Saki realized that she was craving blood.(probably from talking to too many humans for so long) She walked toward the cafeteria. Walking in, she looked around the cafeteria. She saw Reven talking to a girl she didn't know. Instead of interrupting their conversation, she looked at where the food(and blood) was being served. Seeing that they were serving deer blood, Saki thought, Hm... I never really cared for deer's blood. It doesn't taste right. So, instead of having to drink blood that she didn't really like that much, she suppressed the need for blood. Hopefully they don't serve only deer blood, she thought.

Gallant watched in surprised despair as the other student went from accepting to apathetic in no time flat. This wasn't going well. Mistrust and hostility permeated many of the students here. Gallant could understand that, for many of them, they had suffered ridicule for being different. They perhaps could not hide as well as he could or perhaps their powers somehow grated on them emotionally. Whatever the cause, it seemed that Gallant's tactic of being approachable was failing at an alarming rate, the likes of which he had never seen. He put his head in his hands and tried to clear his mind a bit. How could this happen? Was he doomed to drift, alone, through the next four years? Could the most contact he expect be from the gloomy, judgmental psycho of a roommate of his? He sighed. It was only the second day. He had to put on a brave face for the other students. If they truly could not have any hope of friendship from others, he would have to continue to show them and give them his. He would rise above the challenge and face the odds. This was his greatest conflict, his purpose of life, this would be his crowning glory. This was.....not going according to plan. He leaned back in his seat and looked around the cafe. Something would come to him....it always did...

Melanie smiled at the white-haired boy. "Of course you may!" she said, introducing herself and Sarah.
As Melanie chattered with the boy, Sarah blinked at the sudden difference in light between the courtyard and the cafeteria. Fluorescent overheads were no comparison to the morning sun. She looked around, seeing all the different people in the school.
As her eyes fell on one figure in a back corner, Sarah choked and was seized by an inexplicable terror. It was the evil boy from yesterday. He was glaring straight at her. Again.
"'Scuse me," Sarah mumbled to Melanie and pushed herself back towards the door.
"Sarah? What-" Melanie started, concerned, but Sarah was already gone, and her attention soon drifted back to the boy named Ryuk.
Sarah bumped into someone about as twitchy as she was, also in search of some fresh air. "Sorry," she said, looking up at him.

Jasper stared. What the hell? He hadn't even done anything. He was too grumpy to be evil right now.
Slightly pissed off, he got up to get some food to go along with his coffee. He piled his plate high with bacon, eggs, and grapes, then started back to his table, only to find that it had been populated by a group of giggling girls. Great. Just great.
Spotting a familiar shining head, Jasper saw that the blond boy was sitting by himself, looking a bit depressed and lost. He considered for a moment. Why the hell not?
Jasper slid his tray onto the blond boy's table and took a seat across from him. "Hey," he said by way of greeting. "Good morning."

"How would I turn someone ELSE into a vampire, or myself into the bat form of a vampire? The second is easy, but hte first is a bit tougher since I"m part human as well. From past experiences, I've only managed to turn mabye three out of twenty people into a vampires, only because I was able to attack them long enough without interference and without them recieveing treatment for it in time." she stated casually as if it was as simple as eating a bowl of cereal.

Jasper snorted mentally as he shook the guy's hand. Gallant was unexpectedly funny. On a whim, he decided to drop his ulterior motives and just talk.
"I'm Jasper," he told Gallant. "And I'm not exactly a 'morning person'." He gestured at his full plate. "But it's getting better."
"Sorry about yesterday," Jasper said, chewing on some bacon. "I was a bit... annoyed. I haven't exactly made many friends yet." He watched Gallant carefully to see his reaction, still apparently involved with his food.

Jasper smiled. "I wouldn't doubt it," he said. He nodded out to some groups of students. "From what I can see, there are crushes and cliques already forming. Unusual as we might be, we're still just teenagers. And when teens have the ability to actually do something in a fight, it's bound to be that much worse."
Jasper realized that he had his plotting expression on and hurriedly dropped it, eating a few grapes to hide his discomfort. Damn, was he that accustomed to using people? "But back to what you said, a lot of us have probably been hurt or ostracized for what they are. So they're not so eager to make friends." He steepled his fingers and, for the first time, looked weary rather than evil. "I wonder how many came here as a last resort, rather than because they chose to."

Sam walked about the cafeteria letting her nose tell her what was edible for her to eat. She preferred raw but if it was cooked she wouldn't complain. She learned the hard and kept her mouth shut, she could smell Reven, Kit, and the Kit's sister. However the smell of food wasn't to appealing to her. The Wolf whimpered sadly
