As she continued to eat, the sick feeling in her stomach continued. She believed she had done much better last time. Then again, she was aprticipating in more rounds than she had before. This would have some sort of affect.
1d20: 7+22+3- 6=26
After she had finished what was on her plate, she managed to take a few good, deep bretahs to calm her stomach down. This helped her out a lot, as she soon found out. Another plate of scorpion meat slipped under her nose. This time she could hold her stomach and continue eating without too many chruning side effects.
1d20: 18+22+3-6= 37
She felt like she was gonna barf... somehow, by means of an unknown force she didn't. Either that or it was all in her head. She hoped for this. If that was the case, then she could simply not think about it and it would just go away. However, that didn't happen so easily.
1d20: 4+22+3-8= 21
The more she ate, the fuller she got. Of course, that was agiven. She was getting a bit less sick though. She supposed what allowed her to continue on was the small bite she was taking, rather than just shoving the meat into her mouth and chewing as others did.
1d20: 12+22+3-8= 29
Eventually her time at the scorpion meat table was comming to an end. She decided to help herself to the final round, after all... she didn't want to be considered a looser, right? After she had finally made it through, she slowly got to her feet and walked off. She might get sick later...

It seemed the more time Karnage was spending in this village, it seemed the more willing he was to preform these weird, if not eccentric tasks. He sat down and before he knew a plate of steaming scorpion meat laid before him. He picked up a fork and began to consume the prepared food. 1d20: 10+21+2=33
The first few fork fulls seemed to go down smoothly. The meat had a distinct flavor to it, which he was not sure to associate with either the chef's technique in cooking, the chef's ninjutsu in killing, or the actual scorpion itself. Never the less it didn't seem that bad, and he continued to fork pieces into his mouth. 1d20: 12+21+2-2=33
He continued to pill the cooked meat down, trying not to think of how much he had left but rather how much he had already eaten. And so far, it seemed rather good. The voice scoffed and Karnage thought to himself as he continued to eat, 'What's got your spinner in a knot?' the voice was silent, brooding in Karnage's ignorance to his offense. Karnage shrugged, and continued to eat. 1d20: 15+21+2-4=34 (2/5)
The eating was still going quite well, which surprised him seeing as he was not a every big eater. The voice was still silent, making the occasional sneering sound or judgmental grunt, until finally Karnage caved in. 'What's the problem?' he asked himself, not slowing his pace. 'Do you know what your eating?' Karnage nodded, 'Scorpion. So what?' 'So they are arachnids. And you are eating them. That's like me making you eat human flesh!' You've wanted me to eat human flesh!' 'How else would you get rid of the body?!' 1d20: 14+21+2-6=31 (3/5)
The arguing of food ethics had distracted him so that he started to choke on a large piece of scorpion meat. He pounded his chest hard, then again, and again until the piece was dislodged from its inconvenient location. He spat it back upon the plate. After a few deep breathes he prepared to continue eating. 1d20: 10+21+2-8=25

Karange felt his stomach turn as he tried to muscle down the next piece of meat. It was disgusting in innards, or at least that's what the voice was telling his body. 1d20: 5+21+2-8=20
With the next piece, his mouth began to fill with the remains of the last dish. 'What the hell are you doing?!' he said to himself within the confines of his brain. 'What? I'm just testing your gag reflex..' the voice responded nonchalantly. 1d20: 7+21+2-8=22
'Listen, I don't want to hear about food ethics from a guy who takes pleasure from peeling the flesh off of people's faces...' 'Oh, you tell a guy a fantasy once and your labeled for life!' '... As you peeled off a guys face!' 'He was dead!' During this conversation Karnage had slipped in a morsel of the scorpion meat while the voice was distracted. 1d20: 19+21+2-2=20
Karnage felt his stomach grench in pain. 'Don't think I didn't see that!' the voice said in a very matter of fact way. Karange groaned aloud, then tried to continue eating. 1d20: 2+21+2-4=21
Admiring Karnage's tenacity was something the voice was prone to do. He let Karnage muscle down another bite of the meat, seeing how far he would go despite the pain he was putting him through. 1d20: 18+21+2-4=37

(No Karnage, the scorpion is only loosely related to the spider, so its like him making you eat Monkey flesh XD)
Rush looked at the steaming corpse of a scorpion. The idea that Lokail would kill him for partaking in an event that idealized the eating of scorpion was concievable, but then again, death never offended him too much. Ah well, as bad a reputation scorpion taste may have, Rush would try to enjoy this. He sat down, getting a closer look at all that made up the vicious creature. It was a sight; the hard shell was quite dark, black, maybe really dark brown, but the meat inside was squishy and offwhite. It made for an interesting view of a manacing creature. Regardless, Rush grabbed it and put it in his mouth, not even considering the possibility that silverware was provided for the contest.
DC:30 12(1d20)+29(con)=41 1/5 pass It went down well, surprisingly. Rush was actually quite hungry and so despite the . . . interesting . . .taste, Rush gobbled it down, succeeding on gorging without any keen distast, but it was early. Licking the carcas remains was a showy luxury he could only afford this soon, and it was practical to believe his mindset would change after a handfull or maybe even like two more of these. Still, Rush chose to live in the moment and pull over another one, the first thouroughly cleaned.
DC:30 5(1d20)+29(con)-2=32 2/5 pass Rush felt a slight lump in his throat. A bite was taken a sat there. He was unsure what to do, and was definetly panicing in his mind, but kept an outward composre, wondering if his throat would be pierced or something. After a little while of his eyes darting back and forth to see if any thought his problem obvious, enough saliva had collected to push the lump down with gravity alone, alowing Rush to relax and to grab another scorpion a little warily.
DC:30 19(1d20)+29(con)-4=44 3/5 pass By this time, Rush had a definite taste for the scorpion and had little resistance keeping it down. It didn't taste bad persay, the meat was just really tough and chewing it completely before his body would accept it was a chore. It hadn't gone unnoticed that his stomach slowly filled either. He was still eating at a decent pace, but even the slightest amount of foresight made it clear that this ease would not continue for long. Dwelling on this did no good, so Rush slurped down another scorpion, finding it easier not to chew a lot, completely forgetting his choking incident incredibly recently, ready for another.
DC:30 9(1d20)+29(con)-6=32 4/5 pass Rush noticed the struggle. He felt his gut an expanding object, and it became apparent that the fuller he got, the more unappealing the thing tasted. He still had room, but he felt drool slide down his cheek as he leaned back briefly in the beating sun, a moment overwhelmed by his stomach and breathed deeply a little bit before finding himself able to resume the increasingly unpleasant feast.
DC:30 5(1d20)+29(con)-8=26 FAIL1/3 4/5 pass Rush shoved a tender little morsel down his throat, but his body simply did not comply. He wrestled with the muscles of his asophagus, pushing down as it and all the bile with in him made a strong fight to keep the unwanted out. After a little while of turning slightly blue, Rush fought no longer as the half-processed 'thing' ejected from him with a clear hatred for his body. Rush felt the extreme desire to stop, but he could go a little more. There was water thankfully, which he treated himself to, before shaking off the sickly feeling and trying another one.

DC:30 15(1d20)+29(con)-10=34 5/5 DONE! Rush still managed to forcibly shove the bug down his throat, but keeping high spirits was a challenge and his eyes were surely glazed over and he was so close to inable to press on, but he kept on managing. He had met the requirements to place in the contest, and it was up to him if he wanted to press on more, which he didn't, but he did. Maybe not a decision of extreme wisdom, but one that he expected no different.
19(1d20)+29(con)-14=34 Rush kept shoving scorpion down his gullet, now out of force of will, wishing his body would grow intolerant and vomit, snapping him out of his machine like will to continue. They went down hard, but they went down and thats all Rush needed to keep going.
2(1d20)+29(con)-18=13 FAIL2/3 5(1d20)+29(con)-22=12 FAIL3/3 Rush reached for another lump of meat, his hand shaking uncontrollably, not wanting the poison of the creature powering its blood any longer. Rush ignored all signs of his body and pressed the thing down. His body put it's foot down. It wouldn't accept it and heaved it forward in an assault overpowering Rush barely conscious mind. He slowly reached for the degected one last time, but before his arm even neared it his body set him free. He released torrents of all inside him, wearing him thin and now completely unconscious . . .in his own vomit. His last thought;

((DC 30 12+29= 41= 1/5 )) Shadow found a seat with a large peace of scorpion meat in front of it. He sat down and stretched out his hands giving a yawn. Eating large quantities of food wasn't exactly his thing. However this was a contest and he was in it to win it, as the saying goes. He looked around to see others also eating through the meat like no tomorrow, he sighed almost a little sad, he found the quality of food much more important than the quantity of it. Alas, bon apatite! And with that he started shoveling food down his mouth.
---
DC: 32 (( 12+ 29= 41= 2/5 ))
Shadow continued to eat and eat, he felt so bad. Most scorpions you ate for the taste, since they were to small to get any real nutrients out of. However these overgrown things had actual meat to them! And here he was just shoveling it down his throat without ever getting a chance to taste the meat! Damn it all! He put more and more of the soft meat through his lips and down into his stomach, he felt himself slowly filling up. Ever so slowly.
-----
DC: 34 (( 20+29= 49= 3/5 ))
Shadow swallowed it easily, even though he couldn't get the thought of how much of a waste this felt like. The idea of this was like the idea of shoveling down a nice meal of lobster and crap, it just didn't happen! However the aspect of winning this contest remained strong in his mind... Though lets face it, Shadow was a light weight, odds were more or less stacked against him. Still he shoveled the food down his throat, ignoring his up tightness about the situation and putting the food in his mouth.
-- DC: 36 (( 7+29= 36= 4/5 ))
Shadow continued to swallow all his food, barely bothering to chew it. He didn't need to considering he put it in his mouth in small pieces and it was already fairly soft. Although he wasn't appreciating the taste in the same manner he was used to. However the large quantity of it made it so he could still get a good feel of flavor on his tongue. He swallowed more and more down, he had almost finished this little competition.
-- DC: 38 (( 2+ 29= 31= 1/3 FAIL ))
He continued hammering the meat down his throat until he finally hit a mental wall. He gagged a little, and quickly put his hand to his mouth so he wouldn't cough anything up, or that people would see. He hated when people showed there food in there mouth. It was odd, Shadow was one of the most rude, spontaneous, most aggressive people out there, yet he had many pet peeves about food... This was starting to get to him... He needed to go play pranks on elder folks or something to cheer him up after this...

Another forkful made it to Karange's stomach uninterrupted. It had appeared to him that the voice was going to actually let him finish the exercise without anymore interruptions. 1d20: 17+21+2-4=36
Karnage jerked as a pain overcame his stomach. 'Once again, I am reminded of the old tale of the man and the serpent...' the voice said with a grim satisfaction. He had hated that he ever learned that stupid story... 1d20: 6+21+2-6=17
Karnage felt again a surge of throbbing agony rush through him as he tried to pick up the fork. 'I told you once, and I will tell you again; Stoping, eating, my, kind!' the voice decreed. Karnage grabbed his stomach and cursed the fates for giving him an arachnid... 1d20: 4+21+2-2=25
The pain would not subside within him. 'Now now, my fateful friend. Let us not curse destiny for the path we are dealt. Let us instead continue forward and-' 1d20: 5+21+2-2=26
Karnage grabbed a handful of the meat and forced it down his own throat. 'Will you silence your tongue you sadistic old coot?!' he screamed within himself. the voice was at a lose. What was happening? 1d20: 19+21+2-2=40

He grabbed another leg of scorpion and ripped the meat in a swift, barbaric motion. The voice was in a mixture of awe and disgust, but both combined to interest him even more. Karnage went for another chunk and sank his teeth into it. 1d20: 20+21+2-4=39
The swiftness of his eating caused his stomach to turn without the aid of the voice. He held his hand over his mouth to keep himself from adding an extra topping to the meats. 'Well? What are you waiting for?! Eat you bug eyed whelp! EAT!' the voice cheered. 1d20: 2+21+2-6=19
'What happened to moral reserves and 'eating your own kind' ?' Karnage though to himself, pausing from his gouging. 'Are you kidding?! I'd stomp on a pregnant black widow if I was in the mood for it... Plus, scorpions are jackasses... NOW GET TO EATING!' the voice yelled, nudging the muscles in Karnage's arm. Taking the hint, he took another savage bite out of the chunk. 1d20: 11+21+2-6=30
The slopping juice of the meats ran down his chin as he took chomp after chomp of the prepared meat in. He had become hazy in his feverish eating frenzy. 1d20: 19+21+2-8=34
The line between how much he had eaten, how much was left, and how much he had thrown up was blurred. All there was to him was the continuation of whatever he was doing over the last 5 seconds, and even that looked hazy. He couldn't stop his hands from feeding himself the meats, even if he wanted to. 1d20: 18+21+2-10=31

The hazy of the eating contest began to settle down. He was regain his consciousness, but for what he cared he preferred not to have it. His stomach felt bloated, and as his eyes started to focus he saw exactly how much he had eaten. 1d20: 10+21+2-14=19
He set down the piece of meat that was in his hands. He was about 5 seconds away from a meat coma. He picked his bloated stomach off the chair and tried to pull his carcass away the table. 'Never.. Now things were going easier for Shadow, after his little gag he felt like he could take the world. Or rather, eat the world... He hated himself a little for that line... It was a shame though, he really wanted a chance to apprciate scorpion meat, however he slowly felt himself growing sick of it all. In fact it wouldn't be long at all until he was done for. However as he grew sick of the meat he realized that he had reached the required limit for his rank. Oh yeah, he was a pig.
------ DC: 42 ((17+29= 46= 6/5))
Shadow continued to hammer down the food, he was determined to show that he wasn't just a winner. Oh no, he was better than that! He felt bloated and sick but he kept at it! He swallowed more and more, he wasn't exactly sure why... But oh he did! Shadow looked over at his friend to see him finish, though he had more trouble dealing with all the food it seemed. Shadow chuckled as he took another bite, it just seemed team Kurai hadn't risen heavy weight eating contenders.
------- DC: 46 ((18+29= 47= 7/5))
Shadow hammered down even more of his food until he felt he was finally done. He knew he couldn't keep going, he was bloated, feeling fat, and a little bit sickened. Shadow looked around the room to see his own cousin in his own vomit, and Karn looking like he was going to die. A boy puked into another mans shirt out of anger it seemed. This place had turned into a war zone! Shadow was sure that if he continued he would be subjected to more than just the minor gagging. He stood up calmly and began to leave the room, feeling sickened with himself. As he left he only uttered one thing regarding his abandonment of morals and his hurt stomach.
Don't let them see you cry...

Weekly Event Roll.
4) Actors Round-up Thank’s to the current Tsuchikage being so well known in the film industry for both decent and indecent films, Iwa has become a bit of a hub for recruiting new talent for movies. Star’s are being born and fading faster than a Supernova could possibly keep track of. Why don’t you try your hand at stardom.
Rules: The player will have to audition for a role that fits their personality. The auditions consist of 2 scene try outs: 1 is a pure acting scene and the other is a combat scene. For the acting scene, the user must past a Performance(Acting) DC based on Rank 5 times. For the combat scene, the user must defeat a foe of your rank with exactly half your stats(rounded down) but make it interesting. Take too few posts and your not ‘exciting’ enough, take too many and you’re too much of a ham.
Gennin: Performance(Acting) DC 15 / Combat Posts: 3 min, 6 max Chunnin: Performance(Acting) DC 25 / Combat Posts: 4 min, 8 max Jounin: Performance(Acting) DC 50 / Combat Posts: 6 min, 10 max ANBU: Performance(Acting) DC 75/ Combat Posts: 7 min, 10 max Kage: Performance(Acting) DC 100/ Combat Posts: 8 min, 15 max
Other: Obviously, since this isn’t a REAL fight, you can’t die nor can you be knocked unconscious. If your HP reaches 0, you simply lose that portion.
Restrictions: None
Special: If you give your character an acting scene that goes directly AGAINST their personality, increase the DC by 10 (+2 per rank past Gennin). Reward's increased by 1.5x if you do this.
