nicholai coughing and gasping.

"Oh No what do we do?" she asked worried she hurried to Nicholais side and started rubbing his back.

Jasper reached into his pocket and took the new inhaler out. "It has asthma medicine, but I mixed it with some steak blood to make it more effective for him,"he explained to Alice and gave Nicholai a puff from it.
Nicholai took a ragged breath from it and sighed in relief when he felt his airways open up. "Why do I still have asthma?"Nicholai asked as he took deep breaths to calm himself down.
