so it begins...
We are reorganizing the guild, so i will post the steps here and in another thread in the main forum...
steps:
1. tell everyone to save all the junk they have on the guild three days in advance.
2. during these three days construct a guidelines/rules etc etc sub-forum ( just edit the arc sub-forum or announcements probably)
3. delete ALL profiles
4. delete a LOT of the custom stuff (cause i think we should limit the jutsu's and heavily heavily limit the constructing of a bloodline.)
5. (cause this will only take bout a day) repick kages
6. restructure to make it more fun to be a genin
7. hold auditions for the one or two jounin per village
8. structure a well organized chunin exam for the next week.
9. finish/clean up
that sound good?

Bio:
Rose was born in the Fang country but spent most of her time between villages like most of the Miyazaki. Alpha, Omnipotence, Omega Ah, you're the one Mega had a little argument with that one time. Well... you're techniques seem the same, to me, but it's fine, since you're trying to be a Jounin.
But we don't have Jounin spots open for Kozougakure, I think. Only Kasumigakure and Kumogatagakure have spots open. Alpha, Omnipotence, Omega

we havent established the rank itself and we are going to do some major re-editing including combining clans and kekkei genki's....and clan rank is not a rank so change it to jounin....and plz refrain from insulting the other members.
